My original room had a weird smell so had to change to another. It was better, but not great. They do provide basics of robe and small towel. ¥100 rental of large towel for shower. Showers are private and clean and shampoo and body provided. Depending on room, you may hear people making noise in halls by bathrooms and sinks. Bring earplugs. Bed comfort was 3/5. Doable but not great for my aging back. Free breakfast and coffee was a nice touch. Staff was very nice and better English than most hotels I stayed at. Note: WiFi didn’t reach rooms very well or was very slow. It was more reliable in the lobby.

The breakfast was delicious. The size and hardness of the pillow are also good. I think it is convenient for people who go to various places because there is a station nearby. It may be only the room I stayed in, but it is a pity that I couldn't see the view outside from the window. The bathroom was beautiful. I felt insufficient in the shower, but it is better not to care because any hotel is the same that there is dissatisfaction. It is very delicious for breakfast for free, so I will stay if I have another chance.

It is a hotel that you absolutely like for book lovers. The lobby is also bright, surrounded by a lot of books, and it is fun. There is also a bookcase in front of the elevator on each floor, and books are arranged along the theme on each floor. There are light books lined up under the bookshelves and pillows in each room. The room is clean and very large! Good bed that can sleep well. Towels are also good. By the way, the manager, Mr. Moon, also read the book.

The response of the hotel man was very good. I am only grateful for your prompt response to sudden requests. Thank you very much. I stayed at Comfort Double, but the room was clean and very comfortable. The pillows were fluffy and very easy to sleep. The hotel was also close to Jinbocho station and was very convenient within walking distance to Suidobashi station and Kudanshita station. There was a 7-Eleven next door and Lawson within 5 minutes walk, which was easy to raise food and drink, which was very helpful.

I have stayed in quite a few hotels in Tokyo and so the fact that my Double Room in Hotel Villa Fontaine Jimbocho was very small was no surprise. The whole hotel though did not feel welcoming and it was very basic. The lobby was down a floor from the entrance and made the whole thing feel a little closed in, dull and depressing... It could do with a brighten up. My bed was comfortable and the bathroom perfectly functional. The cost was only GB£55 a night so very reasonable for Tokyo. In summary I would not stay here again but it served me well for the two nights business I had in Tokyo. i would not have wanted to stay here more than a couple of nights though.

I booked A standard double room, it is small but good for a solo traveller. Great location accessible to many cities and attractions in Tokyo. If you have heavy luggage use exit A8/A9 with escalator -4mins walk to hotel. A7 exit is nearest to the hotel but no escalator or elevator -2 mins walk to hotel, you need to use stairs with yr heavy luggage. Hotel is sort of hidden in a lane if you did not pay attention you will miss it easily. Staff are friendly and helpful. For the price of breakfast you paid , please do not have high expectation. The assortment of bread 🥖 🥯 🍞is good enough with a free box of 🥗 and free flow of coffee ☕️ n 🫖. I explored a lot of attractions, eg hike mt Takao, shop in Asakusa , togoshi Ginza, visited Kita a tranquil shrine in yoyogi Koen within tokyo. Please leave me a message if you like my advise via trip.com.

The standard room was 'Japanese size' but surprising the bathtub was full size. Small 'nook' for hanging clothes with no door, a nice desk to work on with a mirror in front, full-length mirror by the entrance door. 2 electric sockets in the bathroom and 2 more by the desk. A minifridge in a cabinet attached to the desk. Green and brown tea (1 each) every day with the hot pot for boiling water. The TV is maybe 42 inches (didn't measure) but I didn't use it because all I found were Japanese shows. Might have others but couldn't read the remote buttons as they were in Japanese and I was busy so no time to watch. If you want a Japanese breakfast, you need to buy the vouchers. Coffee/tea, salad, beans and edamame, tomatoes and some egg and franks, fried potatoes. BEST was the croissants with really nice blueberry conserve with tons of whole blueberries inside. A separate Japanese table with more local favourites. Entrance to the underground train right out the front door and a block walk underground to the train. Limited food options for lunch or dinner but within 5 or 6 blocks, many more options if you turn LEFT out the front door. Front desk staff do not all speak English but the would summon someone who did speak it fairly well.

This is a well-designed hotel with the use of warm wood throughout the hotel common areas and rooms. The rooms are not large, which is perfectly normal in Tokyo, but the bathrooms are relatively spacious. The hotel is located on a side street behind a main drag, so there is a definite sense of tranquility about this hotel. There are multiple transportation links, both trains and subways, close by, and small shops and restaurants within walking distance (a somewhat unique neighborhood since there are a number of universities in the area). The breakfast buffet was ample, with eggs made to order, but the Japanese breakfast available on the weekends is fantastic (there is a limit of 15 meals per day so you need to arrive early). My only complaints were that the lighting in the room could be brighter and the weak Wifi signal (it kept dropping). Overall, though, a very nice stay, but the place will become more popular and more expensive soon.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Overall, the hotel is clean and has all the amenities that a business or couples traveling would need. The rooms are clean, and a good size for Tokyo. The communication with the front desk. Staff is also efficient and easy to navigate. The downside would be the location is a bit off and requires some walking to Tokyo station. Otherwise, it’s really value for money.

It only takes 10 minutes from the B&B to Shinjuku in Wang District, which is a good choice! Our family of 5 people (2 large and 3 small), the room was very clean, as the photo introduced on Trip.com; There is a large room with 2 double beds and the other room with a double bed, which is just enough to sleep in the larger room than 3 children. The homestay provides toothbrushes, shaving cream, shower gel, shampoo, moisturizer and basic tea bags and coffee. And the same good thing is that he can cook there, and I will book this one next time! Also make a Shabu Shabu!

5-7 mins walk from the nearest train station. noise level in my room was very low, almost silent, despite being adjacent to a busy street. coin laundry (2 washers and 2 dryers available) works great as expected and you can purchase individual detergent packs from the front desk (if i remember correctly: 500yen per wash, 100yen per 30 mins dryer, 50yen for a detergent pack)

With any brand new hotel you expect a few hiccups, but my layover stay at the Metropolitan Haneda didn’t have a single one. Easy access from Haneda via the monorail (one stop away) and a short walk from the station to the hotel front door. Helpful staff, easy check in, efficient room with a comfy bed and one of the best hotel showers I’ve experienced. This was a great way to spend my 16 hour layover in Tokyo. Breakfast was included in my very economical room charge and included Western and Asian fare. Scrambled eggs were not as hard-cooked as most Americans like them, and much of the hot food needed to be kept warmed a little more than it was, but all in all a good buffet.
