Location was so convenient to eating places and attractions like the WA monument, congress House. Staff were friendly. Husband and I came down from Las Vegas to our daughter and her family in Chester, VA. We drove to WA DC for New Year and it was so much fun. The hotel also has children’s play corner and our grand daughter had so much fun!

The hotel is comfortable and spacious, with the elegance of an old-fashioned hotel. The breakfast is freshly made and delicious. Go to the central grassland, the core attraction, and the White House can be reached on foot. Two blocks away is Chinatown, which is convenient for eating. Macy's and various famous stores are not far away. One stop for all requirements. The only downside is that there is a humming in the ventilation duct that is facing, it must be replaced.

2 bedrooms and 1 living room. There are 2 large beds in the room. The sofa in the living room can be unfolded into a large bed. There is a mattress, but it is soft, so it is suitable for children. It is difficult to sleep with one big and one small. Turning over will make a creaking sound, so it is most suitable for big children who sleep soundly, so as not to affect the quality of sleep. There are 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped, but there is no supermarket nearby, so buying ingredients is a problem. The hotel can buy them for you and charges a 30-dollar courier fee. There is a small supermarket in the hotel where you can buy snacks and water. Breakfast includes scrambled eggs, waffles, sausages, oatmeal and other hot foods, and drinks are all iced. Self-service coffee, hot water is provided in the self-service coffee area. The hotel has free water filling equipment, so bottled water is not provided. It will change slightly every day. The hotel parking fee is about 53 dollars. There are many parking lots around, but it is also quite expensive (I don’t remember the specific price). You can take the subway Silver Line to Dulles Airport, which is 6.75 one-way plus 2 yuan card fee. It takes about 1 hour to get to the airport. Walk to the national mall area, about 10-15 minutes walk

The advantage is of course the good location. If you are physically fit, you can walk to the main attractions. The room is also big enough. We booked a suite with a large twin bed and a sofa bed. It is no problem for a family of four to live there. There are also kitchenware for cooking (of course, it is not realistic to cook properly. I cooked instant noodles twice for midnight snacks). For breakfast, it is best to go down early. This store is very popular. There are queues for breakfast during the days I stayed there. As for the quality of breakfast... American simple meals, there are only a few items, but the quantity and calories are sufficient. The taste is certainly not friendly to Asian stomachs. When I first arrived, an elevator broke down. I waited for that elevator... Later I took the stairs directly to exercise. Fortunately, the floor is not high. The worst thing is parking. It costs more than 50 dollars a night, and there is only valet parking. You have to tip when you pick up the car in the morning. In fact, there are many parking lots across the street, which cost more than 30 a night. You can park across the street. However, you must pay attention that parking lots have business hours. Don't park in parking lots that are closed on weekends. When they are not open for business, the shutters will be closed and there will be no staff. If you park your car on Friday, you will have to wait until Monday when they start working to get your car back (don't ask me how I know this). What about the weekend? Look at the parking signs on the roadside, which will indicate the parking time allowed or not allowed. In the United States, ”anything is allowed unless prohibited by law”. To put it bluntly, parking on the roadside is basically free on weekends... I won't go into details about this, because it would be a shame to say more. I didn't understand until the day I left that I paid a lot of $2.3 per hour on the weekend...

I suggest that compatriots who don't have a car don't come. The streets are full of **, ******. When I was on the bus, a *** came to harass us and tried to follow us off the bus. Fortunately, he was stopped by the bus driver. There are cemeteries all around, and no one is living. The front desk staff of the hotel is very nice and enthusiastic. This hotel is simply fantastic. The description is not too much, booked for a twin room. We needed to stay in Washington for one more night due to insufficient time. We booked a hotel temporarily. The price of a night stay in the hotel was too expensive, and we didn't want to be too far away from the Union station. After the hotel was moved here, the little black brother at the front desk gave check-in directly, very surprised, and gave them a big praise! There is a 24-hour free hot coffee on the first floor, there is a small snack bar, and the snack bar is also equipped with a microwave. The hotel is very clean, entered the room, bigger surprises, the beds are large, each single bed can sleep 2 people, the pillows are also prepared for the standard of 2 people per bed, everything in the bathroom is 4 For personal standard preparation, all toiletries are Neutrogena, and two sets are provided directly. The rooms have microwaves and refrigerators, and the beds are comfortable. There is a free shuttle bus between the hotel and Union station, every 30 minutes, and the driver also told us that we can take a red circle auto at the station and said that as long as the fare is a knife, the route map of the car was returned, it was beautiful because we were yesterday Take 3 subways per person and 1 knife to get a bus card. After we got on the bus, because we put in coins and the banknotes couldn't get in, the driver took it in. When I got back, I was about to insert a coin. The driver simply blocked the coin slot and said no. Breakfast is okay, at least not worse than breakfast outside, and there are fruits, juices, eggs, toasts, which meet my needs for breakfast. This hotel is highly recommended, and it is highly recommended for anyone who comes to Washington for fun. If I come again, I will definitely book this hotel directly. It is really great. The waiter Xiao Hei also likes to communicate with you in Chinese. Oh yes, the hotel also has a swimming pool and gym, which is free for guests.

🍃It is very convenient to book a hotel on Ctrip. I am passing by and staying in Washington for one night. I am not sure whether this area is safe or not. Anyway, it is OK to sleep for one night. Apart from being close to a highway or an elevated intersection, it is quite noisy at night. There are many American-style hotels. Unique high decibel music🎵😂 🌟Checking in is easy and requires credit card pre-authorization. There is parking space in front of the hotel. Even though it was late at night, there were still some people coming in and checking in. The hotel lobby provides coffee, tea, etc. 24 hours a day, which is a common feature of American hotels. 🍴The breakfast is more American-style, and it is relatively rich. It includes various types of bread, bagels🥯, yogurt, scrambled eggs, cereals, fruits, etc. The next day, I found that there were quite a lot of people staying. Breakfast is made up quite frequently. 🏠The room facilities are quite normal, suitable for one night's sleep ~ For traveling, if you leave early and come back late, it's fine if you can sleep well.

first off, i booked a king room but was given 2 queen beds instead, they said you don’t always get that when you book through a 3rd party because they do not know what rooms are actually available, second, i requested that my room be cleaned everyday that i stayed, but was not, i had to go downstairs to ask for new towels 2 nights in a row, on the 3rd night i finally asked the front desk and they showed me a small sign that said they do not clean until your 4th day of stay, they can do a quick refresh if you ask before 9pm the night before, lastly, i was charged $41.73 on top of what i paid to Trip.com, i called to ask about it a few days after my trip when i saw it on my credit card, they said it was an amenities charge for each of the days i stayed, whaat? the only amenity i used was the elevator, never have i ever been charged for anything other than the price of the hotel, needless to say i will not be staying here again and will not recommend it to anyone

Before returning to China yesterday, I chose to stay at the Grand Hyatt Washington. The overall experience has highlights, but there are also some unsatisfactory aspects. When I walked into the hotel lobby, the first feeling was that it was open and bright, and the space was very spacious. There was no crowded feeling of people coming and going in other hotels. I felt comfortable and comfortable walking inside. The check-in speed was also very fast. The staff will kindly hand over an introduction paper, which clearly marked the hotel's various service facilities and precautions. It was convenient and practical, and the favorability was instantly full. However, when I walked into the assigned room, my mood suddenly dropped. This time I was arranged in a corner. The layout of the room was a bit strange, and the lighting was not ideal, giving people a sense of depression. The bathroom was even more ”disaster area”. The space was very small, and the sanitary conditions were worrying. There were still other people's hair in the washbasin, which instantly made me question the hotel's sanitation management. I thought that five-star hotels would achieve the ultimate in hygiene, but I didn't expect such a problem to occur. It was really disappointing. There are also some unhumane aspects in the check-in process. Other five-star hotels can check in by themselves as long as they can make a successful reservation on the Ctrip platform, but here, adults aged 21 and above must assist to complete the check-in procedure, which undoubtedly adds a lot of trouble for guests traveling alone or whose companions do not meet the age requirements. However, the hotel's porter service is remarkable. They are enthusiastic and quick, and they actively help to carry luggage and patiently answer my questions along the way. I can really feel the hotel's professional service quality from them, which is also one of the few warm moments in this imperfect stay experience. I hope the hotel can improve the room allocation, hygiene management and check-in process, and I believe this will bring guests a better accommodation experience.

I stayed two nights on a business trip, and overall it was great. The front desk staff is warm and welcoming, and helped me with a few things throughout the stay. The lobby's nothing special - just a desk and a few steps to the elevator, and there's an underlying smell from the gas heat. The rooms themselves are great. Spacious room and bathroom, comfortable bed, and I was given a room facing the back of the hotel so it was very quiet (I'll always choose quiet over view). There's a Welcome Hour every evening from 5-6 where you can get a glass of wine/beer or cocktail for free, which is a nice touch, and there are water refill (still or sparkling!) and ice stations on every floor. Overall, it was a great stay.

The location is good and the rooms are good. However, when I asked what the destination fee was at checkout (it was a polite question), the black woman at the reception was very rude and told me that it was originally included, and she got angry at me and my husband, asking if I didn't read it when making a reservation, which was embarrassing. Another man came to explain and my curiosity was answered, but I was not in a good mood about the trip that day. The day before, another Marriott hotel was very friendly, so I was even more surprised.
