The first feeling of entering the door is that the space is quite big? This is really excellent in Japan. Of course, if you live for two people, it is still too crowded. If you live for one person, the other bed can be arranged. The hotel is very close to Narita Railway Station, and the basic living functions around are also good. Considering that Narita Airport is very far away, it is a very good choice if you want to catch the breakfast machine. The hotel includes breakfast, and it starts at 5 o'clock, which is great! And the variety and quality are quite good. The room facilities are relatively simple and practical, and there is no problem with hygiene. The only drawback is that the sound insulation is relatively poor. You can hear the TV next door. People who sleep lightly should consider carefully.

Hotel rooms are clean. I stayed alone and the price was not too high. I stayed for 3 days and felt very satisfied, so it was close to the airport. When I arrived, I found out that the hotel has a free car to the airport. Really convenient. Next time I have a chance to work again, I will come again. Van Than❤️❤️❤️

Very centrally located. Older hotel that is reflected in the decor. Not much in the way for amenities. But if you want to stay right in the midde of town close to the stations then this is a good option. With frequent trains from both stations it is probably a better choice than staying at an airport hotel that requires a shuttle.

You don't need to take a bus to the hotel. You can take the Keisei Electric Railway from Narita Airport to Narita City. Two stops. It is very convenient for tourists like me who only stay for a day. The railway system is very convenient, but Narita Station does not seem to be designed for tourists. So if you have only one piece of luggage, you can barely cope at Narita Station. It is quite tiring to walk the ladders of the station with your luggage. Telling the exact location of the airport requires you to do your homework in advance and study the map. Walking to the pedestrian channel of the elevated railway can see the hotel. As for the hospitality, I would like to say that this is a Japanese-style hotel rather than a Western-style hotel. The check-in staff was very service-conscious and thoughtfully led me to the hotel on the third floor. The lobby did not belong to the hotel. As with all other government policies, passports or Japanese identity certificates are required at check-in. I found that their English skills are still no problem in communication, but don't expect all your questions to be answered. The hotel room is quiet, clean and comfortable. The size of the Japanese-style hotel room is dwarfed by the nature of the Western-style hotel. However, the basic needs of staying can still be met: tables, bathrooms, beds. The view of the room is very boring, facing the wall of another building. There was no smell in the room and it was super clean. Breakfast is served in the morning. The supply time is the same every day. This is the style of Japanese work. It is not possible to advance or push for a minute. The food is not Western, so there is no need to be hopeful. What impressed me most here was its cleanliness and service quality, although the name of the hotel looked a little cheaper than other hotels. Much more comfortable than the so-called comfortable hotels I have stayed in North America. Only stayed for one night and left early in the morning, so I didn't know the check-out time. After I checked in, I took the train to Akihabara and Tokyo. The hotel is located in Narita City. From the hotel, you can go to the other side of the city. You can find these attractions of the Buddha Temple in half an hour. Along the way you will find a true Japanese life, feeling different from the rhythms of life in western Tokyo.

You should be careful of your email address because it is self check-in. The lounge-like space was toxic. Japanese style! A good hotel close to town but not too close. High level of quality from checkin staff, also the inhouse 7-11 staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are dated but large. Bathrooms have a full Western sized bathroom. Room was quiet. Gym was well equipped but some items broken. I just feel the hotel needs better attention to detail and sone upgrades then it would perfect. Bus to airport was reliable, staff helpful, and in-bus announcements very clear.

Chose this hotel due to super early flight and pleased with the free shuttle bus service pick up from airport to hotel and also send off. Very well organised. The check in was seamless and staff all super polite and nice. Rooms are the biggest in Japan with lots of space to move around and comes with King size bed. All toiletries provided. One thing to comment is such a big hotel don't provide water, so I find this a bit weird. So please bring own water if you come later than 10pm as there is a convenience store at the hotel but closes by then. Other than that it's a great hotel for a night stay.

The amenities in the room is lack of: cotton buds, the rest are well provided(thank you). The size of room and bed is big and comfortable. Gym was great with many equipment, but I still do not understand why do we need to pay for using your swimming pool. Breakfast has varieties of food, but I stayed here for 6 nights, the food are the same everyday(bored). The info.on shuttle bus is unclear- E.g pick up from which part of Aeon Mall. And suggest to update your media for such info.under the right category.

Loved it! We had change of flight schedule so after a long day it was very nice to finnally be able to rest. Its great that there is a bus shuttle from Narita Aiport to the Hotel. The service was great. They right away took our luggages - 2 big suitcases and 3 small ones and have us checked in. The check in great, no worry at all. It was fast and simple. They gave a bag for my 5 year old- it has small in room sandal, pijama toot brush and towel in it. They had the Hotels garden all decorated eoth christmas lights, it was beautiful. We went to the garden and the suitcases were delivered to our room. I was kinda amazed because a lady with skirt and high heels were the one handling our luggages when we arrived to our room. The next day we had to extend, it was simple to book from Trip.com and no complocations. We didnt have to move to another room. The room, bathroom, bed and everything in the room were clean and tidy. Breakfast was great, they had many choices. Also there is a mini Mart (Lawson) like 7-evelen near the lobby and a cafe too so no worry to get food or snacks. I think lawson open 24 hours. The hotel provide a bus ****tle to Narita town that goes to Narita station and Aeon Mall. This was great! Overall experience in this hotel is wonderful. Excellent for the service.

I disturbed you at Narita Mae night. It is also attractive to park for 5 nights and 500 yen per night afterwards. When you leave the coat at the airport during winter, it will be quite expensive, so if you put it in the car here and move by the transferer, it will not cost you that much. However, the time for the transfer car is limited, so if I couldn't get on it, I took about 2500 yen by taxi during the daytime. Please check the time of return and make a schedule. I stayed on the 3 floor, but when I looked out, I could see a plane that would leave and arrive far away.

It is a very good location, less than 10 minutes walk from Narita Station, 5 minutes walk from AEON Mall, and Shinsho Ji Temple within walking distance. The front desk kindly explained the accommodation, so I remembered it and thanked the hospitality. There are coin laundry, microwave oven, ice machine, and currency exchange machine in the building, and juice and snacks can be purchased at 100 yen from the vending machine, which is ideal for long-term residents. Despite the restrictions on foreign entry, it may be a popular hotel because I saw many guests in the hotel. Disinfected stickers are attached to paper cups and disinfected places, and measures against the new corona are perfect. The accommodation fee is less than 5,000 yen and the cost performance is very high, but the internet is a little slow and the download was 0.78G, so the evaluation was 4 close to 5.

This is one of the hotels you will be send to for the mandatory COVID19 quarantine. We needed to stay here for three nights. Our room on the 11floor (R21105). We came from Vietnam and they treated us really nice, they make us feel comfortable like a home. This hotel is very close to NRT Airport. In typical Japanese fashion, twin room is tiny, but there is everything you would possibly need. Friendly, helpful staff and quickly check-in. When We needed their help, they appeared immediately. Everyday we had 3 meals included rice, fish, miso soup, noodles, sausages, etc. Generally a very traditional Japanese meals. Really delicious and soon! Since the room is small there is a sign that says you can put your luggage under the beds. Overall, great place to stay.

I wanted to be excited, so I chose a hotel with a good view of the plane. If you use the smartphone app (flightradar24.com), you can see ”where the plane came from” and ”where you are going” and feel the romance. Personally, my favorite is to sway in a Woodteres hammock. Breakfast had a full-fledged toaster, so it was delicious with sausages in between. There was a takeaway cup for coffee so I could relax in my room.

Sleeping pods (capsules) are at two levels - crawl in at floor level or climb up to second level (small ladder). Capsule has mattress, doona/duvet/quilt, wi-fi, and adjustable light. You can sit up comfortably inside capsule. Retractable curtain covers the entrance to capsule. So you have to be very quiet so neighbours aren’t disturbed, and snoring can be an issue (yours or others). Hotel divided into two sections - men only and women only. Reception hands you a bag containing towels and robe. Door from reception opens to locker room. Lockers are good size - can fit the largest suitcase, and more. Leave your shoes in locker and use slippers. Then head to shower/toilet area or capsule-bed area. No eating or drinking in capsule-bed area. No lounge area. Hotel connected to Terminal Two by two walkways (underground near train station entrance, or overpass at level two). Terminal Two has 24hr convenience store and a Yoshinoya, and usual shops and restaurants open during business hours. Connecting passageway to Terminal 3 from Terminal 2, or Shuttle bus to Terminal 1 every ten minutes (takes 7 minutes).

I booked this hotel for one night because I had an early flight, but it was a pity that I only stayed for one night because it was better than I expected. Waku is a community in Narita. The hotel is located at the end of a nostalgic street. You can spend 1-2 hours walking from the street to the end! The hotel is new and clean, and the front desk service is also very good. English communication is never a problem! You don’t need to eat in the hotel (although you need to make a reservation in advance). There are many choices of restaurants nearby, but those eel restaurants close early, so please be careful! . You can walk straight to Narita Station, which is quite popular. There is also an Aeon Mall where you can go shopping, which is really convenient.

- Musty smelling toilet - Very old fittings and room doors that don't close fully - Friendly staff but poor English overall and unobservant - Old-fashioned owner with very poor customer skills, cannot problem-solve - Bath and water mixer very hard to use as they are very old fashioned - Fridge full of cold drinks, but with no space to put anything except tiny bottles and some small items I was very surprised and unhappy with what the ryokan owner told us today - the last night of our 10-night trip across the wider Tokyo region. Some context first: my flight departs at 6.20pm tomorrow and we have to check out of our room at 10am, as planned. What was unplanned, was that I was only told at 7pm today that they would have maintenance coming so there are 'no staff' and 'the whole ryokan will be closed', so my elderly parents (78YO and 70YO) and I would have to take our 3 large luggage bags with us by 2pm. They will not be able to hold our luggage for even 2 hours until 4pm, nor will they be able to call us a taxi; we will have to walk to the taxi stand ourselves. What is funny, is that as I was negotiating with the owner in the lobby, 4 new guests arrived to check-in. Now, there is a whole hotel with numerous rooms and new guests, but he cannot (will not) hold our luggage for 2 hours more? He proceeded to tell us they 'are not responsible to us for anything once we check out' and that 'there is nothing he can do' and when I said hotels in other countries hold the luggage for their guests after they check out for the same day until the flight time, he said 'this is Japan, not other countries'. Wow. I get it that he's used to running things his way, but this makes for a horrible customer experience. We had booked this ryokan over 6 weeks ago online, so there were many opportunities to tell us in advance of this scheduled maintenance. One great opportunity was yesterday at 5.30pm, when we checked in. Side points are: - Staff are not trained on the safety equipment in the rooms. I had taken the emergency torchlight off the charging mount and instead of the staff reinserting it, I had to figure out how and tell the staff (to his credit he really tried) - Housekeeping were unaware they took my mother's personal spoon by mistake and phew! the translation issues... we got it back though - Housekeeping replaced the tolietries we clearly had no need of, but not the items we used up! Basically they gave us 3 more toothbrushes in addition to the 3 unused, but did not top up the cotton pads. It was all very clearly placed in the bathroom for them to observe. - Creepy horror movie vibes
