Various taxes and fees have actually been charged. But if they don't pay attention, they will charge it again and I was deducted $127 in the early morning. Ask them that they said that the system is wrong. Return when checking out but never There is a return. In short, be careful to brush pre-authorization and look at the bill carefully.

The midnight check-in guy was friendly and helpful, and disclosed their $25 ”Service Fee” which states $20 on their sign pictured here and then itemized $22+tax on my receipt; the front desk manager was arrogantly defensive and unhelpful telling me to call Expedia when questioned upon check-out and failed to find their fine print on my Trip.com receipts that clearly state all taxes and fees are included in the stated total, bad business practices.

But rooms are pretty basic and housekeeping is virtually non-existent. In room air con is extremely noisy. Sheets, pillows and mattress were dirty. Guy at the front desk was very nice - but it is clear the place is run on a shoestring.
I haven't stayed around Long Beach but suspect there are better options for the money.

Yet loved the stay and I would come again if the rates were as cheap as this time. The parking was right outside and I did not have to pay. The filter of the coffee machine was very dirty, so I asked the front desk to help me change a machine or deal with it. Then they changed it to a broken one, and then changed it again, it was still broken... The front desk asked me why it was broken... and said they might not have other machines, and she couldn't do anything. So I replied to her: Sorry, this is not my responsibility... So they cleaned the water tank filter that was taken away and gave it back to me.

It was the first one I lived in. The one close to the airport was not comfortable and the cost performance was not high. The parking fee plus the room charge added up to nearly 1800. My room can't see the sea yet, I booked a double bed, but gave me a double bed, and I was too lazy to change ~ The room was still clean, the cooking utensils were very complete, and the check-in staff was very enthusiastic But the air conditioner was too noisy, basically I couldn't sleep well all night! For breakfast at 9:30, there is no more food, the waiters can't wait to pack up and go home. Go early if you have breakfast.

Room: The room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable.
There are great blackout curtains on both sides of the bed that can charge the device.
Staff: On our first night, a gentleman checked in for us, his service and attitude was the best and very welcoming.
The staff wanted to work here and I felt very welcome and valued as a guest.
Even if you don’t have activities to attend in Long Beach, I will stay here and travel further afield to participate in what you’re going to do!
We will definitely be back :)

All kinds of daily necessities are available, all the windows can be opened, and the scenery outside the window is peaceful and elegant. The room is a 10-minute walk from the beach. There is a marina and a beach on the beach. There is a large supermarket 50 meters away, and there are Japanese and Thai restaurants nearby. The antique building is very interesting. Ctrip's service is so good. I'm worried that the self-service check-in will not be successful. Ctrip's customer service has been helping to follow up.

Last year there were no amenities whatsoever and bed bugs. I contacted the management team and let them know what had happened. I was assured that we would be compensated for the problem. Not only were we not compensated but we actually paid more for our room.
We are not new to the Halloween 🎃 event. We attended the Shipwreck events the first 10 years it was open with our kids and friends.
I am very disappointed that you misrepresented your care of returning passengers.
Other than that we are looking forward to next year.
