Overall, it can be that the customer service did not send the money to the hotel at the hotel. The hotel brushed my credit card. After the customer service said, it will return. It has been half a month and has not received the refund.

Stayed at the Hotel Ibis Budget in Bobigny for three nights. We had booked three rooms, one being a family room. I've stayed at other budget hotels but never stayed at an Ibis Budget hotel in the past so it was going to be a new experience. On arrival the front desk staff were very good, quick with the check-in process. Very helpful with any questions. They made sure all our three rooms were in very close proximity to each other, which was handy. Although generally clean, the rooms can be a little "pot luck". Two of the rooms had a nice fresh smell, I ended up with the room that had a cigarette smell, even though it's had signs on the door pointing out no smoking. The floor also had a black burn mark on it where a previous guest must have placed a lit cigarette on it. I didn't make a fuss about the smell because apart from sleeping we had no plans to spend time at the hotel. The room was a nice size, basic but clean. The bed was was a nice size and comfortable. There are light switches built into the headboard which was a nice touch, saving getting out of bed to switch on the main lights. The bathroom only had a shower but the family room that we had booked did have a full bath. The bathroom was clean but there were marks on the floor in front of the shower. This is because when you shower the water hits the shower door and then runs down the door on to the floor. The door is mounted too far away from the shower tray. I noticed the same when I checked our other room that had a shower in it. The floor there was also marked in front of the shower. This problem is annoying because when you step out of the shower the floor is soaking wet. I ended up using a spare towel everyday to soak up the water. It's just poor design. On our first morning at the hotel all three rooms had luke warm water for washing and showering but on the other days the water was nice and warm. We paid to have breakfast included in our stay. It's a simple self service continental breakfast, eat as much as you want. It was cheap and worth the little extra we paid for. The carpark is a good size, there was plenty of space everyday. The carpark is free and it's entrance gate is controlled with a pin number. The streets near the hotel were full of cars so the free carpark was very useful. Note, the entrance to the carpark is on the side of the hotel, so not so obvious when you first arrive. Free WiFi, yes Free WiFi. No complaints about the WiFi, fast and responsive. No complicated registration process or limited use, available throughout our stay. Overall the stay at the hotel was good. The hotel was generally clean and tidy. You can be a little unlucky with the room you end up with but that could happen in any hotel. The shower door problem should be addressed by the hotel management as the floor is getting damaged and the potential is there for a guest to slip on the wet floor. The rooms are basic but no more basic than other big brand budget hotels I've stayed at. W

I usually write about the unique, special places, but recently I was in a Paris suburb on business and on a tight budget. I just needed a clean, inexpensive hotel for a few nights. I tried the B&B Hotel in Noisy-le-Sec, near where I was attending a confernce. This hotel check all the boxes. Staff was friendly, the hotel was modern and clean, and it was a comfortable stay. It was about 100 € a night. Granted this particular hotel may not have been super convenient to Paris proper, but Paris is ringed with these hotels. You can find one near where you want to be.

The hotel corresponded exactly to what I was looking for, both in terms of the situation near the Hoche metro (Pantin) and the quality of the services, friendliness of the staff, cleanliness of the room, quality of the breakfast. The interior room was very quiet. The reservation was made quickly via the Trip.com site.

It's a bit far from most things but I wanted to be in this area because of work.I found the bed comfortable and the staff welcoming. The room was clean. On the minus side, as a fairly large person I found it quite a challenge to get into the shower. Was also a bit disturbed by cleaning of the other rooms, because I wanted to sleep longer. But certainly for the price it's a good deal.

Very friendly, efficient clean apt/hotel just outside of the Porte de Pantin/La Villette. If you know Paris, it's a very good location for transport on Tram 3b and Metro line 5...not a fancy neighborhood and might feel a bit downmarket for new travelers but very convenient to the city at a great cost savings. Staff is helpful (officeisi only open until a1 AM, but there is a another hotel run in the same buiding with a reception open 24 hours for emergencies.) Room is not fancy, but very comfortable. If it is for an extended stay there wil not be room service unless requested. Great for the bargain price (not always available) and I would return.

Quite disappointed with this hotel apart from the fact that the location was good. Pros: 1. Location is good. You have two metro stops pretty nearby i.e Hoche and Porte de Lilas and the bus stop is just a 2 minute walk distance. The road around the hotel is lined with several patisseries and grocery stores so food wise you have ample breakfast and small dining choices. And food is important because there is absolutely NO OPTION for any emergency food in hotel premises. Also the location is decent in terms of distance from Champs de Elysses and Eiffel. So commuting should not be a big trouble. 2. Toilet maintainence was relatively good. But we took a separate bath room so not sure of common toilets. Cons 1. Compared to the location, tariff per night the room was extremely shabby and anything close to fresh and vibrant. Further as we took the separate bathroom plus double room even then at 54€ per night you really expect much much better cleanliness. 2. Be prepared to pay in cash ONLY the moment you check in. We were really surprised to hear the system of no card acceptance and full cash payment even before we saw the room. Nowhere was it mentioned in the booking. 3. The bathroom does not have any heating facility plus it is right across the room which makes the entire room get a soggy and damp feeling throughout the day and night. So if you are probably staying in summer be prepared to switch on the exhaust the entire time else all odor into your room. 4. No arrangement of any coffee vending machine in hotel premises. Thankfully the manager lent us an electric kettle but then again you get to have your own coffee and tea. 4. Furniture was damp and reeked old everywhere. Pretty disgusting for a 4 night stay. All in all this hotel is good only if you are really boot strapped for some reason or the other. Avoid it unless necessary.

We just finished up staying here for 6 days and could not be happier. The room was exactly as we expected, smaller than some but it was a decent size and not cramped, best of all it was very clean! The staff in the hotel are so lovely, very friendly and willing to help. The location of the hotel is fantastic- there is a bakery around the corner and is very close to the metro, shops and is easily accessible. We couldn’t be more delighted, we will definitely be back! :)

The hotel is in a good location, the rooms are large and clean, new, and the public order is good. The hotel lobby is a glass sliding door. You need to swipe your room card to enter. The room was flat with 2 large boxes without pressure. The toilets are also very large. There are 2 sets of L'Occitane in a house, and a large bottle of mineral water is given away. Walk to the LV main store for 2 minutes, and make early purchase without pressure. It only takes 2 minutes to the Hermes George Avenue branch, and Bulgari is also nearby. If you want to buy luxury goods, you can put it back in the hotel before you continue. Do n’t worry about safety. 7-8 minutes walking distance to the Arc de Triomphe. The only bad thing is that the front desk called me at 10 o'clock in the morning on the day of check-out. This is a bad experience ... The hotel can help call a taxi to the airport. The hotel said the price was basically the same. The cafeteria and gym are located in B1. There is a Royal Treasure in the hotel, not sure if it is the same as Shanghai.

Such a great experience to be here. Easy to get to from the train station. Actually all subways in Paris are easy to navigate. The hotel is really close to everything, Eiffel, Champs Elysees, Arc de Triumph. And lots of Brasseries. Markets, bakeries and coffee shops. A safe neighbourhood. The room was great. Very comfortable beds. A breakfast is only $10EU each daily, far more cost effective than buying outside the hotel. Save your money for lunch or dinner. Lovely staff, so very friendly and helpful. This is a family owned and managed hotel. We'll go back here for sure.

I stayed at this hotel during my first trip to Paris in the 1990s. I continued to stay there every year until 2005, when I stopped traveling to Europe for a few years. In 2018 I returned to Paris and Hotel Emile under its new ownership. They had really done a lot to spruce up the hotel even before COVID 19. My husband and I love this hotel because of its great location. The metro is just across the street. There is a great cafe downstairs on the corner and a grocery store, pastry shop, boulangerie, fromagerie, librarie, etc. all within less than a 10 min walk. It is on the edge of the Marais, the best place in Paris for night time wanderings, in my opinion. And best of all, the hotel is clean and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. There is a real warmth and family feeling at the hotel. I wouldn't change Hotel Emile for the Hotel Charles V!

A very cute hotel. We were in the bottom room, with windows that opened to the street. It was a little loud first thing in the morning or when other guest were rowdy due to being located right next to the lobby, but overall that was only the most minor of things we noticed. The bathroom was fantastic- heat towel rack, quality products, wonderful hot water/high pressure. Lots of closet/storage space. Seperate WC. the room was larger than we expected as well. Front desk was so friendly- greeted us each time we arrived, and were able to provide us ice on request (I tore my acl just before the trip, so needed ice regularly after a day of touring). I loved the writing desk in the morning sun- although the view was of the sidewalk, the transparent curtains we perfect for allowing in light while softening the view. The windows both had shutters inside to block out light/sound, and enough still space you could sit and read a book. Location was ideal...the Montmartre area is wonderful. Very close to the Blanche metro line, a short walk to two others. Although just two blocks from Moulin Rouge, absolutely no issues with noise or crazy crowds at night- in fact, it meant some great street food places were open late! Very near to bakeries, fruit stands cheesemonger, easy to grab something quick if you needed. Several cafes a stone throw away with perfect breakfasts and coffee. Near to Van Gough's apartment. A beautiful stroll to the love wall, sacred heart, dali museum and artist square- and thays with me being hobbled with my completely torn ACL! There is a secret food tour that starts and ends in the same area as the hotel to give you an idea of how wonderful all the nearby choices are for eating. 12/10 stay, would definitely stay at this location again. Beautiful location, beautiful service, beautiful city.

Lovely and clean hotel conveniently located just below Montmartre. The staff is very nice and helpful and managed to resolve all questions I might have had. The decor is quite nice, it has a cozy feeling. The breakfast is quite lovely, nice selection of french goodies, so definitely a plus. The only downside is reflected in the location: if you go to central Paris, you often go small for this price. So a single room gets the fun part of not being able to properly unpack my small hand luggage and the elevator is definitely designed for slender crowd. Would recommend and would stay again.

Excellent location, with 5, 6, 7 subways crossing. The room is small and basically adequate. For Chinese guests, the biggest benefit is that it is close to the Chinese community, Chinese restaurants and supermarkets have more choices, and apartment hotels with kitchens can also cook their own meals. The disadvantage is that the front desk of the hotel is slightly rigid. The air conditioner in my room does not heat, and the warranty for 2 days has not been resolved. It was the first time I had to book a car at the front desk and pay a service fee. The service of the hotel needs to be improved.

A budget 3 star hotel. It is more convenient to take the subway station for about 7 or 8 minutes. The room was small, except for the bed and luggage, there was no place to go. Breakfast is just like nothing, no surprises. The wine station is very close to Chinatown and it is convenient to eat Chinese food. There is a small memorial hall nearby, which is cheap and good, but sometimes there are many people. In short, if the requirements are not high, it is good to live.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the subway station. From Charles de Gaulle Airport, take the RER line B to Denfert-Rochereau, change line 6 to Cambrinne, exit the station and walk past the traffic lights. The road on the left can see the Ibis hotel sign. There is no elevator or escalator on this section of the subway line 6 of Denfert-Rochereau. You have to carry your luggage up and down. Do not take Line 6 when returning. From the hotel, take a taxi to Denfert-Rochereau (approximately 7 minutes, 19 euros, 20 yuan). Denfert-Rochereau has an elevator to the airport RER line, so you do n’t have to carry your luggage up and down Off! Taxi in Paris is expensive, if the locals are at the airport-hotel, take a taxi to and from it * o * Next to the subway station there is a bakery and a small shop selling Kebab (Kebab, Middle Eastern food), which are all delicious! (Put a few photos of Kabab Kebab). The lobby on the first floor of the hotel is spacious with Cafe and bar. If you can't sleep at night, you can go downstairs for a cup of coffee or a small wine, which is very comfortable. The room is small, 12 square meters. Although small, it is enough to put a suitcase and sleep. It is very convenient for the freelancer to live here! Will stay here next time I come to Paris! When I returned to Paris and lived next to the Lyon train station in Paris, I could n’t help feeling that Paris was more than just land and gold, and hotel details were well done. For example, the double-layer sound insulation glass is really impossible for the capitals of too many countries. Things, such as Beijing and Athens I just went to At the front desk, you can see the platform of the train that is about to leave and whether it is on time. The supermarket is very close downstairs. It is very close to the subway or the bus to the airport. The only downside is that you can't store your luggage for more than 12 hours unless you book the next hotel right away. The Ibis conditions are quite good, but the surrounding environment is too bad. When we heated the food at the front desk, because of the large amount of luggage, we managed poorly. We didn’t know when someone had taken a bag and was stolen some cash. One person ran back sweating and said that he saw someone taking our bag and he was chasing it back. Then we checked that the cash was gone. But the two of us were too stupid, and thanked each other. Later, the people around me should be the thief... Then we contacted the hotel right away, the hotel expressed anger, but we finally had no right to monitor even the monitoring, who did not know who to take How to get it, can't recover it. Although there are a lot of French policemen around the market looking at the market, everyone said it was useless. . Advantages. - Situated on Rue de Lyon near railway station. Close to Ledru Rollin metro station. Not far from Bastille square. - Hotel is very fresh because of its transformation from Adriatic Hotel to Locomo Hotel. Disadvantages - I payed for my stay a week before and had confirmation. But when I came to hotel, I needed to pay extra costs (taxes) - plus 5,64 euro. It could be more convenient to pay once, not two times. - Sound insulation could be better – you hear what your neighbor doing. Two nights I often was awake because of sounds of conditioner which switched on and off. - The outlet in the bathroom was poorly mounted. It was obvious after finishing drying hair. Also cabin walls were not convenient. - Not convenient elevator due to extra ladder steps on ground floor and upper floors Also I could not immediately find hangers but there were in the room. So I found them a little bit later. But I was satisfied with the hotel despite these disadvantages

I picked this hotel because I was flying into Paris one evening and needed to put my daughter on an early morning train the following day at the Gare de Lyon. We didn't want to be far from the Gare so I chose this hotel because it was right next to the station. As you leave from the station's main exit, it is about 1 and 1/2 city blocks to the left. I requested a standard room with two beds and our room had separate beds, was spacious, exactingly clean and was on the fifteenth floor which meant that we had an incredible view of Paris with the Eiffel Tower in the distance to the right. The Seine was right in front of us. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. I've lived in New York for many years and I couldn't imagine in my wildest dreams having similarly nice lodgings one block from NYC's Penn Station. The staff was courteous and helpful. The nightly rate was very reasonable. If I ever need a hotel for a one night stay in Paris I would definitely return here.
