|0.12km from city centerThis hotel is in the middle range of everything. It's neither budget nor expensive. So, it needs to be viewed according. So, for the money, what's it like....Good actually. Its location for town centre and beach is great. Main bus station, shops, bars, restaurants all within very easy walking distance. There are 2 blocks to this hotel. But in reality, that doesn't matter as both entrances are 5 metres from each other, one is directly opposite the other. Reception and Restaurant for breakfast is in one block. Pool and bar in the other. Staff were all friendly, polite and receptionist was helpful with local advice etc. Breakfast buffet was perfectly fine. Lots of food, hot and cold. Bar area is a bit underwhelming really. There are loads of other bars around with a better vibe for less money. Bar is right next to the pool. Unfortunately, the pool is somewhat shaded all day and there never really gets a sunny spot that you can get settled in as the height of surrounding building means sunny spots keep moving. But, this is minor as sun lovers will go to the beach 5 mins away. Overall, I don't have any complaints and this hotel is well worth the money.

We stayed for 4 nights in a spacious, clean, and comfortable room with airconditioning and sea view. I loved the Modernista architecture of the hotel and the staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a private underground parking nearby but we were very happy with Davids help as parking was quite a challenge with our big SUV. Breakfast on the inside terrace was a perfect way to start the day. We felt really pampered and would love to return another time.

|0.16km from city centerLet's talk about the advantages first, and eat a lot around. In the last 2 days, I found out that going out is a children's paradise, and the children are crazy. The children's paradise goes to the opposite side of the beach and there is a local restaurant (garlic restaurant) that offers seafood platters and good value for money. Going to the beach for 10 minutes, the old street is also there. The hotel has a swimming pool, the water is too cold, and there is a heated pool, upstairs. The room feels like home, simple, if you don't ask for a night. The 5-year-old child was charged 6.04 euros a night for an extra bed and breakfast. Parking is a difficult point. We fell on Saturday afternoon and finally turned 3 laps to find a seat. Look at the next few days, unless you are very early or late, there is usually no parking. Breakfast is simple, bread, egg, cheese, ham, bacon, fruit and vegetable yoghurt, coffee tea, orange juice. There is no water or hot water in the room. Go to the supermarket and buy it, not far away.

|0.63km from city centerIt was our second time in the Casa Granados and it was again really good. The rooms and the entire hotel are really beautiful, decorated with love and a view for details. But not only the decoration, also the technical equipment is very good, e.g. a Smart TV with Netflix. The breakfast is served in the restaurant of the hotel, which has a very bright and nice ambiance. Everything you need is available, incl. fresh fruits and fresh cooked egg dishes. The pool and garden area is very nice, too, for a relaxing time after hiking or exploring the city of Tossa. Staff is very friendly and service oriented. Overall, if you would ask me to describe my definition of a perfect boutique hotel, I would describe the Casa Granados.

|0.26km from city centerI liked the hotel so much. I was so impressed because I didn´t expect anything but the hotel was really good! I had 3 nights and it was am amazing stay for me. I decided to spend my birthday in Tossa. The hotel provided (thank the boy at the reception; your care is appreciated a lot) a really good room with the a nice garden view. There is a big and beautiful magnolia grows there. The hotel gave me a birthday present. It was a small bottle of cava. Mmmm. THANKS a lot for attention. It was so nice from your side.
The room was big with the perfect king size bed. I had a cleaning service everyday! Breakfast was so tasty and it was a right decision to included it in my stay.
The hotel is clean everywhere. There are some paintings ang nice things hanging on walls. Also, there is a swimming pool on the 4th floor. I attach a photo. The atmosphere there is so relaxed. There is a bar there. You can spend some time in the pool taking sun baths, reading books with cocktails!
I recommend this hotel for your stay! Don't forget to include breakfast :)

|0.27km from city centerFirst time visiting this hotel and would defiantly recommend people to go. From the first check-in to check out there was nothing one could complain about. The staff were so friendly through all areas of the hotel. There was a great variety of food for everyone and so fresh. The cleanliness was amazing, part of the hotel was cleaned nearly 24 hours per day. The only critic or observation I have is the jacuzzies by the main pool. It was very difficult to enjoy as there were so many children in them and sometimes unsupervised, it would have been nice to use them a little more often. I would like to mention the children. I was dreading going as we normally go on adults only holiday but I must say the children were so good at all time and especially in the restaurants (a big out out to the parents). I would give a 100% for a great holiday and hope to go back next year. Many thanks to all the staff and managers for making our stay so enjoyable. Maureen Tilbury :)

|0.18km from city centerGood points-- Clean Hotel, rooms cleaned each day, good for disabled people, reception staff very helpful. pleny sun beds, nice pool, but cold. Easy walking distance to beach, supermarkets close by, plenty shops etc. No charge for air con. Was on on 3rd floor, so quite. Bad points-- food was ok at best, queing for dinner was a nightmare, sometimes breakfast also, not enough staff in dining area, can get free water at dinner time, not told it was free, so paid for water, till relised. no kettle in room. Have to pay for a fridge and safe. 100 euro for 2 weeks, near as any way. no entertainment, odd day, but never knew it was on. Free wifi, 3rd floor we were on was not good, had to come down a floor to get it most times. Lots of flys and mosquitos, so be warned. sun in october at hotel, dose not come to about 11am at pool area and goses around 6pm. Around pool area gone b4 that. Area around tossa, busy through day, night all shut, very few bars open, if into football go to Emmas bar, Hollies bar for food, if english is what your after, but closes at 8pm. most places closes for siesta, for a couple of hours. pint cost between 3.50 to 5 euros a pint. nice castle to go too. Beach all peebles and rocky, get water shoes helps. sun beds cost 22 euros for 2 beds and parosol, boats trips available. If you travel with Love Holidays, you get dropped at bus station, not Hotel, so u need to find hotel yourself, we went wrong way and took 45 mins, but only 15 mins away if knew were.

|0.16km from city centerI have rated this location two star. It is actually advertised as four star. Who gave them that rating must have been to a different location. Our visit started on the wrong foot when I inadvertently booked one room for four people! Not two rooms. Imagine our horror. However, the reception staff were brilliant and after a short while another room was found. We had to pay another £350 euro’s but we were hostages of the situation so paid up. I am so glad when we got to the room that four of us would have shared it was so tiny, we would have been sleeping in shifts! The room was small and basic and certainly not have four-star standard. The mattresses were like egg boxes and the pillows were wafer thin. Our balcony over looked the pool so we had the radio on from the bar all the time until gone 11. That wasn’t a problem for us but might be for someone who wants to retire earlier. In the wardrobe we had eight hangers for two of us and three shelves, there were no drawers in the room so storage was limited for clothes. There was mould on the roof near the door and the bath screen leaked when the shower was used. Fortunately we were able to stuff a towel to seal it, other obviously hadn’t found this way as the bathroom door was rotting from the floor upwards. The room was kept clean and tidy by the maids who did a very good job. The bar? What four-star hotel discriminates between guests? We were on the all-inclusive package so all our drinks were served in plastic glasses. We asked for glass but were told that glasses for people who paid for their drinks! INCREDIBLE! What four-star hotel serves cocktails in plastic glasses that are more appropriate to a primary school dinner hall. I had a blue lagoon made differently on three occasions. The bar itself lacked atmosphere and I can only describe its layout as being very similar to a prison visitors room or an exam hall especially when the Animation girl was pacing the floor like an invigilator, what else did she do we saw no evidence of any activities. Food at the hotel was basic, on their website the management state that show cooking was new for 2023! What a joke at breakfast this consisted of how not to fry eggs and at dinner it was how to overcook cheap cuts of meat. It’s a sign of how bad the food was that all four of our party commented that thew highlight of the week was tinned peas cooked with ham! Then there was the service from the waiting staff OR should I say lack of service. What four-star hotel has their customers clear their own tables? Have you been to one where you have to take your plates to a trolley, scrape them and then put them in a stack on the trolley. I have never had to do that. Drinks at meal times were served to the back of the room despite sitting next to the bar the guy serving would not serve one of us four glasses of wine for our table, again it was a joke. Supervision of the food was poor and one young man was seen several times eating from the displays

You can cook your own meal and eat on the balcony while watching the sea. Special reminder A friend who travels freely in China, after cooking in the kitchen, you must remember to take the kitchen garbage out and throw it away, otherwise the credit card will be charged a cleaning fee.

The Rooms are compact but have everything you need . Breakfast lovely and included. We payed extra for parking (€13 per day ) There are a few spaces outside the hotel that were reserved. There is additional parking nearby . Would definitely go back . If you book via their website there is a discount compared to booking sites . All in all excellent value . Great staff . Wonderful stay . Tossa de Mar is a lovely seaside resort for a relaxing holiday

However, I have never in my life met a receptionist as rude as the older lady I met tonight in this hostal. My sister and I booked a twin room in this hostal for 12 nights. Everyone from the cleaning lady to the gentlemen at the reception desk have been absolutely lovely. My sister requested extra towels this evening and was told very rudely that wasn't available. I went down to reception to explain that we had been allowed to do this earlier in the week. The lady in reception spoke very rudely to me, told me this was a hostal not a hotel and proceeded to call someone with better English. I thought that I would be polite and smile and my reward was the receptionist making rude faces at me, mocking my smile. I can only equate it to something you might see in a school yard. She actually did this twice. I am absolutely speechless......... fine don't give me the towels but please don't rant about it and make faces at a guest. This is our last night thank goodness. I certainly don't want a repeat of tonight's episode. Before tonight's experience I would have given a much better review

Sympathetic staff.
The rooms are very well suited, with balcony and air conditioning.
The sounds of the room above are not terrible.
Telephone with 3 channels (info) in French.
The swimming pool is fine.
The breakfast is right even if most products are industrial (growing, orange juice, ...).
In the negative light, two things:
We could not connect to the hotel's wifi in 6 days, whether in the room, at the reception, at the swimming pool or elsewhere.
Finally, I didn't appreciate that a woman was bathing with a burkini in the pool, burkini that she then used in the breakfast room and in the city.
On the hygiene level, it is not possible.
I don't understand that the hotel accepts this.

The opposite is the police station, and security is absolutely assured. There is a large supermarket within 100 meters, which is not to be worn! Breakfast is good, relatively rich relative to this price. There is no quality degradation due to the off-season. There is a swimming pool next to the restaurant. The apartments are so well designed and a great deal of thought and attention to detail has gone into the layout in order to prepare a simple meal using the wonderful fresh Catalonian produce. Every utensil you need is there and is of good quality. The apartments are large, comfortable, quiet, and along with the rest of the hotel are spotlessly clean and well maintained. The pool area is lovely and once again clean and welcoming. The biggest asset here are the staff. From the maintenance guy to the cleaning team and receptionists. All are superb and extremely helpful. A special mention to Maria, who went above and beyond to assist us with several issues we had, due to our lack of technical knowledge. She even came to our apartment to show us how to use the induction hob, as we were clueless. I cannot fault this hotel and it is perfectly located to explore the beautiful resort of Tossa de mar. Will definitely return.

Say good 180 degree sea view and pool view, came to the hotel but arranged a second floor, there is no pool view, only 60 degrees sea view! Going to the front desk, Complaint told me that the room with pool view + sea view is small. I don't dare to book a foreign hotel in Ctrip next time.
