This place was great. Minus the lack of toiletries due to Covid-19, overall my stay was enjoyable and the staff was easy to work with. They were very informative of what their hotel had to offer me and were super nice when I wasn’t quite ready to check out at my check out time. I would definitely stay again. Such awesome people and great room. Met all my basic needs in a room— microwave, mini fridge, directv, clean. Will definitely stay again.

America’s Best was recommended by the USC hospital for a lengthy stay while my wife was having surgery. The staff has been very friendly and helpful. Frank and Anita at the desk helped me to extend my stay when I had to stay in LA longer than anticipated. He told me about a special rate they have for people staying at the hospital which saved us a lot of money on our trip. You can tell that they take pride in their property. The hotel appears to be recently renovated, with some work still on going, but the main areas are finished. The rooms are very comfortable, and very clean. Ours had a mini-fridge in it. You always see the housekeeping staff working away, and you can see the results! The place is very clean. There is an elevator for those getting an upper floor that do not want to use the stairs. There is a luggage cart you can check out from the front desk to carry all your luggage in one trip also. Handicapped parking is also available. Laundry facilities are available on the third floor. There is a pool with soon to be workout area also. I haven’t seen these areas yet, but don’t doubt that they will disappoint. Every morning a continental breakfast is available on the second floor, consisting of eggs, sausage, cereal, oatmeal, rolls, pastries, bagels , toast, yogurt, coffee, juice, and milk. I’m sure I forgot something. We need to return at least three times, and we will be calling directly to Frank to reserve our room. I would recommend you call the hotel directly first, before booking online to see if they can give you a better rate.

Staying at the Bokai Garden Hotel in the Chinese area, the rooms are clean and tidy. Although it is not luxurious, it is comfortable and cozy (after all, we did not spend the price of that five-star hotel), and the front desk staff is also kind and warm. Especially the congee and small dishes that got up early in the morning are enough to make me feel lack of jet lag. I can soak in the outdoor swimming pool after breakfast for a while and enjoy the little sun. ️The hotel's yard also has large parking spaces and is very suitable. Self-driving friends, it ’s especially convenient to go anywhere. There is a lot of Chinese food options within a 10-minute walk from the door. I will stay here next time I return to Los Angeles. ☺️😊

I went to Rosemead to work, so I chose this hotel. Eating and shopping are very convenient near the hotel. The hotel's buffet breakfast has white porridge, tea eggs, white boiled eggs, spring rolls and pickles. There are also Western-style bread, patties, fried potato cakes, scrambled eggs, and Yogurt, fruit, juice and coffee are perfect for Chinese. However, every day I see Chinese people take a lot of eggs, spring rolls, bread and yogurt secretly and take them in their bags, which really lowers the quality of the Chinese. Hotel rooms have slippers, electric kettles, and microwaves, which are not provided by most American hotels. They are also very suitable for Chinese. Toothpaste and toothbrush still need to bring their own. Room service was sloppy. I stayed for a week and the dust on the bedside tables and lamps and the microwave never wiped off. At 5 o'clock in the morning, there were guests talking loudly and walking back and forth, and the sound of closing the door was heavy. It seemed that the sound insulation effect was not good. In addition, the air conditioner is close to the bed, and the sound is very loud, which affects the rest. It is recommended to place it on the other side of the window near the desk.

Breakfast, both Chinese and Western food, Chinese buns and eggs, Western bread ham, can be mixed. Sometimes the ham will not, and the buns sometimes need to wait. Extra bed, no extra bed, bed is about 1.5 meters wide. Sleeping two people is fine. Children can sleep in bed with an adult. The location of the hotel can be said to be in the suburbs of Los Angeles, about an hour's drive from Disney. There are restaurants around, there is a buffet restaurant recommended less than 30 yuan with crayfish, salmon and so on. Hygienic in general.

On this occasion I stayed at this Motel 6, finding the room and adjacent offices neat, clean and well staffed. The rooms are not typical Motel 6 rooms, i.e. containing small refrigerator, microwave and better bed. That to say a little more pricey and more upscale in contrast to most Motel 6's I've had the opportunity to stay at. I'm sure if you've stayed at one of these establishments the bed surly could be better and a microwave wouldn't hurt, but Motel 6 is in business to make money, in-spite of the changing temperament of the customer base, which if like me finds $60 a night at the threshold of Motel expenses vs $120 night for the aforementioned in South El Monte, CA. Based on the monetary rate, I would not patronize this establishment again, i.e. it's Motel 6 and not the Hilton in Miami, FL.

This motel surprised me. Rooms were clean and well cared for. Obviously well managed. Diverse clientele and a neighborhood with lots of options for food and entertainment. I expected a bit more than a single bar of soap, but then this is Motel 6. From that perspective, I can say, clean, well managed and very reasonable rates for the LA area. I felt safe coming in at all times during day or night.

Close to the airport, Uber taxi is about 12 knives, suitable for the early flight or transition in the early morning, free American breakfast. It is close to major car rental companies such as hertz, and is within walking distance. The disadvantage is that there are always planes flying overhead, and the noise is very loud. When you arrive at the hotel at night, you must hurry to sleep, because there are fewer planes that take off at night.

The surrounding environment and the environment in the room did not say! But the indifferent young man at the front desk didn't understand! Never seen a hotel with such a poor reception! The other staff were very enthusiastic, and there was a free nearby Mercedes-Benz shuttle service, but it rained after dinner at night, and called for a car to be told that it could not be reached during busy hours. In addition, a deposit is required before checking in at the hotel? Is it distrust through Ctrip? ? And if Ctrip can ask them when it is time to refund the deposit?

The hotel feels a bit old and the service is very attentive. The amount of water in the bath is very comfortable, and there is nothing inconvenient for others. The hotel barely sees Asians and is a foreigner. There is a place to wash clothes on the second floor. 2$ wash 2$ drying is very convenient. Breakfast is the breakfast of the American business hotel, and the sausage eggs are OK. The hotel is about a ten minute walk from Hollywood, and the road in front of the hotel is particularly blocked. Hollywood is really convenient everywhere, but there are so many restaurants in Hollywood because of the large number of tourists.

I went to the United States to test the SAT. On the first day, I rented the box in the trunk on the first day. Everything was inside. Then the front desk helped me check the video, helped me check the taxi company’s official website, and helped me to call. Helped me find the driver, and then because I was too late, I asked me to contact me the next morning, and wrote the complete information for me. The next day I went to the game and found that the front desk had the wrong number, and then the manager was on duty that day. When I heard it, I immediately called me again, helped me get everything done and communicated to the driver step by step. After 2 hours, the driver returned the box (paying the driver 30 dollars) Really, it’s really friendly and welcoming. I didn’t even think that the box would come back. It’s really a big compliment. For other information: There are 3 people at the front desk, the manager is Johnny, one speaks Chinese and the other is unclear. The location is quite good, although this area is a Mexican place, but unlike Houston, which is full of dangers like tramps, it is safe and quiet at night. If you go to the SAT, go to the examination room for 6 minutes. Left and right, if it is accommodation, it is a good choice, there is a 7-11 convenience store at the door, and a few streets down is Chinatown. The room was very warm, the bed was very soft and comfortable, not an apartment was a small house, I booked the most common one, one bed and one table, then the floor was wood, the bathroom was very clean, the air conditioning thief was strong

Good location UCLA next to the community quiet and safe, no problem running at night, do not eat breakfast at the hotel, you have to go 500m to go to the university community to buy There are also gas stations and avis/budget rental cars nearby. 5 minutes drive from Westfield shopping mall The hotel room has a slight sense of design. The equipment has no toiletries and slippers, but the customer service will bring the slippers. Didn't eat at the hotel but it looks very popular. Dinner is going to line up. Very unpleasant experience, I feel that I spend money in extra places, and I am not responsible for the work at the front desk. Because my credit card is a little problem, I used my husband’s pre-authorization and told them that we paid directly by cash. Don't buckle on the card. After we paid $84 in cash, we repeatedly asked if there was any cost. The other party said that it was gone. After two days, I found that the credit card was still deducted for $94, and I am still negotiating. In addition to the room rate, the so-called Amenity Fee is paid every day. In fact, it is a forced charge, and you have to pay whatever you use. Breakfast is not self-service, it is an order, you have to make up the difference yourself if you exceed the prescribed amount, and there are additional taxes. The parking fee is also very expensive... In short, all kinds of charges, all the costs add up to a better hotel. At that time, I booked a luxury city view room. I arranged it in a room with no scenery at first, and then went to complain about changing rooms. The room was facing the street and it was very noisy. In short, the two-day experience of living is very poor, and will not be chosen in the future.

We had to stay 9 nights in this hotel, at the end we had to shorten our stay only 2 nights, so there are negative points in this hotel and around it, the black point of this hotel is noise, the rooms are very badly sound-insonorized, impossible to sleep properly in the night or to rest in the day, between the noises of the household staff in the day, and the surrounding noises, or the noise of the people of the neighbouring rooms, who are going out In the full night to drink, smoke, and talk to each other to not say crying and this until 1:00 a.m., all this from our first night, it's a little much! This is added to the noisy surroundings of day and night, (auto alarms, hunts that dwell, police sirens, etc...) And to end, the neighborhood that really fears much, especially at night, with mad people, No quality facilities on site, a fast food jack in the box that serves burgers and salads infects through a ball window, a Macdonald as unwelcome and closes very early, given all this, we prefer to go. And we're going to explain all this to the reception lady that seems to be the patron, whom we asked for the full refund that we were refused, and then at the end of a small negotiation, A deal was reached for a 5 night refund, or more than half of the booking price, and that's the super positive point. In short, a very special establishment, but with a staff and a patron listening and arrangeing, thank them for this gesture!
