Nice and comfortable family stay. The staff, from the front desk to the room service and kitchen, were EXCELLENT and OUTSTANDING. They are the main strength of this property. The Food is tasty, and the price is reasonable. We enjoyed our Three Day stay there. The hotel is housed in a portion of a building that houses a couple of other hotels, too. So, don't get foxed by the image on the website. Moreover, the booking platforms show exorbitant rates and then offer up to 70% discount, etc., which is all farce. Better get your booking done directly through the Hotel Desk.

First of all, they didn't know that i have booked room. At the moment, room my not available. I waited for few hour. Someone was checking out. Then i got that room second, their bathroom is pathetic. Not clean at all. Taps and pipes were leaking third, they don't provide free waterbottle. Which is the basic amenity in hotel room. It was chargable. Fourth, no ventilation at all. Room was like packed vaccum box. Fifth, they gave just one 3 rs- cost small local soap from which you can't even wash your hand properly. So in conclusion, they didn't provide basic amenities to their guests. I will not recommend this hotel at all.

We had an excellent 1 night stay at Four Points by Sheraton Ahmedabad earning this hotel a well-deserved five-star rating. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was very tasty with many food choices including a number of made to order stations. The hotels location is within walking distance to the Law Gardens and other local attractions which is a bonus. In conclusion, we had a great stay at Four Points by Sheraton Ahmedabad and we felt the staff looked after us. We would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ahmedabad.

Checked in yesterday around 10:00 p. M. And the staff at reception were very kind. They offered complimentary dinner and also upgraded us to suite room even though we booked a standard room. The guy at reception, mr. Rahul also offered us to check-out late because we travel-led and were very tired. Food, room, hygiene, property everything is just outstanding. I would give it a 10/10. Would 100% recommend for anybody looking for a place to stay in ahmedabad.

Location is good .. but bank opposite there is a party hall so too noisy.. and it's on the main road.. close to NID and Manek chowk, law garden Vasna etc plus point for that. Check was bad as front desk staff very rude. Complained about this. Don't expect too many things for budgeted hotel. Neat and clean. They provide water bottle toiletries breakfast was good. towels only if you ask for it.
