First of all, the hotel is sloppy. There are two lines near the subway station, and it is located in the southwest of the city center: Sakagu and Omega, and other attractions are far away (Shinjuku, Ginza, etc.) to Super Far (Asakusa, Narita, etc.). The hotel is quite quiet and there are quite a lot of types of food. The hotel is perfect, the cafe on the first floor is also red and comfortable, but breakfast is too simple (tuna grilled toast), and it is meaningless to choose a room with breakfast. What surprised me was the service. When I checked out, I wanted to leave my luggage to the front desk and they said, ”Because there are not many lockers, I have to take it myself.” There were many luggage, the plane took off at night, what did they think? ? ? Later, I pulled to the train station and paid 700 yen more to deposit it in the locker... And the next day the front desk asked me to come down and say, ”When cleaning the room, did you find the cigarette smoked? ” I not only did not smoke, but I never smoke, there is no smell of cigarettes in the room. Auntie said the wrong room number, but the front desk did not confirm it and directly blamed the tenants, including luggage, for making me feel that the hotel does not welcome me...

A really great choice in terms of extended stay hotels. The staff is friendly, helpful and very accommodating. Some of the staff’s English is limited, but there was always one person on staff with good English, you just needed to find that person. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but small. I think that is the case for any hotel in Tokyo. We got a triple for 3 adults and had 3 double-sized futons. The upside was that we had plenty of sleeping space, the downside was that the futons took up 90% of the room. But for a 2 week trip, it was SO helpful to have a washer-dryer in the room, as well as a kitchenette. Free coffee in the lobby was a very nice benefit. We took 2 side trips to Kyoto and Shanghai, and the staff was great about storing some of our luggage so we didn’t need to transport all of our heavy suitcases. The location is terrific, right near the train station and in the nice mostly residential neighborhood of Yutenji. There are lots of restaurants and stores but it’s not crazy busy like Shibuya. I’d highly recommend this for English-speaking travelers.

The airport limousine bus stopped in front of the hotel which was a plus since we were traveling with golf clubs. The staff was extremely helpful with our luggage and took the time to assist the taxi driver with loading our luggage when transferred to our next hotel. The hotel was located in the middle of multiple shopping and eating places all within walking distance. Rooms were larger than typical Japan hotels and as expected clean. Would definitely stay here again because of the access from the airport, train station, hotel staff, and loads of shopping and restaurants.

Me and my boyfriend shared a superior single room at this hotel in June 2019, it was small (as you would expect from a Japanese hotel room) but with 2 big cases I was actually really pleasantly surprised with the space, neither of us felt suffocated. We were there during all the crazy construction, and we barely found it to be an issue at all. No noise, and little inconvenience. The hotel is surprisingly easy to find, and im terrible with instructions! The location is 100% the best part of this hotel. It was a piece of cake getting around Tokyo, easy access to Shinjuku/harajuku/akihabara, (odaiba is a little out the way, but not too difficult!). Lawson across the street, lots of restaurants, really close walking distance to Shibuya crossing and all its shops. Prior to arrival, I had my cases shipped from Tokyo disney resort to this hotel, and one of them was missing. The service regarding this was great, the check in desk rang up the delivery service for me (Yamato?) and figured out the situation. Within a an hour or two, I got a call to my room and they informed me that the luggage had been sent to the wrong area, but they were now delivering it to mets. What a relief! Do not worry about any language barriers, the staff are great. Another great thing about this hotel is the free smartphone they allow you to take out around the city with you! Having this was incredibly helpful for google maps etc. Cannot fault our stay at all, and I would stay again during my next trip.

3 minutes walk from Ikejiri Ohashi It's far from Shibuya Station, but it was during a campaign to cash back if you presented a taxi receipt from Shibuya Station at the front desk! Free space is free to drink! Free to eat ice cream! Free to use power! Wi-Fi is also available! Nomad workers have a heavenly environment, the rooms have a large bed and TV, and they were clean! There is no work desk in the room, so it might be better to work in free space! There are McDonald's, convenience stores and supermarkets nearby, so I didn't have any trouble eating. I thought the bed was larger than the general business hotel! I was able to spend it 〜!

A fashionable hotel right next to Shibuya Station The interior was fashionable and cozy. The view from the hotel was also wonderful, and I could see Tokyo Tower and the city of Shibuya, which was very beautiful! Perhaps because of the heavy traffic, I could hear the outside sounds instead, so people who were interested only there might be interested.

I used it on the anniversary. The room was clean and spacious, the bathtub was shallow and the size was large enough to stretch my legs, so even I, who was tall, could relax. The bathtub does not have a shower head, and the shower room and the bathtub are separated, so there was a problem that the floor got wet when moving, but that was the only point I was concerned about. The bed is stiff and do you like it? At the restaurant ”The Terrace” on the first floor, we had a gorgeous buffet and the roast beef was especially delicious. There were various cakes and I was able to enjoy a luxurious feeling. The male waiter was kind to the children and had a wonderful time. Thank you very much.

The front desk of the hotel is Chinese and can speak Chinese. It is a shopping street when you go out. It is very convenient to buy and buy. There are also many pipes for eating. Turn left when you go out. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the subway. The neighborhood belongs to the bar street area, and there are many people at night. The door of the hotel is not very obvious. Very cute, warm , small and petite lobby . Lobby would be the size of a large bedroom with a small sit out ( about 2 sofas) and desk . People at the desk are super friendly . Most can understand English at the desk and one of the front desk lady speaks impeccable english ( she stayed in US for few years ). I stayed in such a small room for the first time. If you are travelling with 2 suitcase, there is probably no space to put both of them. I didnt like the bed though : wrought iron bed , bit creaky and shaking. I personally like beds that you can sit and lean on while reading ... not possible here. The room lighting is very dim and i have never seen such small bathrooms/ shower before. The railway station is 10 minutes walk, many eateries right in front ( local japanese, turkish, Indian, american diner, Thai food ... most options available ). Shibuya

An wonderful experience in R&B Hotel in Hachioji! Thank you so much to everyone who work there! Everything very clean, very polite and quiet! The personnel is very proffesional. Everything is explained in english or with images. If don't, they have patience and amability to explain and to understand everything. On the reception exist even a portable smart voice translator. The hotel is in the center of Hachioji, near Keio Hachioji station ( 1 min ) and near Hahioji North station (5 min). In the street it is Familly Mart, 7eleven, Lawson, McDonalds, Mister Donnut, etc. from where you can get everything for eating, living ... The breakfast is offered by the Hotel - very good taste ( coffe, bread, tea, orange juice ).

If you leave the north exit of Otsuka Station, there is a hotel in front of you. It is close to the downtown area where restaurants are lined up, and the location is not the best. I'm glad to have a welcome drink coffee. Breakfast is free with bread and boiled *, soup 3 types, etc. I think it's enough if you don't ask for luxury. The room (single) feels a bit narrow and there is no closet, but if you don't ask for ”relax in the room” just by sleeping, there is no problem. However, it was inconvenient that there was no outlet on the pillow.

For a hotel with the price in Tokyo, the room is big enough. Although my girlfriend booked a single room by mistake, the size of the single room is bigger than the two hotels I stayed in before. The vicinity is not a tourist area, but it is very convenient to go back to Narita Airport from the hotel by one line. The facilities are not bad, The only disadvantage is that there is no drinking water in the room and there is an additional charge for combing

There is no convenience store nearby. There is a convenience store across the street after coming out to the main road. In the past, there seemed to be an overpass between them, but now you have to go around the crosswalk. The location is too bad. There is Miyashita Park, so it's at least nearby... If that's the case, I'll just go to a hotel in Miyashita Park. It is too far from Shibuya Station and Jingumae. And there is a park in front of the hotel, where homeless people build huts and live there. There are security guards monitoring the area day and night, but it might be a bit scary if you pass by at night. Anyway, the hotel has a bath, free soba for late night snack, everything is good, but the location is too poor.

I live in Tokyo, but I often use it. As for the hotel itself, I like Chinzanso, but I think that Rihga Royal Hotel has a lot to offer in terms of price and convenience. The calm room of European Classic faces the Osumi Garden of Waseda University, and it is just a few minutes walk away, and there is no inconvenience in shopping with Seven-Eleven. The parking lot is in the basement and if you stay, ¥ 1500- It's a little far from Edogawabashi subway station, but if you take the Toei bus, there is a stop several tens of meters away from the hotel. A shuttle bus also operates from Takadanobaba. I think that the convenience is outstanding, as it costs a thousand and several hundred yen by taxi to the ramen shop and Kagurazaka in front of you to eat. I like the cinnamon rolls in the bakery in the hotel, and I even go out to buy them. This is a hotel I would like to continue using.

It is a hotel that arrives if you have a straight line from JR and subway Hanzomon line station for 10 minutes. The entrance and front desk are a bit small. If it weren't for the fact that the luggage was too big to carry, I really didn't want to live here for so long. I cleaned it every seven days, and the garbage generated every day had to be brought to the door before ten o'clock, and all the things I needed had to go to the front desk of the hotel to ask for it. Some of the waiters are not very good in English, and they all rely on translation software. Late check-out charges 1,000 yen and can only be extended for two hours

After groping slowly, I found that the hotel is very close to the New Okachimachi store, about 5 minutes away. Then it is convenient to fall in Akihabara or other places. The room can be opened up to a luggage compartment, which is relatively small in Tokyo. The hotel is close to the accommodation, so everything is quiet and comfortable. Haneda Airport/Kamata
I stayed for the previous night because the flight the next day was early in the morning. I will describe 5 points that were good and 3 points that I noticed. ■ good point (1) The location was good It is a few minutes walk from Keikyu Kamata station. The location is very good. I think there is a big suitcase that doesn't bite. (2) Amenities were neat Some business hotels have cheap amenities, but this amenities were neat. I smelled very good, such as shampoo. (3) There was a smoking room It was an essential condition for a smoker. It was difficult to relax while smoking slowly in the room. (4) There was an outlet on the pillow Some hotels have only outlets around the desk, but this hotel had a proper outlet on the pillow. It was very convenient because I was able to lie down and use my smartphone while charging. (5) There was a microwave oven in the shared space. It was important to warm the celery purchased at dinner. Some rooms seem to have household appliances such as microwave ovens in the rooms. ■ Note that (1) There was no morning call service When I asked for a morning call the next morning at check-in, I was refused to be able to do it at the front desk at first. It may be a risk hedge to avoid trouble with guests when the morning call doesn't ring. However, I felt a little unkind to refuse a morning call at the front desk of a business hotel. (2) The light outside was a corner room. There was no thick curtain in the window in the room, and it was only blind. So the lights outside leaked in the middle of the night. When I went to bed, it was a little bright even if I turned off all the electricity in the room. (3) The room is quite small The price was 4000 yen per night, no bus, only a shower room. I was prepared to some extent, but it was still a narrow impression. It is suitable for the price. It was the best to spread one suitcase for in-flight bring. I think it would be better to check the number of square rice in the room when booking if you have a large suitcase. Overall it was a satisfactory hotel. I would like to use it in the previous night.

The room is like a western room and a Japanese room to receive such foreigners.it was a tatami mats, so if you ask for a sheet, you can sleep even in a futon.night Maybe because the room was good, the view from the room was also satisfactory. The night I stayed was cloudy, but the sky tree lit up to blue purple from the window was clouded It was hidden, rather fantastic and reflected in the night view. The open-air bath was also the best, the bed was easy to sleep, and I was able to rest slowly.

If it is about 100 yen, it can be patient, but when it is terrible, it is 1000 in one day The yen will also rise and fall It is a pity that ”the cancellation fee of 30 % from 5 days ago” in the accommodation agreement of this hotel cannot cope with the sudden change of schedule (we may also be shifted for 2 days a day). I think it's more sightseeing than business. After that, if there is a loss of the door key (card type), the content of 9000 yen is passed, and the mood is destroyed, and it is not inserted into the door and the electricity is not put on (there is a meaning, charging, The temperature of the refrigerator can be maintained, but it fell in case I thought it was possible. (If I am Kanto, I can suppress the cards that can be used in the Kanto area, but because it is Kansai, the cards that can be used in Kanto and Kansai are different, so electronic money I stayed at the time of less than 1 month open, but the microwave oven equipped with ”one month dust” is good because TV is black. I could use it. It is a location, but the narrow corridor from the elevator to the room (the place where the shoulder hits if it doesn't give up if it meets) is more careful to stay.

      1. The hotel is actually newly renovated and opened in 2019. All facilities are brand new. The rooms are large in size and can definitely be compared with five-star in Tokyo, and the decoration can be regarded as small luxury hotels. 2. Choosing western style breakfast is actually choosing coffee tea and eggs. The rest are fixed. It's one serving after ordering. If you eat it every day, it will be boring. 3. The service is in place and can be equal to five stars of the international chain. 4. The location is actually not very good, at least not as convenient as Akasaka Mitsuke Station. The entrance of the hotel is Nagatacho Station of the Tokyo Metro, but there are no elevators in and out of the station. It is not convenient to bring children if you pull luggage. There is an elevator at Akasaka Mitsuke Station. 5. The hotel is good in all aspects. But the only bad thing is the open bathroom design, there is no door that can be pushed and pulled. This is where you come out of the shower, there is no way to cover it. For two men living in a double bed together, they can only wear clothes inside after bathing. But this loses the meaning of wet and dry separation. And the shower door is completely transparent. When you take a shower, your friends will wash your hands and see you wash. So it is inconvenient for business travel. Because the design of the hotel is actually closer to the type of business hotel. At least this type of open bathroom has been done by many hotel chains, but almost all have sliding doors. It can be fully open or fully closed.
