Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel in occasione di un weekend a Parigi , posizione perfetta a pochi metri dal capolinea della linea metro 10. In poco più di 30 minuti si raggiungono tutti i principali monumenti della città. Camere pulite e confortevoli personale di reception veramente adorabile. Siamo stati accolti da Sten che si è prodigato per darci subito le camere pronte. Anche in partenza ci ha dato tutte le informazioni utili per il ritorno in aereoporto . Quando torneremo a Parigi verremo sicuramente qui .

The service was great although if you are allergic, this is not the hotel for you. The staff was very friendly and helpful. As many other mentioned the breakfast service is very good. It is really close to the metro 10, which connects easily to the centre of Paris. The area is quite and safe at night. However, as soon as you go into the air feels stuffy. I had to use the stairs up to my room because the elevator button was not working, and I started coughing immediately. The stairs had no ventilation and every floor has a carpet that smelled mouldy. The smell is really strong up the stairs and in the room I stayed. I had to sleep with the balcony door open to help with the smell, but I still coughed the whole night. I had to use my inhalor every night (I carry it just in case, but don't use it on a regular basis). I would suggest the hotel to wash the curtains regularly and clean the carpets more often. Also to open the windows before guests arrive.

The Jardin de Saint Cloud exceeded expectations! When booking, I had read reviews complaining that it was far from Central Paris, which it true- its in Saint Cloud. So if that is a concern it may not be a fit. However, it was perfect for us! We were visiting friends in Saint Cloud. The Jardin allowed us to take public transit into Central Paris. It is across the street from the T2, a shot walk to one of the M lines, and a VERY steep walk to the L. We easily got to our activities in the city each morning and returned each afternoon in time to visit with our friends for the evening. The rooms were clean and far more spacious than I anticipated (we did book a suite). The pool was great for my 9 year old and breakfast was enjoyable. The staff was friendly and helpful! If we are lucky enough to return to France to visit our friends again, we will 100% book here again!

We stayed at Residnece Aurmat from 31/5-7/6 in 2023 for French Open at the Roland Garros. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to travel in the southern quiet part of Paris. In particular, if you are planning to watch French Open, this is an ideal hotel:10 minutes walk to Roland Garros. If you are traveling over Paris, the Metro is within 5 minutes’ walk. You feel safe to walk even at 10pm in the evening. In the daytime, you could stroll along the road leisurely and buy souvenirs. You can also find nice bakery shops nearby for breakfast. There is a flea market every Tuesday, Friday and Sunday. Don’t miss! Good bargain buys! The hotel room is admittedly small but it has everything in, ranging from a small kitchen, TV, small but a clean bathroom and above all, a very comfortable bed. The owner, David, is most helpful. Enjoy the area it was clean and attractive and safe area in Paris. it’s a great place to stay and the travel into downtown Paris is about 20 minutes. The metro is very close and note that it can be crowded especially at city centre. A lot of people take this route. Hotel was clean and quiet, bed was comfy.

The location and cleanliness of the hotel were satisfactory. However, it was a bit unfortunate that there was no air conditioner and no refrigerator. Other than this, I was satisfied! Especially the man who was in the inception was friendly! (I would have been frustrated because I couldn't communicate, but kindly responded to the end ....) The picture is the hostel, the view, the fan!

Where do I start. After travelling nearly 10 hours by car from home and finally getting to the hotel we reached around 7/8pm checked in for our 4 night stay. Went out to grab food from a local restaurant and as we got to our room walking through the hallway this metal grill fell of the wall and onto my foot… my foot started stinging quite bad and we called the receptionist who then came and saw the situation and realised this grill wasn’t screwed into the wall the screws were missing I took my shoe and sock off in front of her and she saw how my foot had swollen quite bad She then ran down and got ointment came to my room and told me to keep it till end of my trip. Next morning soon as I came down they were nice asking how I felt and she could see I was limping slightly but we had bought the Paris pass and had things booked for each I couldn’t ruin my kids holiday. They also advised as it was Sunday the general manager would like to speak to me on Monday as he was aware of the situation On Tuesday whilst out I was getting calls and emails from the hotel. Got back and the manager was chasing me wanting to speak We had a sit down and chat and they felt bad about what happened “good service” I thought He then offered me a partial refund of my stay which I thought was nice seeing as the Paris pass had cost me over £300 and I couldn’t do half the things we had booked Next day on checkout the “issued” the refund and would take a few days Couple days later after checking my acc just over half the amount that was agreed had gone through I emailed the general manager on the same email he sent me, it came back rejected I wrote a separate email- no reply I’ve now gone down the complaints route and if not resolved will be taking legal action RESPOND I will happily change my review if you stick to what you promise

Even though everything was done by email, sms and telephone, everything went very well. We were overclassified and the room was perfect ( almost a hotel apartment ) very quiet because it was a little over the back of the hotel. The room was very comfortable and the room was very comfortable. Small kitchen with very complete equipment Buffalo, Broad Grill, Microwave, small refrigerator, plate, etc ... Parking is very easy in the evening and free until 9:00. A very nice surprise because we reserved enough late for a last minute trip. A address to be kept and shared.
