We just stayed overnight as we have an event to attend at a nearby events place. We have previously stayed at Summit Hotel in Cebu so we expect the same impeccable service and the facilities is as good as its other location. This hotel didn’t disappoint as they acted fast when i asked to change room as im not comfortable staying in an adjoining room. What I really love is the unobstructed view of the city and not like other hotels wherein your view is window of the other building. The room is very spacious. The bed and pillows are clean and comfy. The location is walking distance to greenhills shopping area as well as Santola ln MRT station.

ACL Suites was one of the few hotels I wanted to stay from time to time even though it is old and outdated. But nowadays, I really don't care too much about what to expect inside the hotel (as long as I can comfortably rest and sleep well. lol). What really amazes me when I go back here is the Customer Service I am experiencing when I visit here since it is a plus factor for me when choosing a hotel. Actually before, (before the pandemic) I am staying already here but their staff was very unprofessional and got a feeling that they are lazy doing things. But now, everything is different. From the greetings I received upon arrival, down to my stay, and until I check out, (even though they are all in their mask) I saw the smile within their eyes and the sincerity of their service. I will surely be coming back more often here in ACL Suites. PS: By the way, Thanks for the free Wi-Fi Access you are offering now. Unlike before, it is only at the lobby and in rooms were an add-on. Hoping for a faster and more reliable free Wi-Fi in the future. :) and bidet also - they promise this to me actually. hahaha

Their service treats their guests well. There is something you can't deny that they have a shortcoming. Just like the bathtub drain doesn't work. Their air conditioner is a bit weak. We booked this hotel because of the amenities. We didn't use it because the pool was being repaired. It was a little sad and disappointing but overall my gf and I enjoyed it. Thanks anyway.

As recommended by my friend, we stayed here for almost a week as we’re going to some locations near Cubao during my vacation. We were assigned almost to the highest floor where we had an amazing view of the bustling city of the metro. I have no issue with the apartment, the room, toilet, and the facilities are great. If you’re staying, always take note of the timings with garbage disposals. There’s a 7-Eleven at the building’s entrance. It's really convenient to buy things and bring them to your room. The pool access has a limited number of people only. I didn’t get a chance to take a photo of our room but it was spacious.

Well located off Araneta. Still in walking distance from the several Cubao bus terminals (25 minutes walk). Of course, this is not suitable if you visit sites in Central Manila. The most basic room is clean and A/C. No elevator. Traffic noise was minimal. I had a good sleep after day-long bus ride. I booked it on the day of arrival, which was near midnight, and the property still had my name on the guest list. The late check in procedure done by the security was smooth. Appreciate the efficiency.

Location is great, very close to Eastwood Mall, so lots of retail stores and restaurants. The hotel is a no frills place. Very basic. No tea and coffee making facilities. The safe was broken but other than that it's clean and good for a short stay. There was free breakfast which the menu is changed daily. Very average food and very understaffed. It was passable though. The nonsense about the staff asking about vaxx status was ridiculous and unnecessary as its not required by the govt.

We always had a great time staying at Soleste Suites for a couple of times already. This coming October will be the 4th time of having room reservation here. Booking room reservation was totally different since the pandemic started. A lot of good hotels/suites were closed and not accessible for people who just wanted to take a quick break outside home and work. I am very cautious when it comes to selecting a place to stay. The security, ambiance, cleanliness, professional management and staff, accessibility in transportation, restaurants, convenience stores and a lot more are being considered whenever I look for a place to stay. I patiently read travelers reviews to get more actual details of the hotel/suites. Then I suddenly discovered Soleste Suites as one of the most recommended place to stay at. We experienced great service, super clean room, and tried their selection of delicious breakfast! We felt secured and safe also because we noticed how they strictly follows safety protocols within the whole area. Staffs and crews are very polite, friendly and attentive. I loved how I quickly get response whenever I have questions or I needed something in the room. The whole experience never changed ever since our first stay at Soleste. I am glad to discover this gem in the city and will continue to choose this one whenever we want to have a quick staycation.
