It was my second time staying at this beautiful hotel and I enjoyed it very much and the fact that I felt in staying in it is the same as I feel at home surrounded by hotel employees who provide everything in  They can for the convenience of the guest ... meet his requests and inquiries and guide him to the tourist places and restaurants with a smiling face.    Mr Met in he is one of Hotel staff he is always smiling and in service of hotel guests. For example : One day , he instructed me about a restaurant called Luqmah for breakfast, and he walked with us to the taxi stand, and then I went with my family to the restaurant and it was a nice restaurant .. He also helped me get a mobile phone card and guided me to the luggage packing shop and another nice place in istanbul. Also, Mr. Ararat, who provides his services while smiling, he calling on the tourist places with his smiling face. We enjoyed watching with him fireworks on New Year's Eve 2020 on the hotel balcony. Also, Mr. Furqan, a person who welcomes guests smiling and provides services to them in a special way .. On the last day, he help me to Carrymy bags to the car and said goodbye to me when I got into the car and left the hotel. Thanks alot to the hotel staff , whose names I did not remember, .. God bless you. (ALLAH RAZI OLSUN) JASSIM ALBLOOSHI

I loved our stay in Fari Suites, let me start with the great location, almost everything we needed was a close walking distance from the hotel. It was Safe and everyone was friendly as well very helpful. The manager started contacting us and offering any help a day before the trip which was great. Avery thing we needed was there in the suite. I would definitely book again there😃

One of the worst hotels I have stayed at in Istanbul Turkey. The receptionist attitude is the worst, they gave us a nonsmoking area room and it smelled so bad as if someone didn’t stop smoking at the room, the room was extremely dirty as well the walls need to be repainted saw some yellow spots it is extremely disgusting my room number was 252. I went down spoke to the receptionist he told me its either I change my room NOW or no he cannot change it as the housekeepers will leave, what kind of 5 stars hotel that the housekeepers leave? I accepted his nonsense and told him fine we will postpone our outing and change rooms now. The receptionist offers me room 251 seriously? Wouldn’t still smell as bad as 252? I told him no I want a different floor he offered room 302 I accepted. THE ROOM TOWELS ARE DISGUSTING the towels are yellow not white! We booked a room for three people guess what? When we transferred rooms they didn’t add the extra bed and kept arguing did you pay for the extra bed. Hello! We booked a room for 3 at 11 pm they brought the extra bed. Next morning we request a tea after 10:30 am they tell us with extreme rudeness no closed, next to us a Turkish table they order tea after us and they get served? What kind of racism did we experience at this hotel? We didn’t finish the food and the waitress starts cleaning the table? Are we sure its a 5 stars hotel? What kind of service is this? What kind of cleanness is this? I swear this hotel experience isn’t worth $30 and we have paid €300. Did we pay €300 for one night to experience all of that? I have traveled the world and I have never experienced such a bad experience with all the racism. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL same view same price you can have 100x better hotels I can recommend The Stay next to it exactly. I truly hope what I have mentioned above gets fixed or a star should be taken from the hotel👎👎👎

I stayed at Corner Hot Hotel in Istanbul twice both of which were very satisfying experiences. Next time I visit Turkey I would like to stay there again. This is a small hotel, converted from an old Ottoman building. It was probably a residential home with its unique internal design and later added creative decorations and many attractive small details. When I stay at this hotel I feel as if I am at home. It is comfortable, cosy with friendly staff who are always ready to help you and polite. As well as this, the hotel is in an excellent location. It is in the middle of many restaurants, cafes and shops. Best of all, it is two minutes from the Bosphorus by foot. Asiye Crouch from London

We stayed in the loft room for 4 days and it was memorable. The quirkiness of the room was most interesting, with weird roof angles- we totally fell in love with it. The terrace was very special and we spent hours on it, enjoying the view of the city, the Bosphorus and the bridge, and the constant life of Istanbul and to see the daylight turning into night and the Bosporus bridge lights changing the skyline. Lovely staff helping us with everything from food and drinks to booking taxis and to give directions. Traffic in the area is busy and it’s best to avoid peak hours. The location is great with every great facility in walking distance

Çalışanlar olabilecek her konuda yardımcı oldular. Sıcak insanlar. Teşekkür ederim hepsine. :) İt's a nice n warm place where is located middle of Ortaköy. Good enough as cleanliness. Here gave me a sense that like I was stayin at home not in hostel. Due to that while I was stayin I Said all the time as unaware 'Iam goin home'. People Who workin helped in any case. Warm People. I say 'thank you' to all of them. :)

Dear All, My sisters and I stayed for one full week at Ayse Sultan Hotel. Rooms are very clean and the service is great! The hotel owners are very kind and helpful. The location is 3 minutes away from Ortakoy Sahil. A minimart is 1 minute away from the hotel and its very safe to stay. You will enjoy walking in Ortakoy and taking pictures all around as we did :) Beds (fitted sheets) and bathroom are clean and each room is served with coffee, nescafe and tea. The price per night is very reasonable and not expensive at all. As a summary "Location: great Service: great Price: great " Note: you will meet Cemila; a nice white cat :)

I have stayed in many hotels all ocer the world but this was a strange one. The lift got broken while we were inside. We got stuck and fell down a little bit. I had to walk 4 floors after that because i could not risk it. We asked a duvet and we received one a single one. We were 2 people so it wasnt enough. They didnt even bother to bring it. I asked half lemon and I was shocked that in a hotel like this they had no lemon. The breakfast is not even open buffet, they bring a few items and tou have to eat them. You have no choice. We had tasteless tomatoes and cucumbers and very salty olives. The staff do not smile at all. The tv was broken and tey said they would bring a techinician and didnt come at all. When we checked out, the girl at the reception did not even say goodbye or come again nothing like that. I am very disappointed. We paid 32 dinars which you need to multiply by 15 to convert in turkish liras. So it wasnt cheap. The location is on the hill and there is no way you can climb that. You need a taxi to go back to the hotel in the summer time as it was too hot. I think there are better hotels in quiet areas and less cheaper.

This hotel was one of the best hotel I have ever had stayed. The staff was very helpfull. The breakfast was very sufficient to every taste. The kitchen has the variety of foods. The rooms are very nice and clean. It is sort of family- run bussiness. they make you feel at home. Every one is very sincere and kind. The location is good. You can reach very easily to the grand bazaar and the historic island where most of the museums locate, It is very suitable for the bussiness trip as well as the touristic visits. Thanks to Melisa (manager), she made all our wishes true.

I had to research a lot of hotels in Taksim Area to settle for the central palace. Mainly because it's located in a quiet street in Taksim (VERY important point), so sleeping was relatively sound and good. The furniture and air conditioning is a bit outdated but it serves its purpose. The breakfast was variable, tasty and clean (At least they serve fresh orange juice). The receptionists and cleaners were always available to help us. Hotel was clean, but the prices are a little bit high compared to other hotels in the area. Its location is perfect as it is a 5-minute walk away from metro/funicular station and ISTIKLAL Street. Anything you need is nearby in stores (mobile SIM card, drinks, snacks, fruits, travel luggage bags). Planning to stay there in two months.

The hotel is very close to the pedestrian street, the rooms are more ordinary, the furnishings are average, but the fame is relatively large, the facilities and equipment are relatively old, the bathtub is placed in the shower room, it looks very cramped, the water is severely blocked, if you pull the water valve in the gutter Unpleasant smells will come out, so bathing is a problem, and the problem of sink water is also very big. This has been the case in three different rooms in this hotel. When I checked in, I clearly stated that I had two breakfasts. The sluggish front desk had to check again and again. After 20 minutes, I finally checked it, but the breakfast restaurant did say that there was no breakfast included. This is not considered the savvy of the Turks. If I could re-select the hotel, I would look for those facilities that are relatively new and too painful.

We get a budget room, 50% off the regular price on the 5th floor. Still, the price is the highest so far, we pay 180 TL. The room is nice and clean, however, hasn’t seen a renovating team for a long time. The linen and towels are clean but the bathroom is quite old. The bed is big and comfortable. There is a tea set here. Breakfast is quite ok but nothing special. It is served as a buffet on top roof floor. The hotel is situated in Sultanahmet, the very heart of Istambul, close to all the attractions. The receptionist thinks she knows English but it’s only her impression. She gives us some wrong information and we go to the old airport where are no flights anymore. As a result, we waste time and money finally to arrive to the right airport.

The Tuapra Hotel is simply a business trip in the morning. It is necessary to participate in the exhibition. It is located in hall 13. There is no need to go out the gate to participate in the exhibition. The aisle is direct and there is no security check. Great!
