Considering that the purchase at themall was late and I didn't want to proceed, so I found a nearby hotel, Tuscan country style, general facilities, rural bed and breakfast, mind to live with caution, the house is on the mountain. The environment is very good, but the access control system is a bit tasteless, maybe I don’t know how to use it. The most important thing is that I must have a car when I live here.

After the beauty completed everything the next day, she also sent the inquiry form when we checked out on the last day. I printed a copy for us, which means that the beauty has been thinking about it. This is the first time I have met such enthusiastic and friendly two people in Europe in more than 20 years. Completely exceeded expectations, booked four-star, five-star hotel all the way, I didn't expect the most amazing thing is this B&B, my wife didn't want to go directly, I have to stay for one more night, but unfortunately there is no room. Turning to the point, very rich Tuscan style architecture, cost-effective beyond imagination, clean and comfortable rooms, very friendly staff, convenient parking and free. Experience the best choice of Tuscan country style. Stay here for a week next time, highly recommended!

We recently stayed here as part of a group tour. Nico and his staff were all so welcoming and the grounds were just amazing. I felt like I was living a dream. The food and the accommodations were excellent. We were able to have our dinners under the Tuscan sky and it included a live band. We were also treated to a cooking lesson by the hotel restaurant chef. I can only hope to go back there again someday.

The Italian bed is too small, so I put the mattress on the ground for fear of falling under the bed. This hotel was a massive disappointment. It over promised and under delivered. Our experience was underwhelming from the start. We drove up a driveway that lacked any no-entrance signage to get to the reception and we’re chastised by unfriendly and rude staff. During the check-in, we were given no information on the property and the breakfast time, but we’re told that the boutique hotel had no space outdoors for us to have dinner. When we asked about breakfast time at the restaurant, we were told it is from 8 to 11:30am. When we showed up the following day for breakfast at 11, we were told the buffet was closed and they had thrown away the croissants. Some basic elements of service were absent. No free water bottles in the room, no refilling of coffee capsules, a dysfunctional AC, slow replenishment of breakfast buffet, little attentiveness to your ordering coffee or tea, no extra towels at the pool, no one asking you at dinner whether you’d like to have dessert, and so on and so forth. But this was not the end of our ill-fated adventure. When we asked them on our last day after our breakfast was done at 10:30 about the check out time, we were told it was at 10:30! In all my years of traveling around the world, I have never seen a checkout time that coincides with the end of breakfast at a supposedly luxury holiday resort. All is all, this is not at all what you’d expect of a four start hotel with luxury pricing. If these shortcomings are not fixed through serious reforms and management change, this property is bound to bring the Ferragamo brand into disrepute.

A hotel that is very suitable for self-driving trips. It takes a while to open up on the mountain, but the room has a good view of the mountains. The small feeling is a very old house. It is remodeled and has a sense of history. The reception staff said that the elevator is a century-old elevator and it is fun. Suitable to go to the discount village. It takes about half an hour for breakfast. Normal European breakfast but no bread and meat. A hotel for the locals to recuperate.

Ideally located between Florence and Arezzo, which is a must-see, this 15th-century villa is owned by a very nice couple, who are ready to answer all your problems. The rooms are very nice, the restaurant is excellent and the breakfast buffet very good. Every people from the staff is very kind and efficient. The swimming pool is big and spacious, with trees for the shadow. Parking with cover from the sun is available.
