|1.04km from city centerA quiet inn in a forest about a 10-minute walk from the shores of Lake Yamanakako. An inn with an image similar to that of a youth hostel. This stay was for 5 adults and was a room with a board space between 8 tatami mats. The cospa was the best because it was split by 5 people. The check-in time was told in advance, but when the schedule changed and we arrived early, the front desk was absent. It seems that only one person is responding, and the phone seems to be difficult to connect. If you have any questions, it seems better to ask them all at once. Reception until 10pm. Room facilities include TV, refrigerator, kettle, tea / cup, and bath towel. There is no yukata or toothbrush. It was not cold at all because I paid a heating fee of 1000 yen and put a stove in the room in winter. Baths and wash basins use shared facilities. The bath is available from 19:00. There is no meal service, but there are several restaurants if you walk to the lake. At the inn there were cup noodle sales and vending machines. An inn with a style that you do yourself. There is no excess service, and I think that is reflected in the price. Comfortable enough.

|1.16km from city centerWe are glad to have stayed in Fuji Matsuzono Hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable for a family of 3 and there was a small table with 2 chairs that allowed us to sit around to have some late night snacks and drinks. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. When I approached them at 1am for an additional pillow, they immediately attended to the request. The bath area for the onsen was clean and spacious. The amenities provided were also good quality. There is also a great selection of food during breakfast. Most importantly, room was facing Mt Fuji and we managed to get a nice morning view of Mt Fuji when we woke up. The view was spectaculars and there is a nice courtyard that one can take nice photos with Mt fuji in the background. The hotel is also located in a very convenience location. Once you exit the hotel, you will see Lake Yamanakako and there were many eateries nearby, all within walking distance. As we drove, it was also convenience that Lawson and 7-11 is less than 5 min drive away. Will definitely visit again.

|4.42km from city centerThe cheapest hotel to book, but the most satisfying hotel
The manager of the platform is very kind and always smiles when communicating, so although he can't speak English, he is also very good at communicating
Must go early, because there is no bus at Shanzhonghu Pingye Station very early, if it is not self-driving, it is not convenient to take a taxi.
Eighteen minutes walk from Hirano's foot, you can go out to see Fuji in the morning, very beautiful.
There is a 24-hour hot spring on the fourth floor, very comfortable, the room is large, the traditional Japanese style is very beautiful.
There is a Hirano Station Visitor Center near the hotel. It opens until 17.30 in the afternoon. The center will speak English. If you have any questions, you can consult.
There is a round-trip bus from Shinjuku to Hirano Station, but you must book in advance, otherwise you can go to Fuji Station by train. The bus is too inconvenient, because the end is very early, the hotel itself is very good.

There is a convenience store isolated at the hotel, facing the Lake Yamanaka. The hotel offers parking spaces. In addition, the hotel is non-smoking and there is a smoking room on the ground floor.

|6.39km from city centerMarriott staff welcomed us at the curb side. Check in was painless and soon we were off to our room. In room hot springs was a pleasant touch. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Even the Japanese pillows were soft and cozy. The food was top notch and catered to every taste. We opted for the dinner package—well worth the money. After dinner we rang for a late night massage…should have rethought that one. Asked for two therapist and got one. She had no clue what a massage was! Seriously!!! She literally poked at me with her finger tips. The pushed my head agains the pillow for ten minutes. Finally was had enough and she was dismissed with her full pay. Noted, she was not affiliated with the hotel, she was merely the lady they called. Please never call her again! Loved the hotel and the view. A must for anyone wanting a quiet getaway.

|3.02km from city centerWhen I woke up in the morning and opened the tent curtains, the view of Mt. Fuji was so beautiful that I was moved 🗻✨️ Personally, I had so much food that I ended up leaving a little bit of it 💦 But it was delicious 🍖 The bath was an open-air bath and a sauna. There was also. I had a lot of fun with my friends because I could play Roryu! I'm happy to be able to make a bonfire. I felt soothed while drinking coffee and sitting around the bonfire 🔥☕️ The price is a little high, but I would like to go there again if I have the chance ☺️✨️

|4.41km from city centerThis time I stayed for two nights, one night and two meals, the breakfast was roughly the same on the two days; and the dinner was barbecue, one night was roast beef, and the second night was seafood. Both breakfast and dinner are served with rice and tea.
The attitude of the waiters is very good, but unfortunately, the English is relatively poor, and they mainly communicate in Japanese and Mandarin.
In terms of facilities, there are two indoor hot springs and a small open-air hot spring. After soaking in the hot spring, you can go to the comic room to read comics/sit low and enjoy the massage chair (no extra money for washing). In addition, there is a Zhuoqiu table in the Lobby position.
The location is relatively far away, and it takes 5-8 minutes to walk to the station and the convenience store. If you are traveling by car, you can moor outside the hotel.

|2.57km from city centerThe hotel is far from the village of Yamanakako, and the taxi is about 1,300 yen. Although the hotel can pick up and drop off, the language communication is a problem, the manager is very enthusiastic, but the place name he said in English I don't know where it is, but later I learned that it was in the sun, so we finally took a taxi. I don’t have a shop in front of the village. I suggest booking a dinner at the hotel. It’s still very rich, and the rice is especially delicious. The first floor and the second floor are blocked by trees, and there is no Mt. Fuji. On the third floor, there is a small overlooking attic, which can clearly see Mount Fuji. Although it was very close to the Yamanakako Lake, it was blocked by the dense woods. It went far to the right hand side and found a deserted road. It was only at the lakeside and found that there was a very good walking path along the lake. Unfortunately, it took a while. Knowing how to get back to the hotel, I had to return. Hot springs are average. The room facilities are relatively old, the size is not 16-20 mentioned here, it feels three or forty flat. Once again, the hotel's service is really good, suitable for self-driving friends. The picture below shows the front yard and Mount Fuji seen in the attic.

|1.4km from city centerWe checked in on the 1/16th. When we arrived, the owner of the hotel had already put down slippers. The owner was very kind. He asked us to take a rest in the reception room and sit on the massage chairs. Only our family checked in on the day. There is a bathhouse, although the bathing pool is small, the family is very comfortable with bubbles. We have dinner at six o'clock. The boss’s son can speak English. The dinner is also very rich and there are many varieties. We can only make it through. We are too full. The breakfast is too rich. After eating, the boss will take us around the scenic spots of Mount Fuji near Lake Yamanaka. In addition, the transportation is very convenient. You can go to the OUTLETS at the station and turn left for two minutes. They can also park in their yard. It is very good, very suitable for bringing your baby to play, it is recommended

|2.7km from city centerSecond visit. Mt. Fuji is clear in winter. In the morning, I went to the illumination square in front of the restaurant because it was Akafuji before sunrise. From the right end to red purple, when the sunrise started at about 1 / 3, I returned to the magnificent Fuji, but the sunrise on the left, the full moon on the upper right, and Mt. Fuji in the middle. I have to see this. Under the sunrise is the sea of clouds in Lake Yamanaka. The view that there is everything to see. Since there are many families, the rooms are large and you can see Lake Yamanaka and Mt. Fuji from all rooms. The bath is on the 2nd floor with B1 and the mountain trail is clear from the observation bath. You should see people in the season. It is a good hotel that is calm.

The most excellent breakfast and dinner, it is said that the boss cooks it, the very delicious Japanese set menu is beyond imagination. They also serve coffee or tea after the meal, which is very considerate.

|2.33km from city centerIt was a very pleasant staff. It was the season of autumn leaves, so I had to clean up the dead leaves outside early in the morning. Thanks to such a staff, it became a good memory of this trip. I was very happy with the little consideration. My son was very happy with the potato chips he received while waiting at the reception. I would like to use it again. It's not the service and facilities of a luxury hotel, but it was clean and comfortable. There was a sticker, but it takes time for hot water to come out. Please wait patiently as it is a problem with the equipment. It may take 3 to 5 minutes... The usage time of the communal bath is posted at the entrance, but just in case, it is better to tell them that you will use it and the time you will use it. It's a shared bathroom, so I don't know if you can use it at your desired time, but I'm sure the bath will be ready by that time. There are two entrance doors, so it would be nice to have a sign for the reception entrance. There may be individual differences in the evaluation of this pension, but for me it was a good place to relax.

|2.82km from city centerThe hotel is located on the edge of Yamanaka Lake, with a quiet and elegant environment. It takes about ten minutes to walk along the lakeside trail at the entrance to Asahiki Station. There are buses from JR Fuji Station or Lake Kawaguchi. The boss can pick you up at the station for free. Or you can pay a small fee and go directly from Lake Kawaguchi, Oshino Hakkai, Gotemba Outlet and other places. The boss can arrange pick-up and drop-off. The transportation is quite convenient. The room is spacious and comfortable, with two beds and tatami mats, which is bigger than expected. a lot
The landlady was also very warm and considerate. We stayed for two nights and my husband felt a little unwell. The landlady immediately brought me some spare medicine. After checking out, I forgot to bring my camera and arranged for someone to bring it to us. She is really kind and kind-hearted. For tourists who are not fluent in English and Japanese, it is more convenient to stay at his home, and any problems can be solved more quickly and properly.
Mount Fuji is beautiful. This is a winter trip. I want to see the maple leaves in the future🍁. I would also like to stay here again if I have the chance.

|2.72km from city centerI stayed in a room with a view of Mt. Fuji. Around 6am, I was able to see a beautiful view of Lake Yamanaka after walking for about 5 minutes from the pension. This pension is run by a husband and wife team and offers a relaxing atmosphere with a homely atmosphere.
The room itself is a sleeping environment with only minimal amenities. There are hand towels, but I didn't see any bath towels, so please bring your own if you need one.
If you want to eat a convenience store bento or other meal, you can rent a table in the dining room on the first floor, so you don't have to worry about it. Microwave, water, boiling water, refrigerator, toilet, and washroom are shared. You can take a bath until 11 o'clock.
It was cheap so the cost performance is good.
I would like to use it again if I have a chance to go nearby.
