The location of the hotel is very good. It is just a 10-minute drive from Table Mountain. There are many restaurants and bars nearby. After dinner, walking along the beach, watching seagulls and sunset is very pleasant. The hotel’s breakfast is very rich, and the Xiaohei’s service is also very enthusiastic, which is a very good choice.

The rooms are quite large, the decor is elegant, the location (away from the city center) is far, and the service is poor! I wanted to take a shower. There was no shower gel in my room. I made four or five phone calls and no one sent them for a long time! In the end I came out looking for the cleaners myself!

Good location and very clean. Overall experience is good! But online prices fluctuate widely and are somewhat inexplicable. The front desk service needs to be improved, and it took 2 hours to issue an invoice.

Simply spike! The coronation finish of our South Africa tour. Beautiful large rooms, with 2 large comfortable beds, even a window can be opened a little (a very large plus), so you do not necessarily have to turn on the air conditioning. Big bathroom, extra toilet, extra shower, bath coat and bathrooms are also available. Coffee machine and water cooker are available. There is nothing missing at breakfast, very great. The staff is very friendly and attentive, especially at breakfast. In the entire hotel lobby bar and breakfast area, temperature is not too much cooled. A pleasant smell of “White Tea” flows across the house. A small pool and a larger hall bath are available, both not used for time shortage. You can go to the Waterfront about 20 minutes. A wonderful stay, unfortunately only for 2 nights.

The hotel is located in the very bustling WATERFRONT pier, and there are many restaurants in the country. Seafood, western food, etc. are very busy, and it is very lively during the day and night! The second floor of the hotel can directly lead to WATERFRONT SHOP MALL, shopping mall, whether it is supermarket, clothing , life, even barber shop, nail shop everything! The front of the hotel is the Atlantic Ocean, the scenery is very beautiful! We booked a sea view room, open the floor-to-ceiling window curtains at 6 o'clock every day, you can see the sunrise rising from the Atlantic coastline, it is so beautiful!

The hotel is located in the white area under Table Bay. The leisure and entertainment facilities are complete, the security and the environment are nothing short of it. I like it very much. It is the beach, the sunrise and sunset suffocation, not far from the city. The hotel has a free shuttle bus to the Waterfront.

This hotel is situated in the best position! It is just breath taking to sit and look at that view! The rooms are absolutely amazing and the staff are friendly and helpful. To the lady who made my omelette this morning - Thank you!! It was the BEST omelette I have had! I must unfortunately say that I am disappointed as it is not a cheap hotel, and when I got to my room there was a pillow lying on the floor by the window and it had a hole in the cover - also, the balcony was full of cigarette buds :( There was also no complementary water or any face cloths. I know these things are not huge ... but when you are paying that price there should be a bit more attention to detail. I will definitely stay here again and recommend the hotel - but I’m hoping there will be a little bit more attention to detail.

We had a very nice stay. The property is a stone throw away from the beach and penguins. The views from the dining area are gorgeous. Staff were friendly and professional. Our room was very clean but did not have a lot of space to move around. The shower was not draining water so it was uncomfortable showering with water up to the ankles. Our room was next to the kitchen and it gets noisy when the staff are talking over the deep fryer noise etc. There was no wifi signal in our room. We will be coming back, the Hotel location is just too perfect!!!

Love this hotel. 15 minute walk to Victoria and Alfred Hotel by the wharf, lots of things to do, places to eat, close to banks with ATM, close to shop. Ots got its own restaurant, you can order room service, they have a 7 day Happy Hour from 5-7, good breakfast buffet. Room with a balcony, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, pots n pans, plates, etc like you are in a condo. My room has a huge living room and dining, King size bed, tv in bedroom and living room. Most of all the staffs are all professional, helpful and very nice, especially the Manager Zilu - superb customer service! Zora, Tyrone, Gode and Unathi and many others that I cannot remember their names ❤️ I love this hotel 👍

My daughters and I arrived early December 2021 for a ten day stay at Little Scotia. The best decision I made. The place was safe and secure which was the most important aspect for me. We were able to come in and go out at our convenience with our access tag to the place. It was clean, neat, restful and we had all the help we required. Our room was our haven and sanctuary in the evening while we enjoyed late afternoons sitting right outside our room. The staff are friendly, kind, passionate about our stay, the conversations were great, the advice and direction for the days outing help a great deal. It is a home away from home, a place you never want to leave and believe you me I was heartsore leaving

Breakfast is 100 RMB per person, there are not many types of meals, but the service is exceptional! The location is also very good, very close to the mall. The neighborhood is also rich, and the security issues are not bad. It is well known that law and order in South Africa is not abrupt. Ctrip reservations need to be booked in advance, otherwise the hotel will show unpaid, but Ctrip has shown payment ... Ctrip is better than Booking in terms of price, this is a must.

I stayed at the aparthotel for the second time and found its location convenient and my stay comfortable. However, the building alarm repeatedly disturbed my sleep during the early hours of the morning, and the pillows were not comfortable, making my stay less pleasant this time. If these issues are fixed, I would definitely come back to stay again.

On a recent guided tour to South Africa, this was the hotel we were based in for our 4 days in Cape Town. It is handily located 5mins taxi ride (20min plus walk) from the Waterfront in Cape Town. It is in a quiet part of the city. The hotel is modern, the staff very friendly and rooms well sized and equipped (although having a curtain to pull right across the width of the room to seperate the room when someone was in the shower is a novelty). Depending on which side of the hotel you are on you get a great view of Table Mountain/Signal Hill. Breakfast was included and the hoetl breakfast selection was excellent, a good start to the day. All in all a very pleasant stay, a great base for exploring Cape Town and a good start to the trip

The Sea Star Tocks Boutique Hotel is absolutely beautiful, set high above Camps Bay with views toy make your jaw drop. At first I thought we may be a little far out of town but the use of Uber taxis made the trip into town easy and quick, 60 rand and easily sourced. Pool area to your room was delightful. Our room was high end luxury with amazing extra facilities. Beds and pillows were beautiful quality and breakfast choice was exceptional. Full continental breakfast was anzing plus the additional extensive hot breakfast menu was just yummy. This place has one amazing assets, and that is the staff who run this Hotel, who who deliver service with passion and care and a constant smile. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Being at Sea Sands Rock is like being at home with your family. Felix and his team cannot do enough to help to make your stay memorable. I decided to book online and pay through this medium as well.Due to a problem I experienced I deicide to contact the property to request a change in the dates via the booking.com app.To date I just received a generic reply , not related to my query. The receptionist on duty was a bit abrupt when I explained the situation.I just said that I already paid via the app, but he insisted that that was not how they do business .I nevertheless decided to proceed and paid again . The stay at the hotel was fine , except for the refrigerator that leaked .

Our experience at this hotel went above and beyond our wildest expectations! The hotel's exquisite location grants you a balcony view of the ocean and the majestic Table Mountain as a backdrop. The level of service we received was truly exceptional, leaving us thoroughly impressed. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the range of amenities provided was more than generous. The rooms themselves strike a perfect balance between spaciousness and coziness, creating a truly inviting atmosphere. A noteworthy feature that sets this hotel apart is the complimentary mini bar, offering a variety of snacks and drinks – a rare find. What's even more remarkable is that these snacks are not only delicious but also cater to vegan and gluten-free preferences. Without a doubt, we are already making plans to return to this outstanding establishment in the future.

I absolutely LOVED my stay! The rooms are so spacious, feeling of luxury and my bed was large and so comfortable. I felt very safe and had a very peaceful sleep. The breakfast was very delicious and what was on offer was a really lovely spread. Thank you for making my stay one that I will not forget, and will definitely return when doing business that side again. One suggestion: I know you offer a lovely selection of restaurants in your area to go eat out at. Which is great. I just had a long day with meetings and not really knowing the area once I had returned back to the property and felt so relaxed, that I did not feel up to heading out again to find myself a dinner option. So thought it would be a lovely option to add a list of which restaurants or pizza places also offer take away delivery options too maybe. Or could offer a ready made meal in your canteen area that can be warmed up or even ordered as an advance order (extra cost) when booking in online as a dinner option ? I would have definitely have used this. :)

Having travelled extensively and stayed in numerous hotels worldwide, I can confidently state that my recent experience was the worst ever. Despite seeing several negative reviews about their service, I thought they were just occasional lapses. However, I soon discovered that the hotel had a persistent service problem. I had a problem with my reservation and spent two days trying to resolve it, but no one cared. To make matters worse, I was charged ten times the amount I had originally paid for the same room (i.e., $300 instead of $30) without any reasonable explanation. When I questioned this, the staff merely shrugged it off, citing fluctuating prices as the reason. The lady in charge of reservations was extremely rude and disrespectful throughout the ordeal. In addition to the issues with my reservation and the exorbitant charges, the air conditioner was not working properly and made a lot of noise. Furthermore, the fridge in my room made a huge noise, which disturbed my sleep at 2 am (I recorded a video as proof). Moreover, the noise levels in the dormitory were unacceptable all the night! making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. In short, I urge anyone considering staying at this hotel to think twice and look for other options.

Right from the check in to check out every moment spent in the property was heartwarming. The entire staff always greeted us with a smile and was courteous. as we were vegetarian, we had a special request for the breakfast the head chef ( I'm sorry don't recall her name ) may be Claire.. she was called and met us during our checkin. she noted every details and ensured we were served a different hot dish everyday in morning suiting our requirements. it was amazing. The over all breakfast spread was super i mean a lot of choices for non vegetarian specially and the quality of food used was super. we have never had such a wonderful experience earlier with any property. The property was upto the mark, clean and services prompt. We would rate this as a 5 Star property and nothing less. ample of parking space, a very safe locality, a mall just 2 blocks away made things easier. Wifi was excellent the room size is big enough. Highly recommended Indians and all tourists to book with them when in Capetown, they will exceed your expectations and make you feel delighted always. thanking the entire team once again and if we ever drop in Capetown, this will be the place we would lookforward to book again.

My sister and I stayed at this stunning hotel for a night to catch up and put our feet up! We live in Cape Town and this “staycation” was just what we needed! It felt like we were overseas! The hotel is a feast for the eyes! Every room is different and has so much character and attention to detail. The little pineapple theme flows through very cleverly. The bathrooms are wonderful and the breakfast was delicious! The staff is very warm and friendly and professional. The hotel is close to lovely little restaurants in Regent Street and close to the promenade for a walk or run. I highly recommend this hotel and it epitomises what a Boutique hotel should be.

Upgraded to a Loft suite. Excellent (once the air conditioner unit was explained). Staff great. Housekeeping a bit too eager. On site restaurant Liberty's seems slow and disorganized, even for South Africa and especially for a Hilton's. Free shuttle to V&A Waterfront every two hours. Walking distance to the Old Biscuit Mill (a Saturday morning must-do). Regular and reliable taxi service around Cape Town at reasonable rates, for drop off and pickup. Airport shuttle. I am in Cape Town for a conference and unable to stay at the hotel of my choice as they are fully booked. At the stay easy it’s been one disappointment after another since first contact. I was checked into a single room despite booking a double. The bed was so small I literally fell off with a single turn. Trust me the beds are that small. If you are over 5ft7 this is not a place for you. After putting in a complaint the next day I was moved to the double, here the sink was clogged and despite my requests was never fixed. No international Tv news channels were on offer. When prompted the reception said they would sort it out and never did. I received a similar response when I asked for a shower cap. At the Stay Easy you’ll be lucky if your call to the switch board is picked up. I never experienced that. The receptionist when we arrived was brutally honest, yes we know you booked a double but we are putting you into a single call your booking office, this happens all the time. The gym is not worth using, the pool is a pond. All true I must say. One thing one must note is that the pool and gum are not at the StayEasy but the building next door so you’ll need to leg it out of your hotel to the one next door. Finally please don’t use the vending machine I’ve lost money to it. It first work and the hotel does not have a sign to reflect that, though the door man seemed very apologetic when you don’t receive what you’ve paid for…..

GOOD - hotel service was very friendly and professional; breakfast was excellent; rooms were larger than normal; BAD: the area around the hotel can be a bit sketchy - especially at night; very few options for food after dark; not in a tourist area and not much to see in teh vinicity hotel itself was safe and quiet, but the central bussines district might not be the best option for many tourists. Not really close enough to be convenient to the waterfront - you could walk during the day but uber was only about $3, so that was a plus.

Hi, Dille here. I'm from Belgium and when I was 18, fresh out of high school I decided to travel to South Africa and volunteer with SAVE in schools in Dunoon. Let me tell you that was one of the most eyeopening expreiences I've had. I stayed for 2 months and learned so much. All the interesting people you meet in Saltycrax are from all over the world. Every one of them with their own opinion, culture, mindset, age. And that is what makes it so interesting and educational. After, sometimes, long days in the schools we came back to Salty and we would feel home again. We had movienight almost every night and spend almost all our time together. We rented a car and did a roadtrip all the way to Cape Point and we had the time of our lives. We went to table mountain and lionshead with ubers and climbed it a few times, once in the dark (not that i would recommend that to anyone). To this day I still talk to my friends from Germany, Spain, Israel.. I have friends from all over the world by just coming to one place: Saltycrax.

We had wonderful days at South Breeze, a small cozy guest house. The warm hosts Thelma and Ronny did everything to make us feel comfortable. The rooms are tastefully and comfortably furnished and have large bathrooms and air conditioning. The good breakfast included in the room price is not a standard buffet as is so often the case, but is served in the morning in the breakfast room using a small breakfast menu. Just great. The guest house has a small courtyard with a pool and a barbecue, which the host is happy to help with. I can recommend the guest house without reservation. The journey time to the city center is about 20 minutes, to the airport it is 25 minutes. The walk to the beach is about 200m. There is free parking in the courtyard.
