This hotel is my absolute favourite. Came for a short visit and was very impressed by this rare jewel in the historical heart of St Petersburg. Have spent 5 nights in this hotel. Positive: From the entrance to the hotel you get into a fairy tale. There is so much and all pleasant and friendly that you don't want to leave. They will listen carefully and offer help on any issue, always go to the meeting, smile on the face 24/7 Rooms are cleaned regularly and no cosies were. Breakfasts are delicious and with good choice. The location of the hotel is chic, the rooms are large, the view from the window is beautiful, the living room is large plus, the bathroom is spacious and the bed is comfortable. Very quiet. What else do you need? Negative: Only 5 nights and time flew as one moment. Next time I will stop here and I will recommend to all my friends and acquaintances. Even for a wonderful and unexpected surprise from the hotel team in honor of my birthday in the form of a bottle of champagne, fresh fruit and delicious cake. The cozy room is equipped with everything necessary, the bed is very comfortable, excellent staff service, room cleaning was done daily. Luxurious breakfasts with red caviar, fresh juices, a buffet and plus an additional dish can be ordered. Good location! We were very satisfied!

The hotel is located on the banks of our favourite Griboyedov canal in a fairly quiet area. Within a walking distance of New Holland. The center is as far away as you would not want to walk on a rainy day. The rooms are spacious and clean. Cleaning, change of towels were every day. Responsive staff. Breakfast was included in the price. There were porridges, meat, fish and fruit. Everyone could choose their breakfast according to their mood. We were quite satisfied with our stay at the hotel / (Rus) Отель расположен на берегу полюбившегося нам канала Грибоедова в достаточно тихом районе. В пешей доступности - Новая Голландия. До центра далеко настолько, насколько в ненастную походу не хотелось бы идти пешком. Номера просторные, чистые. Уборка, смена полотенец каждый день. Отзывчивый персонал. Завтрак у нас был включен в стоимость проживания. Были и каши, и мясо, и рыба, и фрукты. Каждый мог выбрать себе завтрак по настроению. В общем, остались довольны пребыванием в отеле.

ROOMS: very spacious and bright. Big and comfortable bathroom with a shower. Everything is very clean and cozy: bathrobes, slippers and small everyday staff like vanity kit are provided for guests. Soundproof is good, but sometimes you can hear some noise (not so loudly). We found some welcoming fruits on the table, which was very nice. There are also rooms with the view on Isaakiy cathedral. LOCATION: excellent location right in the city center, 2min walk to Isaak cathedral. FOOD: good and nutritious breakfast is included: eggs, vegetables, fruits. Cereals, fruits and different drinks are available for breakfast as well. FACILITIES: good and fast wi-fi, terrace with a view, restaurant, gym and spa, business center. There is also ATM machine inside the hotel and you can use one of the hotel’s umbrellas when it rains. STAFF: very polite and helpful.

A very nice cozy place to stay in. A laid-back atmosphere, professional and carrying staff. I was pleased to be here. First of all, I particularly liked the individual accommodations they allowed upon my request: I asked for a yoga mat and steam iron into my room for the period of my stay. Although they do have a gym on the 4rth floor and a place where guests can iron, I wanted to have those items in my room to myself and they gave them to me, which I appreciate. Second, I liked how they handled a problem I had. For the period of my stay, which was 20 days, one time I had some air conditioning issue (water was leaking from it). I called a receptionist (they are 24/7) and they addressed it immediately; in 1 min a person who fixes things knocked on my door with his tools and repaired it quickly. Next, the kitchen is good, however, they do not have a lot of vegetarian options, so if you are a vegetarian or vegan prepare to buy soy, almond, or other non-milk from a grocery store nearby (EcoFamily or ВкусВилл) and keep it in the refrigerator in your room or shop for vegetarian restaurant options nearby. Lastly, to show your appreciation for the service you need to carry cash because they do not have the option to include tips for the service when paying credit or debit cards. No ATM in the hotel also. Overall, I enjoyed the stay. They do make you feel special and treat you like a family. And I do hope when I visit them next time they will expand their vegetarian options.
