Hotel is very secure, need a code to get in & then a locked door then your room door. The rooms are basic but have everything you need (except a fridge) a 2 min walk from Hoche Metro, the only downside is the area is quite rough at night and it’s quite nerve racking if you’re there yourself. Overall a good stay, rooms cleaned everyday, the only issue we had was the first day the water in the shower wouldn’t heat up and there was a faint smell of damp in the toilet (we found water under the sink) so probably down to this! But overall does what it says.

Reasonable. Literally, just to sleep. It is close to the subway, but in a more or less area. A little far from the main tourist attractions. The box requires contortion to get into it. There is no minibar, which is really missing.

The facade does not look like much but this hotel is very well maintained, the professional welcome, the comfortable rooms, the almost new bathrooms and all this in impeccable cleanliness and for a very attractive price.

We were disappointed with our 3 nights spent at this establishment. Cons: non-existent soundproofing (we could hear everything that was happening in the next room) / tiny bathroom / view of a courtyard full of trash bags / very popular neighborhood / no system to say “do not disturb” ... the staff knock off and come in without waiting (a little disturbing all the same) The most: good price / cleanliness / friendly welcome We will not go back

Clean room, good shower. Kettle with tea and coffee was available and refilled.
Nice check-in. Well located to M5 metro station. Quiet even on weekends. The building is functional.

The hotel was good. The bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately, we should have found out more about the districts of Paris beforehand. We didn't like the location of the hotel and rebooked again during our vacation.
