I stayed in a couple's cabin for one night. I booked it at the last minute because we started our vacation a day earlier than planned and needed a place to stay. We checked in late as we had been traveling most of the day. Despite arriving after sundown, the staff was very welcoming, and the hospitality was excellent. The food was great, and the room was clean. The highlight of the stay was waking up to birds in the trees around us in the morning. The balcony had a nice view, though some of it was obscured by tall trees. The room was quite small but sufficient for a one-night stay. Additionally, there was a common campfire at night, which was a nice touch.

Staff are co operative. Restaurant is there but with limited items. Anakkara spices and ayurvedic medicine is very close to the hotel. We puposely came here to take ayurvedic medicine due to good result experienced in the past.

Insde the pr property has a beautiful garden worth exploring. The staff is extremely helpful, and unlike any other hotels, they don't ask/demand tips. Very decent staff.

The location of resort is pretty interior, but that's what is giving it a forest view from room. The parking seems limited, but cars and bikes can be parked if space is available. It was a pretty hospitable staff. It seemed they have good location and looks of the resort, both outside and inside, but adding more services within will make it a competitive resort. But then of course, the price will also shoot up.

We booked a room for two nights. Unfortunately it's nothing like what they have advertised. Don't be fooled by the name. It is literally in the middle of the town. Rooms: spacious & comfortable with a good view. But it looks old. Bathrooms: flush wasn't working multiple times. They fixed it though. Wifi: didn't get wifi 90% of the time. Food: decent breakfast and dinner. The dinner we had on the first night was horrible. In my opinion stick to the basics. Don't order anything fancy. Parking: decent parking space. Animal spotting: none. Overall experience: quite average.

This is one of the best hotels that you can get in entire Kerala, let alone Munnar. Everything related to the hotel is EXCELLENT. Service, amenities, staff, food, location, cleanliness, room size, anything and everything is 10/10. We stayed in the standard room, which has a balcony overlooking the valley. The view is superb. Kudos to the hotel’s management, to make this an extremely memorable trip for us. Would definitely stay here, only, in case we go again to Munnar.

Pros: the room was spacious with a comfortable lounge area as well. Bathroom was excellent. There was a beautiful balcony with a view. Cons: balcony had a view but no seating arrangement so it was difficult to enjoy the view for a longer period. Dental kit was not provided in the bathroom. Our main concern was no hot water when required. When complained about it they were preparing the hot water separately and provided which is a big drawback. I booked pool view rooms and i was given completely different rooms but the resort people didn't even bother to talk with us before providing or changing. Swimming pool was bit dirty and there was no regular cleaning.

It was a nice experience and view of munnar city, tea plantation, attakalu waterfall is awesome and mesmerizing. Facility and service all are also good. Receptionist is active and respond quickly. It doesn't have running restaurant so we need to order 1 hours before but all cooked foods are in good cost, delicious and fresh and stay has a restaurant where we can sit and eat. It has some open space for parking. The only thing need to worry is that entrace is too steep and 100 to 200 metre off-road needed to reach the hotel. It also has a play area for kids and sit out. In walking distance you can see waterfall, st. Cannes church and tata tea plantation. Really nice experience.

I had a great time in camp noel with my family. Beautiful location and weather. You will see misty hills around the property and the landscaping is beautiful. The cottages are designed with a european touch which ***** with many trees that you don't see in kerala will make you feel that you are elsewhere. Wonderful service and caring staff. It was a very pleasant stay at the resort. Very nice ambiance all over the property and the location is very easily accessible as it is on the highway itself. A very delicious buffet breakfast was included in the booking. Pool, gym, play area, camp fire, confrence hall everything is available in this property. Only one suggestion for improvement is to clean the cupboard more often to avoid the fungus found inside it. But it is negligible compared to all other benefits.
