Hapimag is a large block of apartment rooms some with balconies most don’t have a great view but the central location more than makes up for this. Modern large bright room very comfortable large bed with a self contained kitchen with kettle and espresso coffee maker. There are coffe and tea for you to purchase but I took English tea bags and coffee pods and some cereal. You can buy lovely bread in the many bakeries locally also there are a couple of good supermarkets near by. There are many places to eat but not much variety for vegetarians so eat in a couple of Italian restaurants. We purchased the Salzburg card but would advise getting to the city first then working out how many days you want as we purchased a 3 day card but because some things are closed in the winter it wasn’t worth it. We took the bus to Untersberg then the cable car to the top of the mountain very worth doing. Another day we took the bus to lake Wolfgang but not much was open but the views were well worth the trip amazing! Breath taking! A must for travellers but a bit tricky on the busses with the changes. My advice would be pay for the balcony room at Hapimag take tea bags! And enjoy such a wonderful city.

Booked a double bed room, it is very strange that only Ctrip can have this room type, booking has not been seen for a long time, breakfast is eaten in the store, 14 euros one person, children under 13 years old do not need money, walk to Salzburg Castle More than a kilometer, turn right through the cave, turn left to wash the horse pool and watch the sunset to do the elevator to the attractions, forgot to scream. It is more convenient here, parking, living in the old city is estimated to be a problem, this price is good value for money

The location is very good, the train station comes out of any bus 3 stations, walk 20 minutes. After getting off the bus, look around, the right door of the church is gone, the doors are closed. The wide corridor, the room is like a dormitory, but it is very new and clean, and the breakfast is good. When you get out of the train station, you can buy a pass card right away. This is a tourist city. There are a lot of Tongka. The museums and the Archbishop's Palace in Salzburg must be seen. Especially the Archbishop's Palace is no worse than any European palace, and it is allowed to take pictures! Remote short-distance attractions are all included and it takes three nights to visit all the attractions.

The Cityhotel is conveniently located in the city centre of Salzburg - 5 mins by cab from the train station, and in a beautiful and quiet part of the old town. We stayed in one of the larger double bedrooms and were impressed with the amenities offered in a 3-star hotel. The room was very clean and cosy; there was a bottle of water and a fridge, plus a really convenient gadget to support your stay in Salzburg - essentially a smartphone with free guides and tours that you can take with you when exploring the city. Haven't come across such an offering before but thought this was a really smart idea! The hotel is quiet, the beds are amazingly comfortable and we were able to order our breakfast to the room the day before, which felt very safe in times of COVID. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of bread, some cake and pastries, as well as yoghurt and fruits accompanied by your choice of coffee or tea. For those that like to really splash on their morning coffees, you have your personal Nespresso machine in the room to top-up on that lovely caffeine! Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating - thanks again to team Trumer Stube, we had a wonderful stay!

We enjoyed our trip to Salzburg, and we are very happy to have found this place to stay. It was in a terrific location, parking our car nearby was easy, and it was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do, and at a great price with a pool to keep our child happy, too. It was quiet in the evenings, so we had no trouble getting a good night’s sleep, and it was clean and modern with a small kitchenette that was perfect for us to make our own breakfast. The folder had invaluable information to make our stay even more comfortable and fun with recommendations to local restaurants and stores as well as manuals for the appliances. If we come back to Salzburg, we would definitely stay here again!

We have booked two apartments called "Happy Days" and "Perfect Harmony". This way we had the whole 1st floor for ourselves. Modern bathrooms (one with a stylish bathtub in the middle of the bathroom), wooden floors, fully equipped kitchen, etc.. It is a very quiet area, alongside a small river (called "Almkanal"). Opening the windows on one side you could hear the river, doing same on the other side you could hear the birds (even in January). As we are in Salzburg from time to time we asked the charming lady to show us the penthouse apartment at the top floor: An apartment with the woow-factor: brand new, modern, spacious and with a big private terrace (with table, chairs and sunloungers). 5 minutes walk to the old town (Getreidegasse); bus station, supermarket, restaurants very nearby

Hotel location is very good, there is a bus at the train station, take the 3 road, 25 roads to the hotel, take the three stops, it must be the third stop, or have to go for a while. The main staple of breakfast is bread. However, there are a lot of boiled eggs and scrambled eggs. The waiters are not many insiders or Chinese. Figure 1 2 3 is the location of the hotel, and Figure 3 is the location of the train station in this place. If you go to the train station, it will take 15 minutes.

Walked 15-20 minutes from the train station, the location is OK. However, it is not possible to check in early. What is even worse is that at 3 o'clock, it is said that it has not been cleaned up, and it has to wait. This is not very satisfactory. Although it is a tight manpower on weekends, it can not harm the interests of the guests. Not far from the station, about 5-10 minutes. If there is Salzburg card, it is not recommended to walk to the old town, it is still quite tired to go to the sights. Go to the Stein Trail and the shopping area is closer. Breakfast is good, there are many Americans living. The room is small, the extra bed is not strong, there is no kettle, I have not used it for a long time. But give a bottle of water every day, bath products are good.

When I first arrived in Salzburg, I was introduced into Mozart Square because of navigation errors. Because of the unclear identification of the surrounding area, I drove into the wrong place. I almost had to pay 100 Euros to get out of the square. Later I met Austria’s “yellow cow” and spent 30 Euros. When I checked in at the hotel, I told the younger brother at the front desk and told him that this should be a trap. Because of the three hours of staying in this stay, we found that many of the cars in the move could not go out. The front desk brother immediately removed us. Parking fees and tell us that "when something bad happens, there will always be good things happening", awesome

The bus to Salzburg is only 15 minutes away, but there are several buses going at the same time, and Hellbrunn or Cable Kata are both on the mountain, so if you have a timetable to go there, you can stay in the hotel, especially if you travel from Take the Flix or Leo bus in Prague or elsewhere. This is the direction from the station to the city, so you can find accommodation earlier because the accommodation is earlier than the city. The staff are friendly and it rains a lot in Salzgan, so I rented an umbrella from the hotel and used it well. The disadvantage is that it is air-conditioned, so I chose this type of accommodation, which is usually not what we think it is, but a fan-like device. Please note that air conditioning is installed. However, it rained on the day we went, so that air conditioning was not needed. Opening the window and blowing the wind is much cooler than opening the air conditioner. You can open the window, because there are no mosquitoes, it doesn't matter. In addition to the disappointment with the air conditioning, the price is cheaper than the accommodation in Salzburg, so you can take the bus.

Location: Very good, 50 meters from the subway, just beside the Belvedere Palace. There is a nice old beer restaurant nearby, I ate three meals there. Facilities: The room is large, with floor-to-ceiling windows, which can be opened for use as a balcony, and the bathroom is separated from wet and dry; Service: Chat with the front desk lady, saying that about 80% of the hotel guests are from China. So the service is not to say, friendly and attentive. There are problems with the holiday service in Munich and Stuttgart. It’s a sudden feeling of enthusiasm in Vienna.

First of all, the hotel is in a good location, just two intersections behind the Mirabell Garden. It is very convenient to walk to the attractions. The big bed room is reserved. The front desk asks if the children can be accommodated in an extra bed. The front desk recommends adding 25 Euros to the suite. This price and The extra bed policy on Ctrip is the same, but Ctrip's extra bed policy is written in a 25-euro bed with breakfast. The actual front desk has received extra breakfast for 8.5 Euros. It is relatively simple to say breakfast. The room layout is very modern, overall good, but one of the 3 bottles of water sent in the room is half of the other people's drink... Fortunately! Parking for 14 Euros a day

The hostel located next to the train station which is perfect and only 15 minutes walk to the oldtown. I stayed here 3 days, check in was fast and got a lot of information and help where to go to the city and to see unique views of Salzburg. The beds were very comfortable, you have 2 USB port at your bed and even a small lamp so that you don't have to disturb others. The breakfast worth the price (7,90 EUR) , it's an all you can eat breakfast so basically you can have a great start before exploring Mozart's city. I would definitely recommend it to other solo travelers and for families as well since they have a kid's corner in a lobby and also private rooms.

The clean and tidy front desk is very quiet and very satisfying. In addition to check-in, I also took the initiative to introduce the city's attractions, routes, transportation and tickets. I walked out of the train station on the first day. I didn't expect this hotel was at the back door of the train station. I walked through a small garden that was too late at night to navigate and write for ten minutes, but these ten minutes still panicked. However, Mercure infected me with the standardized facilities and services of a global chain in the next two days. The breakfast was really good, the favorite was marinated salmon and hot chocolate. The fruit is also very fresh, so be sure to eat cantaloupe. In short, great, go to Mirabell Palace to catch the No. 2 bus directly. The fortress is a little further away, and taxis are not expensive

Stayed at the Pension Elizabeth with my wife for 3 nights in December. Great little pension close to Salzburg City Centre (30 minute walk/10 minute bus). Easy access from railway station and excellent directions provided by pension. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Nice clean, modern rooms, comfy bed, and lovely bathroom with drench shower head. Option of a good, reasonably priced, continental breakfast available. We enjoyed our stay at the pension Elizabeth and would stay here again if we return to Salzburg. One thing fellow travellers might want to consider is the low ceilings on the second floor. If you are tall like me (6'1'/1.8m) you may want to consider asking for a ground or second floor room as the second floor rooms at the front have vaulted ceilings. I bumped my head twice and I could have requested another room, and I'm sure the pension would have obliged but, as we loved our room we chose to stay put. Just worth considering if you are tall and head room is an issue for you.

Although the hotel seems to be general, the more you live, the more flavor you feel and the feeling of home. From the front desk to the restaurant to the cleaning staff are very warm and friendly. The bathroom has a rack of toasted towels and clothes, which is automatically turned on every night (also remember to open the switch yourself!), the clothes must be dry the next day. Hotel location is excellent. Within a 15-minute walk from the Old Town of Salzburg, it is easy to visit the local sights of Salzburg, and the Salzburg Main Station can be reached within 10 minutes, making it easy to get in and out of Salzburg. Most importantly, the hotel is right next to the Mirabell Palace, which is also a place for a day trip to various nearby lakes starting from Salzburg to buy tickets and get on and off. You can go to Hallstatt for a day trip. Half-day tour of St. Wolfgangsee, Half-Day Tour of Music, etc. There is an Asian buffet (13 Euro/guest) opposite the hotel. If you like Asian food, you can solve it. It is recommended to walk (less than 10 minutes) to eat near the main train station. There are many choices, special features and not expensive. Upon a recent visit to Munich I took advantage of its proximity to Salzburg and made the relatively short train journey. I stayed 2 nights in the Lehenerhof, which is roughly 10-15 minutes walk from the main train station in the City. Located on a main road in terms of traffic, but not so much in terms of pedestrian flow, the area it is located in may not be the most picturesque part of Salzburg, but at no time did I feel unsafe. It's a pretty normal area you'll find the equivalent of in any City Centre. On that note, the actual main centre, with the attractions and shopping distritcs, is around a 20 minute walk away. There is apparently a bus stop outside, but when I visited the weather was glorious so I enjoyed the pleasant walk. One piece of advice I would offer would be NOT to take the Google Maps route to the Hohensalzburg Fortress - it takes you up a brutally steep hill when there's a far more user friendly means of access from the centre via staircases. The actual hotel itself I picked up at a good price (I think in the region of £50 per night, though I'm confident it was maybe slightly less) and have no real complaints with. It's an old building, but a lot of work has obviously went into maintaining it - the lobby, restaurant and rooms having been kept feeling new and fresh. It's true that the hall carpet was showing signs of age, but realistically if you go on holiday and the hotel carpets are a major sticking point you're probably dealing with different priorities to me. Staff I encountered were perfectly charming and helpful. The room was lovely - spacious, bright, with a TV, desk, open plan wardrobe and side dressers. all appeared modern or at very least well maintained. The bathroom wasn't quite as modern as the room, but it was perfectly clean and everything worked fine. Despite being on a main road it was also surprisingly quiet. Wifi also worked perfectly. The main detraction I had from the hotel isn't actually the hotel's fault really. The area it's in has many cafes, takeaways and small bars surrounding it, but I struggled to find somewhere for a sit-down meal. Thankfully the hotel is equipped with its own restaurant which was pleasantly surprising in terms of price, and the meal I had (Wiener Schnitzel) was a healthy portion and delicious. The second night I'd had a busy day and to be honest a takeaway pizza was perfectly fine. Nightlife in the area isn't exactly lively, but there are a few small bars in the street where you'll be able to watch sports and enjoy a nice pint before bed. I came awy from my 2 nights in the Lehenerhof thoroughly impressed with the bag I got for my buck, and if visiting Salzburg again would gladly stay there.

Worst Hotel ever!! Do not get tricked by their photos. Falsely advertisement. Their rooms are disgustingly dirty, and the smell was intoxicating. The management handled by the rude Indian staff. He was very defensive when we were upset that the hotel does not have an elevator, as stated in Trip.com. He gave us two ground floor rooms 601 and 602; we were utterly shocked that the smell in the rooms was horrible. The staff even wanted to charge us extra 450€ for additional guests. We booked a larger family room. At the end, we requested a full refund, he said non-refundable and ignored us. He left the building for a while. We had to find different accommodation as we had an elderly grandma and three kids who were tired from a long journey. Disappointed by Trip.com as well, at first they asked for photos of evidence and after a few emails of complaints, they offered an emotional compensation of 55£. What a joke! After being a loyal customer for some time, I can say that will be my last choice. DO NOT BOOK with trip.com as well. Not helpful. Never choose Itzlinger Hof!!!!
