The service was great and the waiting area was fabulous. The only problem I would say that the amenities given in the rooms are ridiculous. In what world the hotels started to not give free waters per day just to save the planet???? Other than that, I would also criticize the lack of cleaning tools given in bathrooms. I couldnt find any cotton swaps.

Decent location, however parking can be an issue depending when traveling, we were fortunate to get a space as close as possible as there is no access for vehicles to go directly outside the hotel and it has no parking facility. The attraction was the design of the building but seems it's a little dated and needs freshening up as some parts look outdated. Breakfast was very below par, probably wouldn't't book again and look for an alternative

It was exceptionally clean and had facilities for preparing simple meals. It truly felt like a Manchester University dorm, being entirely surrounded by the campus. The noise was unbearable. There's a bar directly across the street that was still blasting DJ music past 11 PM. I went to the front desk to request a room change. The staff insisted on coming to the room to verify the noise. After they heard it, they acknowledged it was the bar across the street and assured me it would quiet down in another 10-20 minutes. However, they didn't move us to a different room. I tried to get to sleep around 10 PM but couldn't fall asleep until well after midnight, which completely ruined my sleep and mood.

The person didn't have good customer service skills, and it felt like we were being treated badly, which was upsetting. The hotel was great. Looked amazing and the staff were very helpful. Location was a quick 10 minute walk from Manchester Piccadilly and very central to amenities. Cleaner could have swept the bathroom a little better, however that did not take too much away from how amazing the room was. The queen bed was massive and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was good too. Oh and the cocktails were pretty and delicious.

The room itself was nice and clean. Reception basically can not see people, wifi password can not find people to ask. I heard loud noises from next door from 8:00 to 8:00 in the morning. The location is just 10 minutes walk from Manchester Airport Terminal 1. The room is clean but there is no fridge at all. It is a bit out of expectation that the bar and restaurant in the hotel are actually look exactly as its conference halls, I think they just put tables and chairs there in café setting and make it the restaurant, no any decent lighting, furniture, decorations to boost an dining atmosphere, not even sounds like a place for breakfast. You can see from the picture the venue can be reverted back to a conference hall just removing the table sets. A bit disappointed for the dinner of the night's stay as it is at hotel pricing, food is just ok. If you don't want to eat in the hotel, there is nothing close by unless you travel to other areas, the closest walkable location is the airport or the train station.

This is about 1 km from the city center, there is a bus, walking is OK, very close to Victoria Station, Piccadilly Railway Station can take Tram, the hotel is self-service on weekends, this is a bit troublesome, it is best to communicate in advance, the room is very clean, the kitchen utensils are new, The room was the same as the introduction, very satisfied with this hotel.

I'm a big fan of this Leo hotel in Manchester city center; this is already my second stay this year. The facilities are very new, the bedding is incredibly comfy, and the front desk service is both pleasant and efficient. I've stayed in different room types on both occasions: one was a king-size room with a bathtub in the bathroom, and I thought the black and blue mosaic wall next to the tub looked really cool while soaking. The other was a twin room with a walk-in shower, which was also great. The rooms feature many modern impressionist-style paintings, and the large TV screen is a definite plus (a small screen would certainly have detracted from the overall experience). The light rail station is just a left turn out of the hotel, yet it's also a short walk to the lively areas, making it an excellent choice for travelers keen on exploring Manchester on foot. I've heard there's another Leo near Manchester Piccadilly Station, which I might try next time, but this city center location definitely feels very chill.

Amazing hotel! The man who greeted me at reception for check in was very nice and professional. Rooms were very clean with complementary still/sparkling water in the fridge. Kettle and Teabags were also available if needed. The room did only have 1 chair at the desk which was a bit annoying, however not a major critique. Shower was very nice, towels and hand soaps / shower gels were provided. However the bathroom door did not have a lock on it as it was a sliding door. It was fine for us since we went as a couple, but is something to take note of. All in all, Great stay!!

The hotel is beautifully decorated, and the service is impeccable. The deposit was refunded very quickly, which was a pleasant surprise. I drank two bottles of water, but there was no deduction from the deposit—an unexpected bonus. However, there are a few areas for improvement in the hotel facilities. The blue bed runner is of poor quality; it sheds lint that ends up on the sheets. More attention should be given to the details of room amenities such as bedding and towels. Additionally, some beverages in the fridge require a bottle opener, but I couldn’t find one among the room tools. Wishing the hotel continued success in its operations.

Clean, calming, and wonderfully designed, it was the perfect escape. The massage was one of the best I’ve ever had – incredibly soothing and tailored to perfection. Took my mum for a treat and for her to reminisce. wow!! We were not disappointed, it was a fantastic stay. The Building and architecture is stunning, huge tall ceilings and windows. Beautiful tiles everywhere, elegant dining and meeting rooms. Our room was fab, two double beds, lovely free snack box, posh teas and coffees. We loved the 5pm social hour, a chance to mingle with the other guests and an hour of free drinks and snacks. Breakfast was also great, it was extremely busy as the hotel was fully booked the night before so I did feel the staff were overstretched and there was a wait for fresh eggs and tea / coffee… but hey we were in no rush. Just beautiful… can’t wait to go again.

Advantages: Good location in the city center, convenient food and transportation, 300 meters away from Picadilly train station, the room and bathroom are large enough, there are capsule coffee, bottled water, small water bar, small refrigerator (powered but not very cold), hair dryer, makeup mirror, shower gel, shampoo, hand soap, large soap (larger than other places), and female hygiene products are also prepared, there is no separate conditioner, disposable slippers are in the bathrobe pocket, and the European area brings its own toothbrush and toothpaste. I have a street-facing room, but it is not noisy. Disadvantages: According to our ordinary East Asian standards, the hygiene is not good, and the room has a smell. The supplies after daily cleaning are sometimes replenished and sometimes not. It seems that it all depends on whether the housekeeper remembers it, but if you ask for it, they are very friendly. Overall, it is not a pitfall

We faced an issue with our room when we arrived which was dealt with efficiently and we were placed in an upgraded room as an apology. The room was spotless and well presented, however the king size bed was simply two single mattresses pushed together. The mattresses weren’t level so it wasn’t the most comfortable night sleep for a couple. The location is ideal for a stay in Manchester City Centre and the new check in/check out keyless entry is really good.
