Excellent location. If don't mind walking, it is 40-45mins to Nagoya JR. Many things to check out along the way. Pancakes/cafes lovers rejoice, cos they r jus 10-15mins walk away. The hotel itself is near shopping area. It's a lot like Ginza/Shinjuku area, but less crowded. Would totally recommend, and choose to stay again. Nice to have free coffee and donut available. Pretty gd mini donuts. Lawson is jus downstairs.

It takes less than 5 minutes to get to the nearest underground entrance to Sakae Station, but it takes a little walk until you get on the train. Went there for the F1 race and it was perfect for the weekend. Just make sure you know how to get into Suzuka and you will have a good race weekend. The beds are your typical hard japanese style mattress and also you do have to turn in your key every single time when you leathe property and then pick it back up again whenever you come back. I do wish they just had disposable keys like most other hotels but I didn't have trouble turning in my key offended each day. I do like that I will also get a free drink each time when I come back at the end of the day

I booked three weeks ago with an early discount of 14 days ago, but I couldn't cancel from the net after 14 days ago. I was surprised because this was the first time. It was troublesome to call and cancel directly, so I stayed as it was, but it might have been to prevent the price of accommodation from collapse. The hotel is a few minutes walk from Sakae Station of the subway. It is in the middle of downtown but there is no danger. First night was a bad night for me as I could not sleep , the smell of smoking cigarettes was so bad I had to call the reception at 3am I needed a change of room the next day , I did ask the reception as soon as I arrived at the hotel when I find out I was put in a smoking room and ask if they can change non smoking room but they say their is no room to change, at first I thought I could handle the smell, but to my mistake when I got sleeping ,my lungs feel like unable to breathe , even the bed and duvet cover smell of cigarettes! N Hotel in Nagoya Located in the middle of nowhere (tucked between 2 highways), this hotel made up for it by focusing inwards. The reception lobby had great interior design. We were surprised when we saw the check-in lobby - all pristine white and luxurious. It felt like we were in a luxurious space ship cell. There were free drink dispensers to welcome guests too. The room was kinda cute and comfortable. It had a hot / cold water dispenser in it - my first encounter of such in a hotel room. The bathroom was interesting. There were luxurious amenities, toiletries and a state-of-the-art jacuzzi long-bath which has lights changing colours. It provided entertainment for me to soak in the jacuzzi - controlled with a touch of button. It was really fun. We enjoyed our short stay in this hotel. The staff was also accommodating and allowed us to check in a little earlier. The overall experience was above expectation.

I got an upgrade and went to the room on the 9th floor. The small room on the right immediately after entering is the kitchen room. It was even equipped with a microwave. When you open the door next to it, there is even a washing machine. It is a specification for long-term stays. The bath and toilet are separate. Amenity is BVLGARI in a large bathroom and large bathtub. Nothing to say anymore. The room specifications are semi-suite class. The mattress capsule is quite wider than the same type of hotel. The ceiling is higher than normal, making it not feel uncomfortable. The male locker / shower room is on the 2nd floor. The hotel offers towels, brushes, toothpaste. Below the lobby is a coffee shop. The top floor is a common area to sit and watch the view. We can talk here, we have to check out every day. Comodo perché vicino alla stazione (uscendo a sinistra) prendete come riferimento l'hotel Raffine , il Mercure é di fronte ma ha l'insegna solo in giapponese ! Camere abbastanza grandi. Attenzione dopo le 9.30 non vi danno più la colazione (neanche sulle cose pronte a buffet) anche se il termine é alle 10.00 e sono anche scortesi !!

Basic hotel but clean and well maintained. size of room is generous for Japan standard. about 10 mins walk from Nagoya station. There are fewer restaurants than the East side of the station so it's quieter in the streets. I will stay here again.

The ground is very close to the station, very convenient. The room was small, but the bathtub and bed were large and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the portion was enough. Self-service water bar is free to drink.

This time, I was taken care of by my husband at Hisashi 々. Although the facilities are old overall, I thought it was this hotel if I went to Nagoya with a feeling of cleanliness, but this time there was a little disappointing place. It's about cleaning the bathroom, but when I checked in and entered the washroom to wash my hands in the room, one short hair on the washbasin, one on the pasta tab, and one in front of the shower room. Drop to a place that is noticeable I was there. I was able to spend the rest perfectly, but I was very disappointed with Soko. The location is convenient because it is close to Sakae station and there are many restaurants nearby ♪ I booked a large room, so I was satisfied with the room! It was good to be able to spend a relaxing time. The correspondence of the hotel 々 was good, and the breakfast was very satisfying with both Japanese and Western foods! Gifu Koshihikari rice was delicious, and the croissant baked at the hotel was delicious without warming it! I don't want to say anything like my grandmother, but the hair of others in the bathroom was a little disgusting.

Around 8 mins walking distance to JR Nagoya and you can see the hotel building from the station if you walk out of Takashimaya Building. They have an underground pass from the train station and the nearest Hotel exit is via towards Lucine Tower L2 which only L2 has a lift up to the street while the rest of the exits are decked with stairs. Even if you lost your way to the hotel, you can always ask for the Post Office as they have a huge Post office nearby the station and passing by the Post office can lead you in the correct direction to the hotel. The impressive thing here is that they have an amenities bar at the lobby provided for room guests and they even have salt baths too! You can just grab your necessities any time you need. Not sure for 2 people but I find the room space is ok for single person, and very clean. Shampoo, shower gels, conditioner, hand soap and basic amenities like hangers and shoe polish are all provided. They also have cute magnet tags on your door to indicate for daily housekeepers. The room I've gotten is very clean and the walls are definitely not sound proof but decent enough to have your own peace and privacy. Facilities here may look old but I find it acceptable as they are very clean and well maintained. Only downside for tourists is that hotel staff here don't speak much English, and most of the room guests here are mostly Japanese business men, Japanese travelers to high school students and sometimes a few foreigners who can speak Japanese. Therefore, it is always helpful if you know some basic japanese or grab someone to stay along with who knows japanese will be good. Breakfast is in buffet style western and japanese, with soup, juice and coffee/tea. And everyday breakfast will be the same thing, but delicious and filling.

The nearest station is Fushimi station (the first stop from Nagoya station on Higashiyama line, with next stop being Sakae station), about 7mins on foot. The standard smoking room is simply a bed to sleep and has an air cleaner machine. I booked a night as I only needed a bed to sleep, however was satisfied with the facilities offered. The 2nd floor houses the relaxation facilities, which includes a small public bath area with sauna and jacuzzi, hot stone room, massage chairs, and compact gym which closes at 1am. The floor also has coin operated laundry services and drink vending machines. I made the most of the public bath area and free massage chairs in the late evening and morning before check out. This is where the stay holds value. The massage chairs were great and easy to use with four pre-programmed courses which run for about 20mins. The hotel also has convenient designated smoking areas, in the lobby and on the relaxation floor, unlike some hotels with none or an area outside of the hotel. I could start my day refreshed. My short stay here was good.
