Breakfast is OK, there is a local flavor, not very strong, the habit of eating five people of the same sex, there are not many types, but it is enough to eat. Extra bed, can be charged separately, you can directly set the triple room, in fact, it is also an extra bed, but not separately charged, or three people breakfast, compare value. It is also very convenient to bring children. There is a supermarket nearby. The Mall of the Emirates is a five-minute walk away. The Carrefour is awesome on the first floor. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the subway. If you drive, you will have a large parking lot.

Mahesh, Upendedr, Arjunand Anil are a fantastic house keeping team. They attend to the guests very well, courteous. This is my longest stay in the hotel (4 days). Rooms are kept very neat and clean. Keep it up boys. Mall of Emirates is nearby which adds attraction to this hotel.

Very near to mall. Price are set at decent range. The staff are helpful. My colleague lost his phone on a cab. We had a urgent meeting to attend to so we are unable to stay at hotel to get the phone back. The taxi wanted us to pay the fees for coming to us. With the help of the hotel staff, they helped us to pay the driver and get the phone back. Very trust worthy people working in hilton. Cleaner are very polite, they never fail to greet you with a smile every morning!

Our stay at the Ibis was fine. This is our 130th hotel stay this year and among our least favorite experiences. First, it is very clean, so don’t worry about that. But a clean bed and room is all you can expect. Things we didn’t enjoy: -Breakfast is a chaotic cluster. No staff were seating guests. People were sprawled out across the Ibis and adjoining Novotel. It is difficult to find staff to clean off a table or provide new cutlery. The food is fine, but the coffee is horrible. - We were told the room included tea and coffee. When we checked in we notified the front desk we had no coffee and would like some. They told us someone would bring it, but it never arrived. The same thing happened the second day. The third day we asked cleaning staff if they have coffee. They told us they were out and only had decaf. They did provide decaf, but regular coffee should have been available. -The shower is extremely slippery. The shower drain is raised to prevent hair and product from clogging it. But that means people are standing in .5” of water the entire time they are showering. The smooth tiles are extremely slippery when covered in standing water. I’m a 36 year old agile, athletic person. I fell, hitting my knee and face on the tile. There are no grippy mats to reduce slipping. There are no handles to get up from in the shower. - After falling, I asked for a hand towel to wash my face. I was told “we don’t offer hand towels on THIS SIDE of the hotel. Only the Novotel side gets hand towels.” It’s very weird to make people feel lesser than others over hand towels. 🤷♀️ Other small weird stuff: - There are ZERO outlets by the bed. You have to charge all electronics, including your phone, across the room. - The faucet barely hangs over the sink. When you wash your hands, they are against the side of the bowl, and water will run out on the counter. It’s like the designer never used the sink. - They have chosen a strange press soap bottle. It breaks off from the wall daily. -Aside from soap, no basic toiletries are provided. (no shampoo, conditioner, or lotion.) Overall, this place is cheaper than others, but it still costs too much to have this many issues.

Выбор был сделан на случайно: близко к остановкам общественного транспорта, метро (красная ветка), откуда можно доехать до всех основных достопримечательностей, а также относительная близость основных бесплатных пляжей Дубая. Кроме того, в трёх остановках автобусов F33, F35 (до остановки 180 метров) красивый благоустроенный бесплатный парк с озером (в форме прокладки, сразу узнаваемым на карте), детскими игровыми зонами , спортивными игровыми площадками Al Barsha Pond Park, куда супруг каждый вечер ездил, чтобы поиграть в баскетбол. В гипермаркете Карфур (Carrefour) (находится в Молле Эмиратов) можно закупиться продуктами по приемлемым ценам и приготовить себе любое блюдо прямо в номере. Номер оснащен хорошей кухней с большим холодильником, плитой, духовкой, микроволновкой, тостером, необходимой посудой, чайником, (чай,кофе, сахар в наличии), стиральная машина, утюг, гладильная доска также есть в номере. Телевизор без русских каналов. По поводу завтраков в отеле. Мы бронировали номер с завтраком на 11 дней. На 4-й день пожалели, что оплатили завтраки. На 2-3 дня ещё куда ни шло, можно питаться одним и тем же, но 11 дней однообразия уже перебор. В целом все вкусно, но разнообразия нет, не шведский стол, официант по меню приносит блюда на сервированный приборами стол. В следующий раз, если приедем в этот отель (не исключено, т.к. все устраивает), завтракать будем самостоятельно, в номере можно кофе-чай попить...Воду 2 бутылки по 0.5 приносят каждый день во время уборки. Недорого и вкусно можно поесть, если выйти из отеля и пойти по улице направо. Сразу после парковки ряд недорогих кафешек. Брали одно блюдо на двоих за 30 дирхам (рубль 25.3 дирхам на данный момент), не смогли все осилить, нам упаковали оставшееся с собой. Почти напротив отеля небольшой продуктовый магазин Кафур. Такого разнообразия, как в Молле, конечно, там нет, закупиться по-быстрому можно. В отеле есть неплохой фитнес-зал. Хоть на ресепшн и написано, что он до 12.00 работает, по факту он всегда открыт, по крайней мере до 18.00 точно, до этого часа открыт и бассейн рядом, на крыше. Самый лучший пляж, на наш взгляд, Kite, народу в ноябре не много, вода чистая, пляж убирается, есть бесплатные туалеты, душ, переодеваться только в туалетах. Бесплатная питьевая вода. Вай-фай (авторизовались в самый первый день по номеру Эмиратского телефона и эл.почте, в последующие дни подключались автоматически без авторизации). Ехать 10-11 остановок до Umm Suqeim 1 или Abdallah Mleih Masjid на 81 автобусе. Пляж между этими остановками. Рядом с отелем есть остановка, идти минуты 4, 180 метров, но на ней негде присесть, автобус ходит каждые 20 минут, можно не угадать и стоять долго, если он уже ушел. Кроме того, в 9.25-9.30 очень много народу уже едет, присесть в автобусе не получится. Надо или раньше, до 9.00, или позже, после 10.00 уезжать, или идти на конечную около М

The hotel has good location, just in front of main road. Has free basement parking with easy lift access. Just at the back around 5min walk ,supermarket carefour opens 24hours so much great in case u need to get any snacks drinks etc (which i arrived at night i still can buy stuffs). Apartment fully equip with kitchen (but not provide washing soap&sponge) , washing machine with no dryer but got dry rack .

What did we like: We like the spacious rooms The location is next to the train station The luggage and house keeping staff are friendly and helpful Beautiful view from from the apartment The bar was fun to hang out and have a beer What did we not like: We did not get what we booked and paid for at this accommodation. They combined our rooms and called it an upgrade. Rooms were not ready at check in time and we were told to pay more if they gave us the room at 1:30 to leave our bags. The lady at the front had a breakdown and was rude when we asked for the rooms we booked and not their upgrade. Lastly check in and check out takes a min of 20 minutes so be prepared to wait. Experience dated : 06 Feb 2024 All in all, this accommodation is satisfactory.

Stayed at JA beach Hotel for our wedding anniversary Aug 23rd. We enjoyed the stay alot.. It was a great experience and location is awesome.From the entrance of the hotel onwards we received a nice hospitality by Nilantha and Jianna from reception makes our checkin very fast.Once reached room got a surprise anniversary cake and nice decorated bed. Room was very nice and comfortable. Enjoyed pool bar and Basil was good in service.. Ghulam and mark antony was also very helpful with us. All the staff are very friendly. Night we orderd in room dining food and it was very tasty. My daughter liked the pool and enjoyed alot there.. Special mention to all engineering team and housekeeping team to keep the place beautiful as always.. Few areas noticed to improve is bathroom amenities bottles are very difficult to use. It is very hard and couldn't get the shower gel/shampoo etc properly. Also breakfast buffet there was no indian options only one item Rajma curry was disgusting.. I checked with chefs is there any other options but they told only this item available and they are not even botherd to offer with any suggestions which makes us feel bad.. Totaly it was an excellent stay and enjoyed the wonderful ambience with my family on our wedding anniversary.

Facilities: An old five-star hotel, which is very cost-effective in Dubai. The breakfast is good. Hygiene: The cleaning is very clean and there is no problem with hygiene. Environment: Right by the river. Service: The front desk is quite polite. There is no Chinese service. I know a little bit of English and communication is no problem. For room service, just tip. The originally booked apartment room was later upgraded to a hotel suite. I was very lucky. I hope I will have the opportunity to stay and enjoy the upgraded service next time. As a reminder, it is very convenient to take a taxi when going out. It costs 45 dirhams to go to Dubai Mall, which is about 90 yuan. Let me tell you here that the drivers in Dubai are of good quality, they won’t take detours, they won’t overcharge, and you don’t have to worry about being cheated, so you don’t need to use Ctrip’s overseas cars to hail a taxi, because in actual operation, it’s 20 RMB+ more expensive than hailing a taxi yourself. Just try it yourself, and don’t choose to book a Dubai airport transfer on Ctrip. The price is so expensive that you will doubt your life. It costs 50 yuan for us to go to the airport, and Ctrip charges you 340 yuan for airport drop-off.

Upon alighting the taxi, there was no one to help with luggage, I had to drag my luggage all the way to the front desk and only until I check in, I was assisted with my luggage when I asked. Check in was done by Nadia who was very accommodating and welcoming. I was surprised that’s she was all yes to my accommodating my requests. She explains the facilities/amenities without having to ask & took the courtesy to offer me beverages while I wait for the room to be ready. A very good first impression was made even before my stay started despite the first issue above. Room was big and spacious with the interiors being in such good taste. Comes with an ipad to control the room although it is high tech, curtains are not automated which was a miss. Pool was stunning on level 54, with the views of Burj Khalifa, complimented with an ice cold bottled water. Location wise is good as it’s connected to dubai metro/dubai mall but would recommend not walking from the hotel to the mall as it is such a long 20 minutes walk.

Very nice place, studio serviced apartments are very nice. But don't get a room close to the entrance gate and road because cars and motorcycles will sleep deprive you all night. Very busy road as it goes down to the beach carparks with very loud cars and motorcycles going past all night until about 4am-5am. So request a room down the opposite end of the resort from the road and you should have an awesome stay. Resort has its own scuba diving courses, kite surfing lessons and wind surfing and paddle boards and stuff. It has a very good gym with top of the line gym machines and equipment and a very nice swimming pool area. Resort right smack bang on the beach. It has a nice sitting area where you can enjoy a meal and some drinks and look out at the ocean.

It was my first time in Dubai. The hotel was nice and exactly what I needed for my first week. The service team was extremely helpful, especially Kurlos. They were all so kind and helped me navigate my first time here. The room service was good and well priced. The young man that runs the breakfast buffet was exceptional! Having just returned on Friday after spending a week with the family (2 teen boys) I could not recommend this hotel enough. Whilst the hotel and ALL the facilities are 5 star, having the right personnel is paramount……….and you wont be disappointed at The Fairmont. Despite our check in at 4am, the process was made effortless by the staff. Though it was at this time the manger advised us the room we’d booked was not available due to a technical error their side and therefore they would be upgrading us to a suite the following day by 12 noon. The following day after breakfast the on duty manager Anoop Rai came to see us to thank us for our understanding and that our belongings would be moved across later that afternoon. True to his word, we were moved to a junior suite on the 8th floor with beautiful views of both the sea and Dubai Marina. The quality of service continued throughout our stay by all members of staff, though special thanks to both Suity and Jhenelyn on the front desk who were always there to answer any questions and assist with any restaurant reservations. That leads onto the food, Flow Kitchen is the buffet breakfast and evening dinner place and there’s a variety of different cuisine for all to enjoy……..you won’t be disappointed. You’ve then you’ve got the specialist restaurants and we tried a couple the first being the Sea Grill Bistro. Having booked half board, this gave us the set 3 course meal and option to add if we wanted. The portion sizes were good and the food was tasty, from starters (Caesar salad, Kale Salad and Prawns) to the mains (Salmon, Sea Bream and Chicken)…………so one we’d definitely recommend to dine at. The other was Little Miss India, which too did not disappoint with the various kebabs and curries, all of which were VERY tasty and the chef was happy to add the extra spice if required :) Having direct access to your own private beach was great, though we preferred to be pool side of which there are 4 with one being adults only (over 16’s). Finding sun loungers was generally okay, so you didn’t need to wake up super early to put towels down. The pool side team were always to hand to assist if you couldn’t find any and take your orders for any food or drinks. The location of this hotel is good on The Palm is good, lot’s to do around there with the various beach bars/restaurants (some age restricted) though a short taxi ride you can go to Dubai Marina, Atlantis and Bur Dubai. Stick to the yellow metered taxis, even though some of the black ones are metered we were told they’ll still be more expensive. Opposite the hotel on the Golden Mile you’ve got the Nakheel Mall, lots of shops including Waiterose and/or M&S for those feeling a little homesick :) One thing to note when booking, go for the ‘beverage package’ if you enjoy a drink or two. This allows anyone aged 21 or over 2 alcoholic drinks (beer or house wine) with both the red and white being VERY nice. So in a nutshell we’d certainly
