WIFI is not available all the time. There was no TV signals even though TV set is working. No point to place a TV set inside the room cuz can't be watch at all. Cleanliness is good. Hope the management of this hotel can improve of the facilities because it would be very bored to stay inside the room after checked without any connection to WIFI and TV set has no signal and can't be watched. VERY, VERY VERY POOR..!!! The shower comes with Heater and a very good water pressure which we find is very good facility when taking a very fresh shower. This facility is VERY GOOD. There's no water boiler in the room. A glass jar is provided. Have to bring the glass jar and water tumbler and to walk outside the room near to the lift to fill up hot and cold water from a water filler machine. The hot water is very fast running out and have to wait very long to fill up again. The condition of Air-condition set in the room is not serviced as the wind flowing out is not strong.

We went with a group of 35 people with prior arrangements made through their Manager Angie who was very very helpful and accomodating. Everything was swift and ready on check in at 12 midnight. the keys were ready with the air con remote control and rooms were all ready. truly impressed. their property is very ideal and super cosy. we love the motel type of accomodation and clean rooms. will surely come back again to stay here. thank you Angie and team for an excellent stay.

We booked this place as we had a wedding at the glasshouse. We booked 4 rooms. Location wise it’s literally a 2 mins walk . It’s perfect and convenient. The rooms were poorly maintained. Stayed here for a night as was attending a wedding nearby. As I wasn't expecting much for the hotel, I was actually happy with what I got. I booked the Family room and it was much bigger than expected. It easily and comfortably fit 1 queen bed and 2 single beds. It also had space for a sofa set with coffee table and a walk in closet and the bathroom. Though we had some problem with the aircon. The front desk quickly sent someone to assist us and was resolved. Cleanliness was okay. Didn't see anything particular to cause any unrest. A decent stay generally.

Room ok.. But in term of cleanness.. Especially on toilet I would rate 2-3star.. Pro: -New hotel -Plenty of choice of breakfast, idk either due to school holidays or new year eve.. But during my visit the breakfast is absolutely plenty of choice..seriously bnyk sgt choice.. Nasi lemak, roti canai, nasi ayam, mee goreng, roti jala,telur stuff, salad, dimsum, pau.. Many more to list out.. but the taste is ok only.. Nothing special on taste -pool is nice for kid.. Kid will really enjoy to play here -side by side with mall.. Easy access on mall is plus point.. On mall lift.. Kenny, subway, roti boy n lot more is just beside hotel lift Cons: -Cleanness need to to improve especially on toilet.. grossed for new builded hotel. -check in 50min que due to school holiday - check out prob is on lift.. Only 4 lift available.. Super pack -remote area far from town -cramp on check in n check out.. Myb weekday no prob

I have repeated this hotel many times. so far okay It's just that every time you enter the room you will smell cigarettes. Enjoy commuting to work on the beautiful island. The area is not quiet. There is also a restaurant. Only parking is quite limited.
