The design of the hotel is very friendly. The rooms next door can be opened to communicate with each other. It is clean and tidy. Washing and bathing are also separated separately, making it convenient for residents to wash and organize at the same time. 🈶️For airport pick-up service, you need to call the hotel front desk

I went to Swarthmore to visit the school, so I chose this hotel, which is very small and very warm. Located next to Swarthmore, this is a good school district, so the town is very beautiful. The hotel staff are very good, we arrived at the hotel at 2:30 in the evening, the hotel also gave us a half-day room rate. Breakfast can be eaten outdoors, blue sky and white clouds, a lot of wooden hydrangea, and a good mood. There is Gratuity on the cashier's meal, and the specific tip amount can be written, between 10% and 18%, and the housekeeping daily tip is 3-5 knives. Great hotel. It is said that Philadelphia's consumption is much lower than that of Boston.

I live not far away from this hotel and bring my family here a lot and is for some reason always greeted by mr Sharif W. He is awesome, goes way and beyond to make sure your stay is more then average and goes way and beyond to help with any issues you may have. He always has a smile when he greets you always ask how was your day and welcome to the Delta hotel even though he sees me and my family a lot he always makes us feel welcome. This shouldn’t go unnoticed because there are a lot of ignorant front desk employees to makes you feel like you should go spend your money elsewhere but not here. Thank you Mr Sharif W for just being a great person and hopefully one day you will climb the ladder all the way up to sit in corporate and show them what being a Great Employee looks like. Wanna give a shout to Rynasia and Shanakay!! Even though we are only staying for a night, they sure did make it worth it. I definitely recommend. The hotel is directly connected to the airport, and the rental car is just opposite the hotel, less than 3 minutes across the road. I told the front desk to take an airplane tomorrow, and the luggage room gave me an airport trolley directly, and told me to put the room directly, and check in from the second-floor corridor directly tomorrow. To the city trsin is also directly connected to the second floor of the hotel (the second floor of the hotel is directly connected to the airport and one side is to the city train)

Stayed here for one night with our hockey team. Overall, it’s a perfectly acceptable hotel and I’d be fine with staying here again. The good: huge lobby, nice room, very clean, nice bathroom, larger than usual mini fridge and microwave in the room, lots of outlets and USB ports, comfortable beds and pillows, excellent breakfast buffet was included for our group. The bad: The heater in our room was incredibly loud. It literally sounded like a cappuccino machine on steroids. The view out our window was a couple of dumpsters and there was trash all over the place (not just in the dumpster, but everywhere).

We used the airport parking for a weekend trip. The shuttle did not arrive when scheduled. The attendant at the desk told us it would be here in 3 minutes - we waited almost an hour. Several shuttles (that were not full) went by and said another is on the way shortly. That was not true. We asked for further assistance and the shuttle service was not picking up the phone. On return we called the number listed on the receipt, there was no answer. I called 4x until I spoke to someone, and he still could not give me an ETA. We waited over 30 minutes for a ride back to our car. We will never be using their service again.

Residence Inn is a reliable brand if you want a more spacious room and if you need a cooking area with a reasonably-sized refrigerator. As an Ambassador-level Marriott member, I have been to many Residence inns, this is a fairly good one. My room was clean and the kitchen was in good shape. The front desk staff were helpful. On the other hand, this hotel badly needs an overhaul. Only one of the two elevators was working. The floor buttons in the lone operating elevator were not working properly. There were chips in the paint and small marks on the furniture in my room. There were other issues. I realize that there is nothing the hotel can do it about this, but when the (free) shuttle from the airport is about to reach the hotel they zip around the back of some buildings where there are piles of industrial supplies and garbage. Does not lead to good first impressions....... Also, the first thing you see when you walk in the hotel's front door is the luggage trolleys, which are clearly worn. Breakfast was OK. The food was fine, nothing special. The staff at the front desk were helpful. I noticed they offered the local newspaper, The Philadelphia Inquirer, for free, which made me smile, as that is not a personal favorite. Overall, a fairly good hotel that needs some refurbishing.

Spending as much time as we so in hotels this stay was by far one of the best. Thanks to Moussa Mroveh and hotel staff for the excellent service and for accommodating our requests, especially for a party of twelve without hesitation. I highly recommend this hotel, will definitely stay at this location again. Once again thank you for going above and beyond to make sure our stay was a memorable and comfortable one.

The room is relatively large, but the soundproofing is average. There are people walking upstairs all night long, and the toilet facilities are relatively basic. The breakfast is good and rich. The service attitude is good.
