We called beforehand to ask for directions, Night Audit Christian was totally rude on the phone, Once we eventually found the public parking lot on our own because we were provided with poor directions. After a bad experience checking in with Christian and hearing him say that guests complain too much about parking finally this Night Audit employee provided us with a room on the 4th floor; After signing in the Check-In sheet, asked for a copy of it, and his response, was in his 15years+ his been working as a Front Desk Agent nobody has ever ask him for a copy, now people have cellphones and we could just take a picture of it!!! After travels, we wanted only to rest and forget the bad experience with this Night Audit, to our surprise once in the room the AC was not working it was set to Heat only, called the front desk and this Christian fellow eventually came up and said he had to change our rooms because he was not, I quote ( AC Engineer). After 25+ minutes I had to come down to the lobby and get the new room key myself. The new room he provided us was on the 3rd floor and AC was not working as it should the room was hot! We couldn't control our AC it said, was mastered controlled. The complimentary bottles of water were empty when I picked up the phone to called the front desk it had no dial tone. At this point we were completely disappointed with this guy ( Christian) at the front desk, his whole demeanor and attitude towards us was far from what customer service suppose to be. Definitely not recommending this place nor visiting it again any time soon. Worth mentioning the nightmare experience was with this night audit fellow, once we came down to check out the Front Desk Agent in the morning she was courteous.
