The location is very good. The hotel and the parking next to the hotel are very cheap. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the cliffton hill. It is convenient to eat and play. The hotel itself is relatively old, but the room has been renovated. The thing I want to complain about the most is the service. We took our children and asked where the swimming pool is, but we were given a room that is not on the same floor as the swimming pool! Live in and go to the swimming pool to find out! In winter, you need to walk through the open-air corridor to reach the pool! And there is no place to change clothes in the pool! Remind friends who want to use the swimming pool to check in must be arranged in a room with the swimming pool in the same building. Breakfast is included, but as long as it is sweet, it is very greasy.

We traveled here for a mini family vacation and I really enjoyed our stay! LOVES: the Juliet balconies that overlook the central atrium -- I loved having a place to drink a coffee or glass of wine in the evening that wasn't the hotel room itself. - the ambiance of the atrium was relaxing and sweet - free breakfast and parking (BONUS) **I loved having breakfast available for our young kids. They served cereal and fruit, toast and muffins. The eggs didn't look amazing, nor did the sausage but it's a FREE BREAKFAST! In Niagara Falls! That alone saves almost $100 for a family of four. -fridges in the bedrooms - price was great :) CONS: - it's outdated. Don't expect modern rooms and decor; the rugs are worn and paint is peeling - the central atrium is very loud in the evenings, busy with hockey tournaments and swimming children. The hotel has quiet time starting at 10pm and they were vigilant in following this protocol Overall: Go here with your family! It's super cute and get a room with a balcony :) Michelle

This Days Inn is the absolute best. The staff here are amazing. Front desk staff are friendly always very welcoming and extremely accommodating. (Love that some of these ladies have worked here for year as it always nice to see a familiar face) Housekeeping is wonderful. These ladies work very hard to keep the rooms clean and they dova great job, not to mention they also say hello and a smile. Jen/Jan is lovely. The maintenance staff are always nice and friendly as well. The building is well cared for the proximity to the main attractions is a matter of a 3-minute walk away. I recommend this hotel 100%

The Vittoria is perfectly situated in the melee of the Clifton Hill tourist district of the Falls. Everywhere is an easy walk. But despite the hubbub outside (a go-karting track is almost opposite!), it was quiet inside. My room was large and comfortable with a really nice bed, powerpoints within easy reach and a good sized bathroom. My only bugbear was the lack of tea bags in the room - not everyone drinks coffee - and powdered milk which seemed a bit cheap given the fancy coffee machine. While the room was very clean, the reception area could do with some love. Some of the communal furniture looked tatty and marked. Also the general vibe was a bit 1990s. The hotel is undergoing a refit so maybe this will improve. The construction work at the hotel was major - but also barely audible which was a relief. It was well communicated so I knew what to expect. The work did mean the restaurant and bar was closed, but there are so many options close by it wasn't a big deal.

The location of this hotel is faultless! Absolutely perfect to be able to see the falls and both Clifton Hill and Victoria Avenue are a short walk away too. As per the other reviews, the hotel rooms are quite dated in terms of the decor and furniture. But our two rooms didn’t have any problems with them. We were on the 6th floor and had a great view of the falls (although the windows could do with a clean!) I would HIGHLY recommend anyone staying here to pre-book breakfast (or a room with breakfast included), because the food is super tasty, filling and the service is great AND you sit over looking the falls too. Why would you leave for breakfast elsewhere when this is your view?!

Not what I've come to expect from HIE - would never stay here again! Upon arrival, there was no one at the front desk, but there was a line of people. The first person in the line stated he'd been waiting for 15 minutes and no one was available. All the lights in the sitting area off the lobby were turned off, and there were several groups of flies circling the lobby area right where everyone was waiting... definitely NOT an inviting welcome. When the front desk worker finally arrived back to the desk, there was no apology or even a ”welcome, thanks for waiting.” The room wasn't any better. Mold on the bathroom ceiling (and likely elsewhere given how terrible my allergies were), and a broken lock on our door. To top it all off, the stairwell was filled with bags of garbage. It was so awful I cancelled the second night (it was too late to move my 3 yr old) and we moved on to a better hotel elsewhere.

Very nice hotel in Niagara Falls. Exceptional service by Bill (bartender), Sarah at check-in desk, and Tina, our server at dinner. The room was spacious, bed & linens very nice and comfortable. We loved having a couch and ottoman for extra space. Plenty of parking also, but cost $15 a day which seemed an unreasonable extra charge considering our two night stay was $525. Unlike the Hampton Inn next door, breakfast is not included, thus also extra cost and time required. Hotel is not by a highway, so no traffic noise which was nice. Tip: you have to request housekeeping service as it is not automatically done.

She blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. Later, I asked Ctrip, and it was indeed canceled by mistake 😑. The parking lot is charged, which is quite large. Took a quick family trip to Niagara Falls. During my pre-trip research, I came across this hotel and was impressed by the fact that they had a ”family room,” which had 3 beds (2 queen, 1 twin). I checked the price, which was very reasonable, considering how close it is to the falls. I couldn't have been happier with it! Located just one block from I90, it sits on a corner lot and is quiet and cozy. The room size was great! Even with 3 beds and a desk, plus a mini fridge, there was still plenty of room to move around! If I had to find any fault, it would be that there was no complimentary breakfast, as advertised, because of covid; as well, I saw a few small ants in the bathroom. If you're looking for a pool, don't stay here. Overall, I was pleased. I would stay there again, as well as recommend it! If you're taking your kids, ask for a family room.

Location: Although the location is great as this hotel is very close to the visitor center. But at night the area around the hotel is very dark and seems unsafe. Front Desk: A little too preoccupied with process and not really great at communication. We had booked a room with two queen beds online and paid in advance. At the hotel we requested if the same can be changed to one king size bed - the receptionist foolishly changed the room to one queen bed room !! Restaurant: Great staff, very helpful and inviting and always ready to explain even the most basic things to foreigner like myself. Cleanliness: Great Job !!

First, I’d like to say that the staff was courteous and helpful. I’m not expecting the Ritz Carlton but for $250 per night, I’d expect at the very least a couple of bottles of water in the room and perhaps some cheap room slippers. Also, to advertise a swimming pool when it’s 21 feet long is a stretch! That’s more like a wading pool. There were a few times I called ‘0’ to get the front desk and a message comes on requesting that you leave a message! Breakfast was typical for this brand - nothing truly healthy. Bagels, muffins, processed cereals, pre-processed omelets etc just don’t cut it especially for a health conscious vegetarian. The oatmeal with raisins and pumpkin seeds was my breakfast. Also, there are no in-room safes. If I were paying $79 or even $100, I’d say ok, but for $250 per night, the hotel should be showering the guests with amenities. They are being cheap and greedy. Not even any toothbrushes ! Can’t say that Covid caused it anymore. That’s all past us now. I’ve been living in Asia for the past 8 years and those hotels have far surpassed ours by light years when comparing side by side. Howard S. Unfortunately, most of the hotels in this city are way overpriced for the value received.

We arrived on 19th September after 3 days in times Square. Long journey by amtrak train (8 hours) but very comfortable and didn't seem that long. The seneca is a massive hotel with very little in it. The ****** is very expensive even if you are like us just wanted a little flutter. None of the restaurants were open, bar one, which meant long queues. Our room was huge and was very nice with electric curtains and a hot tub in the room. My daughter and her husband had the same room but on the floor above, but nothing worked in their room sadly. It is well located, but if you are expecting a view of the falls you want get it. We booked a tour using our city passes and met Dan who took us all over and to a bakery...which is a must. It was called niagra falls illuminations. Would I choose it again, for location yes. No for restaurants. No for staff they were not very accommodating. I personally would stay on the train to the Canadian side, that was amazing.

The hotel is in downtown. Check in was a nightmare took almost an hour to get in and then they gave us a room that was not cleaned yet had to go back down stairs and get another room. rooms are ok not nothing exciting found blood on the top blanket and there was blood on the wall in the bathroom next to the toilet. The person that checked us in was very nice that is why I gave it a 2 star. For the price it is not worth it. The next problem was parking they have maybe 20 or 30 spots on site then you have to go 2 or 3 blocks away to park and you have to pay then you have to wait in line again to get them to validate it. so ridiculous since we have a handicap person with us. It is way to much trouble. then when we went to get our showers in the morning there was no hot water, so that was not a good experience either. so all in all it is not worth $200.

This is a value-for-your-money budget hotel, very conveniently located. We spent one night there. All the rooms were occupied... mostly families, but the place was very quiet. We felt very safe here. The owner was welcoming & friendly and shared information on things we could do there. The room was clean and had a breakfast basket waiting - muffins, banana, fruit juice & water. Some reviewers have complained about the breakfast, but i think, for the money we have paid to stay here, this is decent breakfast... enough to fill you up & get you going. The bed was very comfortable, too. The bathroom needs a facelift, but apart from that, we really liked this low- budget place & will definitely stay here again.

This property differs from a traditional bed and breakfast, and if you book online you will be surprised with an extra $15 ”cleaning fee” which the proprietor did not include in his online listing. How does it differ from a traditional bed and breakfast? The owner is not on site. You are not provided a fully cooked breakfast You need to wash your dishes and clean up the kitchen after you eat breakfast You are provided a selection of food you can make for your own breakfast, but if another guest beats you to the punch you may not get what you like. And when you are done making your breakfast you are expected to wash your dishes and clean up the kitchen. In other words this is more like an Air B&B rather than a bed and breakfast. If that's what you are looking for then this place will fit the bill for you. If you want a true bed and breakfast then look elsewhere.

1, the first floor restaurant breakfast is good, traditional authentic American style, there are more than a dozen to choose; per capita about 20 dollars; 2, we chose Newcastle room, two double beds, each bed is very spacious should be able to sleep 2 people. The hotel room is very spacious, the food in the refrigerator is free and the children are very happy. 3. The hotel is the closest hotel to the Great Falls. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the American section of the Great Falls, and across the road is the bridge to Goat Island. Look at the people in the middle of the sun and come back to rest and play again. 4, must go to the Maid of the Mist, feel the close contact with the gusts of the Great Falls, very good 5, the hotel front desk service is very enthusiastic, is one of the best in the United States, to help us print the cruise ticket, the rain boots forgot to take it, still good for our custody, passionate introduction of attractions information, etc.

I stayed here for 2 nights, this motel sits along a boulevard with many motels on either side. I stayed here to be close to Wheatfield, I would not recommend staying here to be close to the falls as you would need a car for that. The fact that it's a motel (i.e. direct access to the rooms from outside) on a busy main road means that it can get quite noisy, even at night. Despite this being a chain motel it seems to be run by a couple, meaning that reception is not staffed 24 hrs. The room was average, I've stayed in worse and I've also stayed in a lot better. It was clean and not too dated, the décor was very typical of the area. The bed was comfortable enough, the bathroom was clean, there were tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The toilet didn't flush properly unfortunately, someone did come and look at it but it was still dodgy afterwards. The wifi was free but extremely slow. This was late June and it was hot, there was AC which did cool down very well but it was extremely noisy. Overall it was a very average stay, it's a little pricy but most motels in the same area are the same. It's what you get for staying near a major tourist attraction in the summer.
