A very nice cozy place to stay in. A laid-back atmosphere, professional and carrying staff. I was pleased to be here. First of all, I particularly liked the individual accommodations they allowed upon my request: I asked for a yoga mat and steam iron into my room for the period of my stay. Although they do have a gym on the 4rth floor and a place where guests can iron, I wanted to have those items in my room to myself and they gave them to me, which I appreciate. Second, I liked how they handled a problem I had. For the period of my stay, which was 20 days, one time I had some air conditioning issue (water was leaking from it). I called a receptionist (they are 24/7) and they addressed it immediately; in 1 min a person who fixes things knocked on my door with his tools and repaired it quickly. Next, the kitchen is good, however, they do not have a lot of vegetarian options, so if you are a vegetarian or vegan prepare to buy soy, almond, or other non-milk from a grocery store nearby (EcoFamily or ВкусВилл) and keep it in the refrigerator in your room or shop for vegetarian restaurant options nearby. Lastly, to show your appreciation for the service you need to carry cash because they do not have the option to include tips for the service when paying credit or debit cards. No ATM in the hotel also. Overall, I enjoyed the stay. They do make you feel special and treat you like a family. And I do hope when I visit them next time they will expand their vegetarian options. I arrived at the international forum, booked a room in Admiraltei and paid in advance. I come to the hotel at midnight to settle where I am told they can't settle me, but I have already booked a room in another hotel. At first I didn't give this much importance, but when I arrived at this other hotel, I was just in shock. The tariff at the Admiraltey Hotel costs 6630 rubles per night, I had to spend 3 nights there, that is, a total of 20,000 paid for what?? !! For this? Maybe I don't understand, but is the number presented on the site corresponding to where I tried to settle? Thank you that at least not in the community. As a result, the hotel staff did not offer any compensation, no other accommodation options. Why they could not settle at their home and where my booking went, too, it is not clear, no one even sent notice that there were any problems. As a result, instead of sleeping normally before an important event, I was looking for a place in principle to stay and just rest at least. ”Thank you very much” to Admiraltei Hotel.

I was happy to return to Alexander House after a fabulous stay last year. The staff are most welcoming and helpful and you are made to feel at home immediately. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable, and the breakfast is worth a trip to St Petersburg alone. I was in the city for the Mariinsky theatre which a short and easy 10 mins walk. I had feared poor weather in February and was prepared to spend much of the trip in doors, thankfully I was able to enjoy the sights but the alternative of spending time in the lounge with a good book would have been a pleasure. I am very much hoping to return again in the near future.

I would like to express my gratitude to the hotel team for the opportunity of a comfortable rest. Excellent location: easy access to the historic part of the city: Isaac's Cathedral, Hermitage, Palace Square, near Yusupov Garden. In front of the hotel a beautiful square with a fountain and a harbour from which water tours are taken away, including night, so it is easy to return after night tour to divorce bridges. On the recession in the hotel polite and attentive girls, settled quickly. Good service: Always have toiletries, clean towels, there is a teapot (though not declared in the list on the website), on the floor a cooler with drinking water and a room for smoothing the lingerie. Excellent and delicious breakfasts. There is a minus: In the hot days in the room is very dusty, does not save even the fan that is in the room.

Забронировал номер на 2 суток. Сам апарт-отель неплохой, но с сервисом большие проблемы. Заказывал номер с завтраком. В итоге оказалось, что завтрак с 9-00, а в субботу с 10-00; У меня были утренние встречи, поэтому оба дня остался без завтрака. Заранее никто не предупредил, что так поздно для завтрака открывается у них ресторан. В номере не убираются после 1й ночи. На просьбу дать или продать бутылку воды, потому что утром все закрыто, а после первой ночи никто ее не доставил, предложили самому сходить в магазин Красное и белое.

Booked a room in this hotel after a couple of bad nights elsewhere. I expected any developments, but this hotel was pleasantly surprised from the beginning. Ужин заказывается заранее на выбор. Мне понравился и завтрак и ужин, но тут, как говорится, на вкус и цвет. Английская атмосфера, созданная за счёт аутентичных вещей и картин всё же не скрывает минусы: - пластиковые душевые кабины и фено-аппараты, прибитые к стене - пыль на абажурах, зеркалах - подтёки и ржавчина в уборной - текстиль, который больше напоминает не Англию, а что-то, что долго хранилось в бабушкином сундуке - холодильник очень сильно морозит продукты, а если уменьшать температуру, то сразу начинает течь - ”уставшая” мебель

Не знаю даже с чего начать: с неприятного или с ужасного. Начну с того, что важно понимать всем. Если вы бронируете эконом имеете ввиду , что вас могут поселить в номер, которого на фото нет. На просьбу переселит в номер, который на фото от директора через администраторов было передано сообщение с предложением доплатить за переселение. После того, как написала в сервис , через который бронировала - номер нашёлся без всяких доплат. И в общем то я даже хотела написать вполне доброжелательный отзыв если бы не произошедшее дальше. А теперь из отвратительного. В один из последних дней нашего прибывания в гостинице на завтраке к нам подошла женщина, (либо уборщица, либо повар кафе, точно не знаю) мило поздоровалась, и после этого начался неадекватный малоосмысленный для меня ор. Что то про то что мы свиньи, ужасные родители, что нас внесут в чёрный список посетителей, что нам должно быть стыдно, что они всё сняли на видео. В попытках понять о чем вообще речь я уловила только то, что после нас осталась салфетка на полу (видимо действительно брошенная ребёнком). Я была настолько в ступоре от сюрреализма происходящего, что просто развернулась и ушла. Не было никакого желания прояснять и доказывать свою правоту. К слову сказать более спокойного и доброжелательного мелкого чем наш ещё надо поискать. Мы были в очень многих гостиницах, кафе, ресторанах , но никогда не сталкивались с таким кошмаром. Думаю , что родителям с маленькими детьми эту гостиницу лучше обойти стороной. Администратор кафе в грубой форме отказалась мне говорить имя этой женщины и отпихнула меня когда я хотела постучать к ней в служебную дверь. Я уже не говорю о таких мелочах как отказ разогреть еду ребенку и дать маленькую ложку. Из хорошего : совершенно прекрасная горничная , невероятно добрый и милый человек. Администраторы девочки вполне адекватные, входили в положение, видно было, что за ситуацию с номером им самим неприятно. Но похоже это стандартная тема , продавать одни номера , а селить в другие. Но это не от администраторов зависит, конечно же. Завтраки действительно вполне себе с учетом цены , особенно. Но минус в том, что они не меняются от слова совсем. То есть если вы едите на неделю то вы неделю будете завтракать : макароны, сосиски, оладьи , помидор , огурец, капуста , каша , фруктовый салат. Это всё вполне вкусно и сытно , но неделю одно и то же как то ))) В общем, гостиницу мы эту забудем как страшный сон. Фото каморки на мансардном этаже и фото номера соответствующего описанию прилагаю. Кстати, ещё про мансардный этаж- окно в потолке , закрывать его надо палкой , девочки админы сказали, что для этого можно приглашать специального мужчину если сами не справимся 😄. Если идёт дождь - окно надо закрывать. Плюс весь номер в тополином пуху , потому что никакой сетки в окне нет, конечно же. , забыла (после той тётки в кафе, про такое и не вспомнишь) - в душевых плесень. Сейчас перечитываю отзывы и понимаю, что похоже реал

The street is 3 trams behind the block. The two blocks in front are the Dostoyev subway station. Because the youngest house in the main city of Petersburg has to be more than 100 years old, so don't have too high requirements for the house, and this location is also very conscience, the hotel next to the building will be nearly two thousand nights. There is a public washing machine, a refrigerator, microwave and a sink in the room, because the water pressure in the ancient building cannot be too high. Therefore, there is a supercharger in the bathroom of each room, which will be noisy when using water. The bed is a single spring bed in the style of a former Soviet guest house, and the bedding is clean and tidy. In addition, note that this homestay hotel has no front desk reception, and there is no service staff inside (cheap hotels in Europe are self-service like this) need to add the owner's watch app to contact, otherwise you can't even find the door.

It is a luxury hotel but it has an excellent location. A supermarket is open 24hs, and there are also restaurants and cafeterias. It is 5min from Hermitage and Neva. A square from the metro station and the Av. NEVSKI. The hotel has a very good breakfast but serves it in a coffee outside the hotel (a few steps). It is basic but gives you coffee, toast, fruit, egg. ROOMS: very spacious and bright. Big and comfortable bathroom with a shower. Everything is very clean and cozy: bathrobes, slippers and small everyday staff like vanity kit are provided for guests. Soundproof is good, but sometimes you can hear some noise (not so loudly). We found some welcoming fruits on the table, which was very nice. There are also rooms with the view on Isaakiy cathedral. LOCATION: excellent location right in the city center, 2min walk to Isaak cathedral. FOOD: good and nutritious breakfast is included: eggs, vegetables, fruits. Cereals, fruits and different drinks are available for breakfast as well. FACILITIES: good and fast wi-fi, terrace with a view, restaurant, gym and spa, business center. There is also ATM machine inside the hotel and you can use one of the hotel’s umbrellas when it rains. STAFF: very polite and helpful.

And the warm floor in the bathroom. The only minus: the elevators don't go without a card if you live together and forget the card in the room, you have to walk up. And the cost may be other options, but after one neighbouring quarter is completely unnecessary - to save no longer wanted.
