For light sleeper, not recommended because cars and motorbikes from main road caused loud sounds middle of the night.
Supposingly giving 5 stars, but because we couldn’t go up to the top deck, minus 1star 🫣 Even I try to get permission from front desk. Oh ya, sauna is under maintenance too. So minus another ⭐ for amenities..

First, there is no front desk for checkin and need to call them at the security post. Worst is how to make mobile call without local line. The corridor to the apartment has an odd smell. The room is fine but the towels had turned brown from white. This is a real pee off.

We were given studio room instead of 1bdrm suite upon check in, we had to come back at the reception desk and change the room.
There is 1 pair of key cards, one key for the lift and another for the room.
The lift is a disaster: to many people for 3 lifts only, there’s always a queue, not everyone understands how to use it, too many useless stops. It took me 22min to come to the reception upon check out.
There is a kettle, cooker, fridge, coffee machine, frying pan, spoons, plates, forks, 2 cups, wine glasses, but no knives, no opener, no cutting board, so even if you decide to cook, you won’t be able to.
The aircon, water heater are working with the separate switch.
There is only 1 big towel per person.
The bed is big, comfy, the mattress is hard, we had a good sleep.
There are toothbrushes and paste in the bathroom, iron and hairdryer are available. There is a washing machine, but no place to hang the clothes to dry, but you may use the drying option.
The design Is nice, the room looks cozy.
The place is quite clean.

① The smell of the ground cleaner is too big, it takes a long time to disperse after check-in, and it is not very friendly to those sensitive to smell.
② The two air conditioners are old and the cooling is a bit difficult. It is recommended to clean them in depth.

Check-in went smoothly and quickly. We were met upon arrival and helped to carry our luggage to the apartment, which created a good first impression.
Unfortunately, the stay itself was disappointing, as the condition of the apartment did not meet our expectations. There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke inside, and the cleanliness left much to be desired — there were ants everywhere, the place was rather dirty, and the sofa had cigarette burns.
Cooking was also nearly impossible. The kitchen was poorly equipped: there was only one heavily scratched pot and a few plates. Basic essentials such as a frying pan, cutting board, and kitchen knife were completely missing, which caused significant inconvenience.

Nice view from the floor-to-ceiling window. It was quiet in the hallway, and the pool had a beautiful view. The only thing missing is a bit more equipment in the room – no towel hooks in the shower, and only one pot for cooking, no frying pan. There was no knife, so we bought one and left it there. The stove wasn't working, but we figured it out ourselves (it was unplugged under the counter). But these are minor things, of course. Overall, I recommend it.

The hotel feels fresh and new, and you can still notice the scent of new paint lingering in the air. Though compact, it is well-equipped; the in-room TV system is more thoughtful and advanced than what many four-star hotels provide. However, there was no clear guidance on how to use it, so I ended up missing out on some great TV features on my first night, which was a little unfortunate.
The room is clean, and the front desk staff are attentive and friendly. They offer clear and helpful explanations whenever you need assistance, and this is one of the reasons I’m taking the time to write such detailed feedback — I can genuinely feel the team’s effort and sincerity as the hotel begins its new chapter.
One thing that truly deserves to be highlighted is the room’s internet speed. Both download and upload speeds reach around 50 Mbps, which is something many hotels in Malaysia still struggle to provide. This genuinely surprised me in a positive way.
If there is one area that needs attention, it would be the soundproofing. Both the windows and the door could benefit from better insulation. I understand that external noise cannot be completely avoided in a city-center location, but improving the soundproofing of the windows and doors would significantly enhance the guest experience. This area is known for late-night street racing and modified-car enthusiasts, and the loud engine noises at 3 or 4 a.m. do affect the overall quality and image of the hotel, which is quite a pity.
I sincerely hope the hotel team can address this major concern. With better noise control, I believe Trigo Hotel KL can elevate its standards even further. I’ve witnessed the effort and potential in this hotel, and I truly wish the business continued growth and success in the future.

|1.18km from Myra'SThe first time I came to Kuala Lumpur, I chose to stay in this hotel. When we booked the hotel, we asked in advance if we could check in if we had a flight in the early morning. The hotel replied that we could pay 150 for a late check-in, so we went. As a result, when we arrived at the scene, the guards would not let us in and asked us to contact the landlord outside, and then the conversation in the photo happened.
1. The landlord replied that it was too late and we could not check in.
2. I showed him the conversation between us and the customer service, and he told me that it was incorrect 🙂, so what did the customer service do? ?
3. If we must check in, we have to pay 300 Malaysian ringgits before we can enter. (I suspect that he would not change hotels when he saw that we were so late, so he asked for 300 Malaysian ringgits)
4. We agreed to pay, and an Indian boy came out to collect the money from us and took us upstairs. We only stayed for 2 nights, but we had to change rooms once a day. I don’t know why.

Except for the internet 🛜, it’s like there is no internet at all. The WiFi provided by the landlord is just as bad. I wanted to use the internet on my phone, but it was left with only one bar. When I walked to the room, there was no service 🙂, which made me feel very inconvenient.

No card access for the parking, sometimes the barrier is closed and you've to walk to guard house to request them open the barrier to the multilevel parking. Check-in took me about 45 minutes. Lift system quite troublesome as well. It suppose to be more convenience, but it's not. The touch screen for the lift not interactive, sometimes not showing the level you're going as well after you've key in the number several times, but somehow it still manage to stop on that level you need. Other than that, it's quite good enough for 2 person stay. The view from the apartment window are quite nice. But these two problems are enough to annoy you for everyday in and out from the apartment.

|1.41km from Myra'SThe location of the house is super good, between Porcelain Street and Alor Street, and you can walk to both places. It is convenient to go to the bar street and night market at night.
The view is wide, and you can see the Petronas Twin Towers and the new high-rise (forgot the name) from the balcony and bedroom. Three bathrooms are a plus, and there will be no problem for a large family to use. The kitchen can simply cook noodles and fried eggs for breakfast.
The facilities are also great. There is a swimming pool on the tenth floor, and the children have a lot of fun. There is a parking lot from the first to the eighth floor, with a free parking space. It is very convenient to drive, but the parking space is on the seventh floor, and it takes at least five minutes to drive up.
The downside is that the house is poorly maintained and there are cockroaches in the kitchen.
