We stayed for one night on Saturday in December. It is a hotel that we chose where new things and prices are worthwhile. It was a walk from Omiya Station in Hankyu, both on the way and on the way back. The bus stop of Horikawa Gojo is the nearest, but it may be surprisingly convenient to use a taxi from Kyoto Station. It is also far from Gojo Station of the subway. There are many convenience stores by the hotel. I think it is good to have breakfast at a delicious bakery. Check-in response is normal. The receptionist and payment are different. It may be possible to rent because the bicycle was in the front lobby, but I don't particularly inquired. The room is a corner room on the 6 floor. The size of the room seems to be the same on the floor. The room is large and the bed is about the queen size. This is perfect, but it is not an environment where you can work remotely because there is no electricity on the table, and it is difficult to drink tea. The air conditioner is by the door and it takes a considerable time to warm the whole room, and the corner of the room remains cold. I'm grateful that there are at least two chairs because they are used for two people, but it's not. The window is unusual and cloudy glass. It may be because the outside of the window is the grave of the temple. I don't say it because it was a price on Saturday, but I think it's good to relax in a little more room. You might stay next time.

Take bus No. 9 from Kyoto Station and get off at ”Kugawa Gojo” stop, which will take you directly to the hotel entrance. If you have good foot strength, you can also walk 1.6km-1.8km to the hotel. . The hotel's transportation to the main attractions is not as convenient as staying in Shijo, but the buses are within an acceptable walking distance. The service attitude of the waiter was very good, and in mid-November, we could actually buy a 700 yen Kyoto bus one-day pass at the front desk. The front desk service hours are not 24 hours. You need to confirm the specific time with the hotel. Of course, they will also tell tourists this when checking in. In addition, the hotel is not cleaned every day. We stayed for five days and the hotel provided us with a one-day cleaning service on the third day. The room is very large, more than 40 square meters, and can fit two 29-inch suitcases flat. I am very satisfied with this. All the facilities are very new, and there are two sinks, so two people can wash at the same time. Very convenient and highly recommended. And the sofa in the room can be used as a bed, which is very convenient and the bed is very comfortable.

I had the best experience staying at Luck You in Kyoto. The staff were so attentive and kind and it really was an amazing experience staying in a traditional style hotel away from the western style. Breakfast was always so carefully put out and the staff were always on hand to help or answer any questions. I was not used to lying on the floor to sleep. They use very slim mattresses and I had 4 because of my western bedding at home but they were more than happy to provide what you needed for comfort, you only had to ask. The rooms were immaculately cleaned on a daily basis and they provided sleep wear that you could wear around the hotel for breakfast for example. They were so comfy that I purchased a pair to wear back at home. I purchased some chocolate (Meiji chocolate), from the local supermarket, for the staff as a thank you for their exceptional hospitality. I would 100% stay there again. Thank you Luck You!

There seems to be a error in the address registered in the Booking and even in the prints provided by the hotel. For 2 x on the first day, when we had difficulty finding the hotel both a crossover to whom we asked for help and later a taxi driver, they did not find the hotel in the registered location. The hotel has a very comfortable bed, toilet and shower cabin. The hotel has complete facilities, is clean and tidy, and has good service. The breakfast buffet is rich and delicious. It is a high-quality hotel. However, the location of the hotel is relatively remote. To access, you need to rely on the hotel's shuttle bus that runs every half an hour or take a taxi at your own expense. More inconvenient.

The interior of the house is really nice. The room is large and comfortable. All sanitary facilities are available and it is very clean. The distance from the bus station and subway station is also pretty good. I just want to complain here: the navigation location on Google Maps is wrong, and I couldn’t contact the Japanese boss in China in advance, so I walked back and forth around the store for nearly an hour. Google Maps showed that I had arrived, but I couldn’t find it. No specific location. Everyone in the family was very angry. I really hope the shop owner can explain this in detail. The room is obviously not bad, so don't lose customers because you can't find the right place. The store owner should draw a detailed map. Or at least make the contact information clearer and clearer in advance.

The Comfort Hotel Kyoto is relatively well located and easily accessible from the train station by bus and a short walk. Big plus, there is very good coffee and a homemade lemonade for guests to use free of charge. The lobby or the dining room can be used very well as a lounge during the day, since the rooms are very small, as is often the case in Japan. The breakfast buffet can still be improved, there is no bread or a toaster. Also the garbage mountain with only plastic cutlery and paper cups is enormous! Buying cutlery that can be washed and reused would be desirable.

Hotel is situated in a good location. Just opposite of Kyoto station. I recommend to go there via the station’s main exit, rather than the underground exit. The exit via underground is A5, but can be difficult to locate for the first time. Amenities are basic, nothing fancy or extra. It’s a self check in/out hotel, although they do have staff on call if needed. The doors are all electronic using a passcode, so might be a bit of a challenge for elderly people to operate if not used to. Overall, a very nice hotel. Highly recommend if you need to get around in Kyoto using the public transport.

If you are a traveller like us who would like some more privacy, this place is not exactly for you. Don't get me wrong, the hotel staff are absolutely wonderful. Just that most things are communal and you have wait for your turn to shower and finish by 11.35. The walls are quite thin indeed, you can easily hear people walking on the hallway or simply chatting in their rooms.

It's quiet and easy to spend because it's one station from Kyoto Station. The location is also near the station, and it's easy to understand that you can reach it in just a few minutes from the station. Parks, aquariums and railway museums are also nearby, so you can play with your children. There is a large communal bath, but personally, the hot water is lukewarm and unsatisfactory. I stayed in a standard twin room, but I was able to spend a relaxing time in a room that was perfectly large even if I spread a large suitcase. There are also 6 coin laundry units, which is appreciated for long-term stays. It seems that a group of school excursion students was staying there, and I was worried that I could hear a slapstick noise at a fairly late time. There is also a convenience store, so it's very convenient, but it was very disturbing because a group of school excursion students was shopping and it was very crowded, and I didn't know how to use the self-checkout and was making a fuss. It was. Isn't it shifting such shopping time or the school side manages it? Apart from that, I was able to spend comfortably without any problems.

We stayed for 5 nights at Richmond Premier Kyoto Shijo. The hotel has a clean zen-like modern look. Location-wise, it is at the quieter side of Shijo, the east side, which is closer to the Hankyu Karasuma station. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to Shijo central where Daimaru is- this may or may not appeal to you. Some pros and cons: Pros- Affordable room rates Big rooms Complimentary drinks (not alcoholic) for guests from 1-8pm everyday at the breakfast area. Laundromat with 6 washer-dryer machines Self serve amenities at the elevator at night Helpful hotel staff Cons- Aircon/heater doesn’t balance right between heating and cooling resulting in uncomfortable, dry, cold temperatures at times Walls are a little thinner so a noisy neighbor above or next room can be heard Overall, we had a good stay.

This hotelʻs location at Shijo/Karasuma made it easy to get to train stations, bus and the subway. There were also many excellent restaurants and shopping possibilities. It is not recommended for guests with more luggage or large boxes: First, because the homestay is located in the scenic area of two years and three years, tourists are like weaving during the day, and taxis can't get in at all. You need to drag your suitcase and walk a long uphill and downhill stone road and steps to find a place to live; Second, it is because it is difficult to call the car after checking out. You need to drag your suitcase through the woven stone street to the main road far away to take a taxi... Of course, for guests who have no luggage or less luggage, you may wish to experience the feeling of an old room for one night.

It was my first time using it. I walked from the station. It was hard to find the place, so I found it by the sign of the cafe next door. I was asked to store my luggage before check-in. There is also a large public bath and the breakfast is hearty and delicious ❤️ Breakfast coffee is recommended. The room is also compact, but I felt the ingenuity in the details. There is only a shower booth, but the shower head is large and easy to use. Wind of dryer was strong, too and dried immediately. The receptionist was also kind and had a nice smile. In addition, we want to use. I found a cafe attached to Kiyomizu Temple.

It arrived around 21 o'clock with a plan that can be in from 18:00, and it was in a state that it was not connected unless it called a lot by the phone to the front desk. When I finally thought I was connected, it took a while to confirm the reservation and the waiting time at the entrance was long, so check-in was not smooth. It was the beginning of the year, so I might have been busy, but I wanted you to improve a little more. The room is neither good nor bad. The bath was a bit small for two people to enter. It is reasonable for the price. The ventilation in the bathroom was not stopped, and it was cold, so I got my throat hurt because the air conditioner was fully operational. I thought it would be nice to have a humidifier. I think it's a great deal if you use it for a short time, so I think I'll use free time next time ...

My friend and I arrived at the hotel early in the morning. The staff was nice and kept our luggage for us so that we could go out and explore the beautiful city of Kyoto. First impression, the exterior looks very Kyoto-esque, and the interior has a little hint that the brand is from Thailand. We got a room on the basement floor, which at first felt a little weird, but it was nice, clean, and had a window that allowed us to see the sky and get some fresh air. There was no moldy smell at all, which was a relief. Also, we spent most of the day outside anyway. Room is as cozy as the name suggests in the booking and it is super clean. The size is standard for Japan, with a smart design that includes normal-sized luggage storage under the bed. Bed is soft and the linens are clean. Only weird thing at first was that the sink is separate from the bathroom. But on second thought, maybe that's a good thing; one person can take a shower while another can brush their teeth. The shower room has a standing shower with great pressure and temperature control, but no bathtub. The amenities smell good, and the towels are good quality. Surprise! The free WiFi internet is super fast. I was able to back up 100 photos and 10 videos with no problem. Location: The hotel is in the middle of two underground train stations, so you can get in and out easily by walking for 3-4 minutes. However, for the first day, especially when you have a lot of luggage or big oversize luggage, and if you don't want to go around crossing the street looking for escalators or elevators, it's better to take a taxi. The hotel and Kyoto station are not too far apart at all. I know that taxi rides in Japan are rumored to be expensive, but it's up to you if you want to save your bag or your back. After you are free from your luggage, you can even walk 5-8 minutes to the shopping street or even 20-30 minutes to the famous Kiyomizu-dera Temple, which we did after recovering from 10 hours of sitting at the airport and on the flight. Since Kyoto has a lot to explore and there is great food out there, even food from combini Family Mart and 7-Eleven nearby, we did not try the room service or restaurant at the hotel. Sorry about that. In conclusion, this is a brand new, renovated hotel that is clean and has a nice location. I will revisit and recommend it to my family, friends, and favorite colleagues.

You can go from Kyoto Station by 1 station and take a taxi within 1000 yen. When going to the guest room area from the front desk, there is an automatic door, and it will not open unless you hold the room key, so security is also solid. The elevator is also large. The room was well cleaned, very clean and the room was large and comfortable. The bath was large, and it was not a hotel faucet that was difficult to use, but an ordinary type of easy-to-use faucet. The separate place from the toilet was also good. It was good that the amenities were substantial and there was a bath salt. Free PET bottle water, drip coffee, tea packs are also available. Since it is a new hotel, the facilities are easy to use and there are many outlets, so it was convenient. You can also watch YouTube and Netflix on TV. General hotel rooms have many dim orange lighting, but the main lighting of this hotel is white, so it was good. It was comfortable because I couldn't hear the noise in the next room, the upper floors and the corridor. You can rest assured that the large communal bath has a security card dedicated to women only. There were many kinds of breakfast buffets and it was very delicious. When I checked out, I was asked, ”Did you have any inconvenience in your room?”, but nothing was wrong. I heard about the inconvenience and thought it was to respond quickly. You can leave your baggage for free after check-out, so you can go sightseeing empty-handed. The only inconvenience I felt was ... If you are in a room near the JR track, it is far from the elevator to the room. It was difficult to walk with a heavy suitcase because it was quite fluffy floor material, probably because it was to improve the soundproofing of the corridor. Even if I walked normally, I felt tired feet walking on the sandy beach. It may be unavoidable due to the structure of the building, but it was a pity that I could hardly see the Kyoto Tower from the rooftop, but I could see the trains and Shinkansen, and the mountains 々 in the distance. Tables, chairs and benches are installed, so I think you can spend a pleasant time in spring and autumn when the climate is good. It was a very good hotel, so I would like to use it again.

We chose this ryokan because of the affordable price and location. When we arrived, our bags had been placed in our room (we'd sent them from our previous hotel via the takkyubin service), which was a nice touch. The room felt very small for the two of us. There was basically just enough floor space for our two futons laid out right next to each other. However, there is a large closet where they normally store the futons that we were able to use to store our luggage and other items when we rolled out the futons. The futons were very thin; I felt like I was pretty much just sleeping on the floor and it was rather uncomfortable. We got one of the private rooms so we would have our own bathroom but again, the bathroom was very small. Of course, we didn't spend a ton of time in the room anyway as we were out and about most of the time so the small space was not a dramatic downside. The neighborhood was quiet, which we liked, and the staff were very friendly. We had the western-style breakfast a couple mornings and it was quite good! All in all, it is an affordable stay in Kyoto, but I can't say that it is the most comfortable option. I would also warn that if you are looking specifically for a great ryokan experience and not just for a place to crash, this might not be the type of place you're looking for.

It is located at the entrance of Buddhist temple street for about 4 minutes walk from Shijo Kawaramachi. In the cheap version of the Washington Hotel, there is no public bathhouse that cuts the service to the edge and is popular in business hotels. The room size, facilities, etc. are standard for business hotels. Bedding, toothbrushes and razors are received at the front desk. However, the quality of razors was bad and the skin was cut. It is a pity that the lighting in the room is white fluorescent color and it is cold 々 impression. This wants to improve. Check out only puts the card into the machine. Not long after the opening, the building is beautiful overall. However, I think the hair remains on the bus and the cleaning is one now. Breakfast with free is a minimum set of several kinds of warm bread and cup soup, coffee and juice. Coffee had a cup service that could be drunk in the room. The price setting of 6000 yen is a major business hotel with a price of close to 20000 yen in business, and this location, this fee, and this facility can be said to be the best level without complaint. It is recommended because the net reservation of the company becomes the cheapest.

Two people lived in a whole Japanese-style villa ~ The room was very clean and beautiful. There were bungalows and tatami style rooms. The bathroom also had a super-class automatic bathtub. There was a comment on Expedia that the general hotel photos look better than the room, but here is the opposite. I agree too much that the actual room is much better than the photo ~, but pay attention to the checkin time to make an appointment with the store, that is, the store will send an email after placing the order. The young lady who came to pick us up checkin was very cute. It was a Chinese lady who was very good in Japanese and English. ~ It felt so good. If you missed it because there was no evaluation, it would be a pity 😆.

What needs to be improved: 1. The check-in address of the house and the address of the house are not the same place, and they are far apart; for tourists who do not understand Japanese, many problems are added. When we arrived that night, we couldn't find where to check in, which caused a lot of time delay; 2. We have made an appointment for the garbage cleaning service, but we went around and came back and found that the garbage was still piled up at home, and the service was bad; 3. About the facilities: The toilet and bathroom do not have heating facilities. I contacted for a long time and brought a heating facility. Shouldn't the room facilities be checked from time to time? 4. The overall feeling is very general. Friends who are more concerned about the above issues can consider carefully.

If you tell the parking lot in advance, you will guide you to the moon pole parking lot a little on foot. The receptionist was very good and I was happy to talk carefully. Originally, because of the condominium, the stairs and corridors were renovated in the old ones and were very beautiful and fashionable. I was saved by drinking free water and coffee in PET bottles. The only thing I thought was the accumulation of dust in the ventilation filter in the dressing room. It was very dirty. I think it has not been cleaned up so far. The other parts were very beautiful! I was able to spend comfortably. I rented a bicycle to Arashiyama, but it was very helpful because it was free within 2 hours! After that, I asked about the parking lot by chat at the time of the reservation, but I was unread and eventually called myself. I think the meaning of chat? I was able to make a reservation cheaply while I thought it was not used, and it was really good to be able to spend comfortably.

Earlier this month, I stayed at Gion Misen and loved the experience. There are many new hotels in the city but Gion Misen stands out and exceeded expectations. The location is superb, on quiet and historic Shimnomzen Street, nestled among beautifully preserved wooden machiya townhouses, antique shops, galleries, and small restaurants. The staff is kind and helpful. The included breakfast was ample and delicious, including good coffee! The beautifully designed, contemporary Japanese rooms have comfortable beds, plenty of electrical outlets and good lighting. Gion Misen is ideally situated for excursions to the beautiful surrounding neighborhoods and the heart of downtown Kyoto on foot and by short taxi rides to all corners of this magnificent city. Thank you for making me feel so welcome.

Quietly standing in the arms of Bilao Mountain, the Yamano Food Inn has a Kyoto Station pick-up service (about 30 minutes drive) on arrival. The hotel is only 10 minutes drive from Yankee Temple. At 6 o'clock in the morning, the hotel organized a ceremony to the Buddha at Yankee Temple, and there was a shuttle bus to the temple at 9:15. The hotel serves breakfast and dinner. The menu is customized according to seasonal seasons. It is very exquisite. It integrates the food culture of Wuhu and Jinjiang with the French style. You can also taste Shiga local wine. The most intimate service on the departure day is to transport luggage to Kyoto Station for free, so that visitors can easily visit Bibu Mountain and Wuhu.
