There were some problems when I started to stay, and I waited for a long time, but I solved it satisfactorily. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was very good. Taking the No. 10 road, the car screaming at night is like a wind.

Verry disappointed Griselda was supper rude Every time I came up to the front desk I sadly had to deal with herShe had no customer service whatsoever and love to roll her eyes. My Room was filthy. It smelled like pee My shoes got stuck to the restroom Floor super sticky The bedroom sheets were stained and had cigaret Holes which was confusing because I had a non smoking Room My microwave had dried ramen noodle all over the place and when I shoulde Griselda I was told there is No way the housekeeper left it like that because that was her best cleaning lady and that we had to have used it I told her if we would have used it the Raman noodles wouldn't be dried to the plate she rolled her eyes and said I guess I sent her over just absolutely the worst customer service Ever I had to go to Walmart and buy sheets because I did not want to sleep on the ones on the bed There was no hot water not even warm water When I called the front desk to ask what time breakfast ended griselda said obviously there's no breakfast because of the Corona virus and hung up. I stayed in Room 101 I could not sleep through most of the night all I heard was the cars on the freeway passing The pool was even close

If i can give this motel a 0 star I would give it but I can't. Anyways, I booked my reservation via Airmiles more than a week before my stay. I got my confirmation email so I thought I was good to go. I arrived in San Antonio July 27, 2020 after several hours of travel so I was really tired and just wanted to relax. When I was trying to check-in they told me that my name was not in their system and instead offer me to pay 3 nights. I was so frustrated that I just went to a different hotel. I was glad I did becuase the Uber driver that drove me to Holiday Inn Express told me that that area (Ingram) was a skethcy one and that hotel was a regular hangout of drug people! So I warn you, please do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from this hotel. But on the plus side, there was a guy (not sure if he was the caretaker) who was very helpful (but looks weird too, not trying to be judgmental here but let's call a spade a spade). But still at the end of the day he wasn't able to sort things out. Also, this motel is also near the Ingram Mall. But other than that I don't think it's worth your money and time to stay in this hotel. STAY OUT!

IHG Platinum Elite Member - Stayed here with my family. Convenient enough location to SeaWorld and NW San Antonio. Beds were comfortable, room was a suite and was nice, and staff was pretty friendly and accommodating. I knew going in that the hotel was under renovation when I cashed in my points. There are some things still needing to be fixed, but its nicer than some I've stayed in. No point in bashing them, it's going to be better someday. What they have fixed, is pretty good. They still need to do work on the indoor pool area, but it's functional. Would return when the renovation is complete.

We stayed for 6 nights at Residence Inn, Lackland/Seaworld San Antonio to attend our daughter’s Air force BMT graduation, and give the kids a tour of San Antonio attractions as well. I had considered other hotels to stay when I was planning our trip. And surely, I made the right decision when I chose Residence Inn. All the employees were very efficient, and friendly, including their GM Mr. Robert. But I would like to make special mention to April and November, who ensured that our needs were properly taken cared of during the duration of our stay. After our first night, we were upgraded to an available bigger room as benefit of being a platinum elite. Ms. November arranged a very smooth transfer considering that we have to move to the new room at an earlier time to accommodate our family’s schedule. Our personal belongings were properly managed/transferred and the room prepared and cleaned by the time we got back . Ms. April, on the other hand, always kept us informed of the hotel’s events/schedule as well as recommended places to go in San Antonio which customizes to our interests. There was also a time when we asked for extra pillows and blankets, and in less than 3 minutes she was at our door with our requests. Something that would normally be delegated to housekeeping and would have taken a much longer response time. Driving to Lackland AFB in the morning (around 7:30AM) was about 14 mins as the heavier traffic flow was on the other direction. Going to Riverwalk was also a breeze, as it takes only about less than 20 mins (non-rush hour). During our stay, this Residence Inn also have their “socials” during Mondays to Wednesday, ( 6PM till 7:30PM), serving unlimited snacks, wines, sodas, and draft beer…all complimentary. Daily breakfast variety was sufficient as well. Our kids loved the heated indoor pool. It was in the 40’s outside, but the pool water was warm enough, not to mention the much warmer Jacuzzi tub. We will definitely stay again on this Marriott Residence Inn Lackland/Seaworld the next time we visit San Antonio.

We traveled from Houston to San Antonio to go to Legoland and Sea World for her Birthday. We wanted and centrally located Hotel with an indoor pool which is why we picked this hotel. The hotel was extremely clean with mostly families staying there. The indoor pool and hot tub were perfect for the cooler weekend. It was only about an 5-10 minute drive from Legoland and the River Walk area and Sea World. It was so close that we were able to leave Sea World to change into warmer clothes for the night and return in less than 30 minutes. They had computers and printer to print tickets and boarding passes. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. We will return if ever in San Antonio again.

I started my stay here with the intention of staying 2 days and then moving on to an extended stay hotel but Clarabell was able to match their price. The location is closer to my job and they are pet friendly. So I rented for 9 days. And I am glad I did. All of the staff are wonderful but the manager Latoya really goes out of her way for her guest. During a conversation with her, I mentioned I worked evenings. From that day, it seemed that I was normally the last room to get service. Which I really appreciate since I sleep during the day. Latoya had let her housekeeping staff know that I slept days and to make my room the last one they'd service for the day. Little things like that is why I'm going on 2 months of being here.

Staff service was pleasant. We have an odd experience when we checked in, the front desk had given us our key but when we went to our room it was being cleaned, I will note we at the hotel before the posted check in time. The room cleaning was good, did not appear that they washed the sheets (Burn Marks) , This might be due to a energy saving policy, unsure as this was not posted.

Stayed here with my family of 5 including an infant and everyone of us was really satisfied with our stay. Yes, including our baby! It goes far beyond a usual Staybridge Suites you will expect. Room is clean, beads are comfortable, kitchen supply is well organized. Breakfast is good and has a great variety. Evening happy hour offers delicious food and great wines so you won’t even need to eat out. Staff are super friendly. I will recommend this to everyonr of my friends when they come to San Antonio!

Hotel location is very good, although the room is a little small, but value for money, including breakfast, the price is also very good, like breakfast with fresh apples and bananas, hot tea coffee during the day, small daisy tea at night, can Said to be very intimate. The hot water is very strong, the bed is very comfortable, I was worried that it would be a tide before, and the result is not, sleep well! Overall, the waiters are very polite and enthusiastic

I am surprised to give such a low rating but this Embassy Suite did not meet our expectations. We are Hilton Diamond Members so we stay at Hilton properties on our travels. Let me iritate the good points - great location for our trip as we wanted to spend a few days hiking at Guadelupe River and Government Canyon State Parks so this was a good location. Many restaurants and a great HEB grocery store nearby. Check-in was fast and easy but from here things went downhill. We always enjoy breakfast at Embassy Suites. Our first morning was fine - we understand there are issues with the Covid restrictions but they provided a very good cooked to order omelet and reasonable side items. After this first breakfast the next three days was very disappointing just offering scrambled eggs (a little watery), super thin bacon, cold pancakes and fried potatoes (which were very good). The fruit cups offered a few days were good but were not there all days. Essentially Embassy Suites offered breakfast which were not as good as the typical Hampton Inn - Very Disappointing. NO ROOM SERVICE - we asked for room service and got fresh towels on the third day but although we had asked for cleaning on the fourth night still NOTHING, We asked for and received fresh towels - come on this is beyond reasonable. Our whole stay revolved around hiking and we really wanted to be able to take showers. The basic room layout was standard Embassy Suite with a mini refigerator and microwave was was great BUT the bathroom sink drained very slowly and we nearly overflowed the shower as it drained even slower. The level of chemical smell was almost overwhelming when you first enter the room. The evening happy hour was OK, beer was cold and snacks of crunchy items were OK. Needless to say we will not be coming back to this location and will actually be reconsidering our use of Embassy Suites if this is now the reduced standard they will be providing. . We get the impression Embassy Suites is using the Covid travel restrictions to severely cut back on their level of service. Do the prices come down - no.

If I could give this place negative stars, it would be too much! I made a reservation through a 3rd party on a Tuesday for my husband to attend an event hoping he could make it before the Coronavirus took over the world. Thursday evening, his event was cancelled due to the health concerns of all. Friday morning was the check in date and of course I had to jump through hoops to get anyone to answer. I spoke to the Marriott call center and was told the reservation could be cancelled since these were unseen circumstances, yet I’d have to call the third party I booked through. I called directly after hanging up and after waiting 30 mins to speak to someone, the agent called the hotel and they told the 3rd party it could not be cancelled. At this point I’ve been told 2 different things. Of course this is not just because I changed my mind... literally everything is cancelled yet I’m being penalized and charged anyway because of their greed! I proceed to call this hotel and speak to a very rude female associate who told me that I couldn’t cancel the reservation bc it’s “day of” and that this “situation has been going on for weeks now” as to say that I should have known better than to book during this time. I explained to her the circumstances since she acted as if she didn’t know things have literally been changing hourly due to the Covid-19 outbreak! The nerve and heartlessness of this individual! (On this same day a national emergency was called for the United States) She didn’t want to hear anything I had to say and said “well, these are our policies.” How can someone and an entire company not care about the health and safety of their patrons and their own employees?!? I literally spoke to 7 different people today and was told something different by every single person! The only person who understood what I was going through was the 3rd party company who was more than willing to work with me and help cancel my reservation without penalty. I even tried to Switch dates with this hotel to a later date and was not even considered since I “didn’t book through Marriott.” I am so disappointed and disgusted by the carelessness of this establishment. I was as polite as possible knowing what it’s like to deal with people every single day. But once again, being nice has gotten me no where but into a tizzy! I wouldn’t choose this place more so bc they are rude and heartless, nothing else matters!

Great customer service and close to everything. The King bed room is on the small size but we were only there to sleep. Breakfast is in a brown bag that consist of water, orange, granola bar and pastry. We kept the water and gave the rest to the homeless. There are some restaurants that are still closed but we never had a problem finding somewhere to eat. On our last day our flight wasnt until the evening and they let us keep our room until 4PM so we could freshen up before our flight. I would stay here again.

Came to San Antonio to have dinner with some cousins who were visiting from out of state. We chose this location for the reasonable rate and the proximity to the Riverwalk area. The young lady at the front desk was efficient and friendly, the property was nicely updated and very clean and comfortable. We took a cab to the Alamo for under six dollars. We will definitely stay here again.

My husband and I had moved from another hotel on the Riverwalk in San Antonio to this one and couldn’t have been happier about our choice. Vincent was so kind and accommodating and showed us around the hotel and gave us some room options. The rooms were spacious and the view was beautiful. The hotel backed onto the Riverwalk so we were able to walk down to our favorite restaurants in a matter of minutes. The pool was absolutely gorgeous. Very clean and relaxing. We truly couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The price was right and the hotel was fantastic. We had great interactions with all of the staff. Everyone was so friendly. I only need a room for overnight before an early morning flight. This Days Inn meet my needs. The room was very clean, the king size bed was very comfortable with six pillows and there was small fridge and microwave which I didn't use. The included breakfast was basic but filling -- coffee, yogurt, Belgian waffle, oat meal, orange juice, and toast. The desk clerk on my arrival was very friendly and helpful but the clerk or manager when I checked out was the worst ever. She was talking on her cell phone in a foreign language -- not Spanish -- and even walked away to the coffee area while I was waiting. Finally she put down the phone for a second and briskly answered my inquiry about getting to the airport then immediately continued her conversation. I travel a lot but this woman was the worst I have encountered in ages.

So far my personal experience with this hotel has been one of the best experiences I've ever had dealing with a lower budget stay. Some stuff could be updated for sure like the mini fridges and could probably use a little bit of a spit shine. How ever the quality of the customer service is fantastic 👌 I felt absolutely valued as a customer and any time I'm back in San Antonio I'm going to knights inn by the AT&T center

My husband and I stayed one night here, in route home to Florida. We called a few hours in advance and they had no problem holding a room for us. Check in was easy and they remembered my request for a ground level room so parking nearby would eliminate the arduous luggage shuffle. The first room they put us in smelled a bit like cigarettes and I discovered the sink was leaking. They quickly moved us to a room two doors down. Basic room, a bit dated but in good shape. Bed was ok. Quiet night really. The pool area was pretty but not heated so at this time of the year it was just nice to look at. There was a bit of obvious repair being done on the elevator, as it was cordoned off with orange safety tape. Not pretty but understandable. They also had no issues with giving us a later checkout ( not many visitors that night). I would stay again. Interested note: do not park under trees in November. I’ve never seen so many Finches in one place and they made quite a mess of or vehicle. We went to the carwash as soon as we left ( there is a nice one just down the street and on the way back to I 10.

I live in Dallas but have family that live in San Antonio so visit quite a bit. I stay 10-12 times a year and has always been FANTASTIC. I love the pool and size of rooms. I've had both king and queen beds in my room and both have been very comfortable. I need to ask them how I can buy one of their mattresses for my house lol. I commend Days Inn for putting the staffs health before anything else and not having the continental breakfast. While I do miss those iconic Texas shaped waffles, I understand 100% that breakfast is not feasible with COVID19. I've stayed in some pretty sketchy motel rooms so I am thankful this hotel has always been clean. You can clearly tell that the owners and employees all take pride in the hotels upkeep inside and outside. I'm sure having the great housekeepers on staff is a big part of how clean rooms are. They do their job well and quick. You can clearly tell the grounds keeper does a great job maintaining the hotel which cant be easy. Its been maintained very well. I have stayed in different rooms and both floors of the hotel and all of them have been quiet. Even when kids are playing in the pool that was right outside my door. I've never had one problem. Front desk employees are also helpful. They have referred me to great restaurants because I like to order local food and not something I can buy back home in Dallas. I will be staying there in a few short weeks and look forward to it.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Had a check-in issue due to not being able to check in until 3:30 when check-in time is supposed to be 3. Not the end of the world, but the lobby furniture we were waiting on was pretty gross. The couches in the lobby and the room were heavily soiled. Needs a good deep cleaning of soft surfaces through the entire hotel. Room was good, and very soundproof. The breakfast is great. Expensive, but they have an outstanding location. Bonus was the parking garage across the street was only $10 for the overnight.

Save your money and go somewhere else. The whole staff is horrible, including manager. First time my friend and I stayed and we were being very obviously watched for no reason. We came into get breakfast and only had 1 other guest sitting down and this lady stood over the both of us, and was so rude. She walked away when we sat down to eat but then she kept coming back and made us uncomfortable. Then the front desk told me I could pay $50 and the other $20 before 5pm so I go pay and turns out that I could NOT do it that way and so I ask for the manager to see what I could work out and she told me I needed to go pack my stuff and get out of the room and come back when money is on the card, not in cash. Not 3mins after coming back to room to pack she calls the phone and says To get out of the room or she’s calling the cops. I have a cast on my arm for a broken wrist and they did not care, they wanted me and my friend out right then and there. We start moving our belongings right outside room so they can see we’re getting our stuff out and one female staff member came around the corner and giggled when she saw our stuff outside room. Horrible horrible HORRIBLE.

I stayed at this location for three weeks while working in the area and what a perfect place in the heart of San Antonio. It has been a very positive experience for me. My room and facility are well kept. For the duration of my stay, I wish there was more variety of breakfast menu each day. After a few days of seeing the same list, it gets old quite fast. Otherwise, the staff was outstanding! Especially Diego Zamarripa, who never missed greeting you in the lobby and ready to answer any questions or provide assistance and make you feel home. Also, Luis, the valet attendant who is very quick and prepared to have my vehicle available each day. If you are ever in the area, I highly recommend this location.

Booked this motel because we got such a good price through Expedia, but would not elect to stay here again. Our first clue that it may not be the best location was the police car outside of reception when we first arrived! The room itself was relatively spacious and clean and the bed was not the worst I've slept on, but it was definitely a bare bones experience. The room was equipped with a microwave and a refrigerator, but no coffeemaker. They provide soap and thin towels, but you must bring your own hair dryer. Check in was awkward...they tried to charge us twice. Also tried to give us a smoking room when we specifically asked for non smoking. We stayed two nights and it was very noisy outside both nights. I am pretty sure that someone was turning tricks at this motel...you could hear her conversations through the door/walls. Constant loud knocking at all hours of the night. The room did not get cleaned the second day. Reception desk personnel were not very friendly, helpful or welcoming.
