|8.08km from city centerI had a pleasant stay at the M Resort Golf Course Hotel in KL. The lobby is spacious and impressive. We arrived quite late by grab. KL traffic terrible as usual. While the hotel is not too far from restaurants, having a car is necessary to get around, especially for dining out. Fortunately, there are plenty of good dining options nearby. The next morning, we went to the pool, but unfortunately, the adult slide was undergoing maintenance, so we couldn't use it. However, the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options, and the service was top-notch. The only minor disappoin**ent was that our room had only a partial view of the golf course, but overall, it didn't affect our stay much.
Overall Rating is Good. Despite the minor setback with the slide undergoing maintenance and the partial golf course view from our room, the hotel offers a pleasant stay with spacious facilities, good breakfast options, and excellent service. I would consider staying here again in the future.

|1.72km from city centerNice suite in a good location. Booked the room for two nights. After checking in at 6 AM I had to change rooms at noon. That was a little bit inconvenient. This hotel doesn't have a front desk. For checking in and checking out you have to call a number and someone is coming 10 to 15 minutes later. When leaving, I was checking out at 5 AM to catch an early flight. I called and waited 20 minutes but nobody came. When I called the number again, the same person, sounding very sleepy answered. He probably fell asleep again after the first call. Finally 15 minutes later somebody came to check me out and return the security deposit.

This holiday came at the right time. You don't have to plan much. Just pack your bags, book a ticket (or just drive in) and you will make a good holiday. To many of us, eating and shopping meant a lot in holidays. This is what made my stay at Llyod's Inn KL most enjoyable! The location is good - it is located at the door step of the new TRX Exchange Mall, you would be spoilt for choices in eating and shopping. The hotel design is contemporary and environmentally friendly. The hotel lobby and rooms take in a lot of natural light. Plants and greenery are generously featured too! The staff are friendly, they will make sure your needs are well taken care of an their response has been prompt and effective. Besides the TRX Exchange Mall, there are lots to discover around the hotel. Walking around the hotel, I found many coffee shops and restaurants selling traditional KL food such as bah kut teh, char kway teow, chicken rice or laksa. There are also many new eateries in the form of boutique cafe, mee tarik and seafood restaurants. The durian shop had a lot of customers when I walked past it.

|2.64km from city centerOur stay, although only the 1 night started badly from the moment we arrived. We discovered the hotel has no reception in the lobby. I was instructed to message the host & he would come & meet & greet us. After being kept waiting for 35 minutes I messaged again asking if this is normal & got a reply ”it is for us” then I suggested they shouldn't keep guests waiting to which I received another reply of ”it's called queue, not waiting. I then received a message from a different number who then presented himself to my wife & I which my wife said to her surprise he had been sitting outside opposite her for the past 20 minutes. He then showed us to our room which we found very spacious & quite comfortable. We were then asked for payment which I produced my credit card only to be told cards were not accepted, only cash. Having just flown in from Thailand we were not carrying a lot of local currency on us. What hotel in a large bustling city does not offer credit card facilities. This was a first for us. I then had to proceed in trying to find a nearby ATM without luck. I received numerous messages & calls from the gentleman with him even coming to our room at 10.30pm to collect payment which at this time I explained I hadn't found any so would have to make payment next morning. This is totally unacceptable. The room itself although nice lacked basic amenities which included no soap in the bathroom, only a half roll of toilet tissue which I had to go & buy extra, no bath mat or hand towels, tea or coffee facilities, a TV with no working channels tuned in. Overall our stay was disappointing & I probably wouldn't consider staying here again unless these issues were addressed.

|0.35km from city centerWe arrived at reception with a room booked months before. We had booked on Agoda. Star Residences Art Apartment KL, owner Alexander Polyakov, 5 nights. At the reception which is not a real reception but a station for the security guards, they tell us that we have to call the host. We send him a message on whatsapp and he doesn't respond even after viewing it. He also ends calls. Thanks to the kindness of the guard at the reception who lent us his phone, we immediately contacted Agoda. The host doesn't seem to be responding to them either. Moral cancellation of reservation. The option offers refund or other accommodation. We ask to find us another accommodation. In the meantime, time passes and it is getting dark. Do not book with this host, he is not serious at all. While waiting, I open the booking app and find a room in a residence that on the map seems very close to where we were. I pay in cash and I book. Residence klcc which fortunately are apartments in the usual building of the first. So there's no need to move. Fingers crossed in the hope that the host responds this time. He responded, came immediately and saved the day for us. Since it was 5pm on the same day, the price was really discounted. Agoda refunded us immediately. Apartment, nice, spacious, clean. Mitiu (I don't know if his name is spelled like that) was very helpful, he even got us a pot to cook pasta. The Petronas in sight, panoramic swimming pool on the attic, central area. I recommend this residence but please do not book apartments owned by Alexander in residence star one because you risk sleeping on the street. Opt for klcc residences and possibly with Mitiu which is a guarantee.

|5.28km from city centerOnline booking is not true. What we saw online it's not what we get. The house looks beautiful in the picture but when we go and open the house it's different one. We are Singapore we keep the country clean so what type of must we get . Beware of some humans like very clean even the furniture carpets utensils and etc etc. I'm afraid to book apartments online from now . What can you all do on this. You all jus take the money or we pay only half. After we view and stay the balance we pay on that 1st day if not the apartment cards can be seized by unable to use. Hope my idea can be relieved for others who wants the apartment very clean and classy.

Clean bed linen, towels. There were two soaps in the bathroom and that was it. Bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste and toilet paper.
Cons: I opened the closet, there is a mountain of towels, I don’t know if they are clean or dirty. And someone left their jeans in the desk.

First of all, the receptionist is of first class quality. Secondly, Room is huge n clean but rather wore out as Paints on the wall are peeling off all over the place.
Location wise the only saving grace is the mrt n pantai hospital. Other than that there is nothing ard here worthy of your stay as it's surrounded by office buildings.
Amenities like tea n coffee r available so is a hairdryer. Remember to bring your own bath gel though.

They ask me to change room but.. the new room air cond still not functioning well. Keep on turning on off even after i cancel the timer. Need to get up every 1 and half hour just to turn it on again. And still not cold. New room only provide one towel and wifi is not functioning even after i made a complaint. I did not blame the staff because they did a wonderful hospitality but to come again maybe not. This hotel need a total restoration because so many problems with the facilities

The kitchen and kitchen are complete. It is close to the Twin Towers and the Kuala Lumpur Tower. It takes 5 minutes to walk. Arrived, there is a little brother who can speak Chinese at the front desk. The service attitude is very good, give him a compliment! The upstairs scenery is infinitely good and the accommodation is very comfortable.

The room deco was kinda old and worn out, tiles of bath tub was broken with tape covering, curtains was stained with brown patches, wall ceiling was torn with water dripping, condition of the room was quite bad.
The gd things are, shopping mall are just downstairs, with supermarkets and eateries, 7-11 etc..very convenient! Hope they will refurbish their rooms so that more customers willing to return back to stay. I would rather book and stay at the hotel instead of apartment. Hotel is on the left, and apartment is on the right.

LOBBY The style is simple, minimalistic, modern and functional. SERVICE We stayed about 3 days after the hotel commenced operations, so it was stunning and sublime to use the new rooms. The room we had was a virgin room, as everything was unopened, unused. Security good and parking available. Restaurant not yet in use during stay. The chinese desk clerk was very helpful, professional and kind. He even helped us carry luggage to our uber on check-out. ROOMS We were upgraded to family room as the standard rooms were fully occupied. The open wardrobe plan design with lots of storage space is a plus for travellers. All the sockets were internationally adaptable and fitted with USB ports, meaning no need to bring and borrow. Well Done! The wallpaper was a large black and white photograph of the community life from the past, splashed with bright yellow paint at certain spots. The grey+white+yellow carpet matched the painting adding warmth and comfort to our toes. The bed was X-Large, super comfy and a torment to leave. The night lamp was beautifully designed. Bathroom clean complete with Borneo products and amenities (eco-friendly using recycled paper) while laundry bag and slippers provided. There is a tea and coffee with 8 sugars but only 2 creamers, would need to add more. As it was the last day of the year 2019, we raced to the roof to see the midnight fireworks from the KL tower. We were amongst a small crowd of couples and friends wishing peace, health and prosperity for the world. SUMMARY Would highly recommend! CITY OASIS!

|2.37km from city centerStaying for 1 night on 7 June 2019 with my family. This time we took a Deluxe room. I book the room through booking.com. Upon check in, i presented my ID but they still asking me for the booking number which i don't have with me at that time. It's seem that they really didn't welcome my arrival as the my room rate I get from booking through booking.com is more cheaper than their published rate. Through my previous experience checking in the hotel which I booked from booking.com, the hotel never request of the booking number and only enough with my Identity card and they can manage to find my booking number. But not with this Lavana Hotel. I really felt unwelcome with their staff action towards me. Room doesn't have any telephone or in house intercom. What if there is a request? Then I have to come down to receptionist to request and this cause inconvenience. But most importantly, what if there is an emergency? I did ask the staff at the front desk about the telephone, but their answered was so disappointed. The answered I get from the staff ”Actually, That room doesn't have telephone”. They didn't even try to apologize and try to rectify the issue. Upon entering the room, they didn't even provide any towel. We have to go down and ask for the towel. If you want to have peaceful sleep, don't stay at this hotel as you can hear people talking from the next door. This hotel does not have sound proof wall. The only different between standard room and Deluxe room is only that the deluxe room equipped with a window. The size of the room and facilities and amenities are the same. Upon checked out, they asked me to wait for a while and after few minutes I came back, they claimed that I already check out and already returned the cash deposit to me which I never received it yet. To kill the time waiting, I just go out for 5 minutes for a smoke and when I'm back they told me that I already check out and they already returned the deposit cash (which I haven't receive). So unprofessional!! After confronting with the staff, they finally returned my cash deposit. The good thing about this Hotel is the location as it is near to LRT station and to Petaling street market. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS HOTEL AGAIN!!!
