|5.61km from city centerTelephone in the room wasn't working. The houseman knocked on our door at 10:40 to ask if we were going to check out or stay over, which he acknowledged that it wasn't check out time yet but he needed to know. I told him we woke up late and was trying to call the front desk to see if we could get an extra 30 minutes to check out and he stated that he didn't have anything to do with that (Rude). At exactly 11 a very unprofessional housekeeper name Crystal knocked on the door to say it's pass check out time and demanded we exit the room within 5 minutes or I wouldn't get my deposit back. We exited the room semi-dressed to be met by other guest leaving & fussing about how rude the same housekeeper was to them and they would never stay again. I told Crystal that she had very poor customer service and she said, ”that's how we like it around here”. I made a complaint to the front desk and the clerk apologized, which I appreciated it but the apology should have came from Crystal. I told the clerk I was trying to call the front desk with my cell phone when I got up to request a late check out but it said all circuits are busy. She told me the phone lines were down all morning. (SMH) I will NEVER stay here again!

|8.84km from city centerThis place is awesome! Pearl at the front desk was so helpful and friendly as were all the personnel. They pool is such a good place to relax. We could see the pool from our room . The room was so clean and much more than expected. No carpet! The floor was wood or maybe LVP. It was so nice. We happened to be there at the time that MS police officers were having a conference. I think it is called S.T.O.R.M. This hotel is in a very good area. The free hot breakfast was really good. They had eggs, biscuits and sausage gravy, waffle makers and oatmeal packets, dry cereal, yogurt, fruit. So good. I would rate this place with 5 stars!!! Would definitely like to stay there again.

|1.93km from city centerBreakfast is going to add money, 13 dollars a person. The parking lot can choose to stop by itself, which is a large open space across the road. If we are afraid of insecurity, let the hotel staff stop and there is no charge, just pick up the car and give it to you.

|0.67km from city centerOak Manor Biloxi is our go to spot. Customer Service is top notch. Rooms and Hotel are very clean. Complimentary Breakfast is ok could use a step up but all in all it’s manageable. If You choose Waffle House is across the Parking Lot and a huge hit for us. Give Oak Manor a try I’m sure they will not disappoint.

|0.72km from city centerStayed here a couple of nights. The location is good and easy to get to. The room was good. Nothing spectacular. I never stayed at a ****** before and was unimpressed with that aspect. Just not my thing. Overall I felt the hotel was good, needed renovation and just not worth the price.

|5.03km from city centerThis hotel is modern and clean! Beach is great and you can walk to at least 4 great restaurants. The Beach is clean and quiet. Highly recommend and will return. By the way, the people in MS are the nicest I’ve ever met! Other reviews say there’s no public bathrooms. Not true.

|1.89km from city centerWe were texting with Ivy, their supposed concierge, who sent us a link for room service. The link didn’t work. We called the front desk and stated we wanted to order room service. They connected us to Mix and Mingle, the restaurant, but no one ever picked up the phone. We were encouraged to leave a VM. After waiting about 45 minutes for a return call, we called the front desk back. Even they couldn’t get anyone to answer from Mix and Mingle. So I asked the front desk not take our order and give it to Mix and Mingle and have it delivered to our room. After about one hour of waiting for our food, it was delivered and not all of it was there. Yet, we were charged for an item we didn’t receive. I then called the front desk and they told Mix and Mingle. Finally, after another hour, the tacos were delivered. By this time, we didn’t want them, not could we eat them. When we went to check out, the front desk refused to edit the bill and stated the food service supervisor would have to help us. She was supposed to be coming right over from the ****** to help us as we were checking out. Again, we waited about 30 minutes, and she never showed. We had to leave. We are very unhappy with the total quality or lack there of, regarding the hotel, staff, service and especially Mix and Mingle. The non-smoking rooms still reek of cigarette smoke and smell. This was a very unpleasant experience and we will not be going back there. We have already booked a stay at the Beau Rivage for a few days from now. Hopefully, with a better outcome!

|2km from city centerI LOVE Hyatt!! I choose Hyatt when available in the city we visit and thankfully there was one in Biloxi next to Gulfport where my cousin lives. Our check in at the Front Desk was very pleasant with a warm smile and friendly tone. And in the room a lovely note was waiting for me thanking me for being a member and invitation to the Elite Trial Tier Promotion. Check our was an easy process too! The property was clean and well maintained and nicely decorated. Thank you Hyatt Biloxi!

|2.39km from city centerIt was our first time at The Golden Nugget. We were disappointed in the signage directions—we had to search on our own for the hotel check-in counter. Even though it was evening there were no staff on the floor to help and only one security guard was noted. We were celebrating our anniversary and were especially looking forward to the buffet meal only to find out it had been closed for sometime—even though it is advertised on your website. Another let-down was no slot machines available. Our hotel room was nice but overall the trip was disappointing!

|9.26km from city centerWhen looking for a place to evacuate to due to Hurricane Ida we were looking for pet friendly hotels. The Motel 6 Biloxi Beach is pet friendly so we booked two rooms. Being pet friendly is definitely a positive. However, that is about all I can write that is positive about this hotel. The hotel states it was recently renovated. Some parts looks like it needs some serious renovations again. It was not secure because the key cards did not work in most of the outside doors. However, there was one door that was always open so people could come and go. The rooms were very small and basic. The hallways smelled of **** the whole six days we were there. And the majority of rooms are non-smoking. Some of the staff were very nice but were overwhelmed due to staff shortages. The garbage cans were overflowing. They did have an area where you could walk your dogs but no poop bags. There was poop all over the place. As I began this review I was glad they were there to accommodate our pets, but this hotel is in need of serious upgrades and change in management. What was also disturbing was that the nightly rates as it got closer to Labor Day was over $200.00. I met some very nice people while we were there. Many who were low income and had serious damage to their homes due to Ida. But many told me they could not afford the rate being charged. Some told me they were just going to go home and stay in their damaged homes without any power because they did not have the money even for a Motel 6. Just the week before the rate was around $150.00. I know it was a holiday weekend but many staying at the hotel were evacuees. You would think they would have given them a break!!!

|2.22km from city centerWhen we arrived at 6pm the front desk said there was a wait for clean rooms and they could take our luggage and call us when a room was ready. There were other people waiting for rooms as well. Thankfully they found a room before I left the front desk and accommodated us! Great place for kids and adults alike. Will be returning.

|0.32km from city centerVery nice property that is poorly maintained. Although the following were included in an email to me prior to my visit, NONE OF THE FOLLOWING WERE AVAILABLE ON OUR 4th of July VACATION: Made to order breakfast (instead, wet powered eggs and a chafing dish of grits) Bar (oh! There WAS a bar. It was just not EVER OPEN) Room service upon request (NEVER made our room, delivered clean towels, ran out of tissues and toilet paper and had to go to front desk for more which appeared to take as much effort to get me these supplies as it took to build the pyramids in Egypt!) There wasn’t even an ink pen or pad in the room! Obviously I am disappointed by the lack of service at this Hilton property! The room price is high and service non-existent. The owners should pay their workers more because those who showed up for work deserve it and are obviously overwhelmed by the amount of work that is presented to them. This property is the WORSE MANAGED HILTON PROPERTY I have ever had the displeasure of staying!

|1.96km from city centerI called the Hilton Garden on Aug 2nd 2022 to get a hotel room and they told me they were full but the Hampton right down the street had the same room I was trying to book and they were owned by the same company so she could go ahead and book my reservation for me. Beach view suite with a hot tub by the bed, I didn’t see anything on the Hampton website about the having a hot tub but I did see reviews of people talking about the hot tub by the bed. I arrived to my room at 7:30pm to check in and nobody was here, I was in a hurry as I was down here for business so I had to leave without checking in, after handling my business I arrived back to the room at 9:30pm and again nobody was around to check me in, I waited for over 30 mins to be check in, when I finally walk into the room there was no hot tub, there was footprints on the floor like nobody had mopped the floor, the room floor was slightly dirty, the bathroom wall had some kind of stain right by the shower entrance, the wall had handprints on it, the mirror had not been cleaned and so much for a “beach view” I couldn’t even see the beach. I immediately called down and asked to get a refund and she told me there was no manager on duty at night but she would make a note for the manager when they came. I thought hard about just finding another room but it was after 10pm at night so I just stayed, I wake up and go down to check out and the manager was completely unprofessional didn’t even look like she was at work she didn’t even have a uniform on…. And she argues with me instead of trying to help me. Tells me that she basically didn’t care that the Hilton told me there was a hot tub because I didn’t talk to them or they would have told me they didn’t have a hot tub in the room (like that was the only issue) so we go back and forth and she ended up doing absolutely NOTHING. No discount no I’m sorry, no nothing. She and I quote “we didn’t tell you there was a hot tub and if my room was dirty and I was unhappy with my room I wouldn’t have stayed in it I would have went somewhere else” so I told her ok well I guess I’ll just leave a review of how terrible my stay was and she said “thank you have a nice day”

|6.15km from city centerThe room is very outdated but you get what you pay for. The toilet was not set correctly and rocked anytime it was used. Eventually leaked when flushed. I let the front desk know. There was a man talking to the front desk and said to them this was the second toilet that had similar issues.
