We stayed for 2 nights. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Some areas of the hotel were looking a little tired & dated. Great location for getting out & about. The only complaint is having to walk through a fog of cigarette smoke to get in & out of the hotel.

The hotel is just 5 or less mins walk to the city Center where you have the Blackpool tower. The owner was really good and very handy for any help. there was absolutely no need for tram or bus. I only took bus when going to the zoo. It was a straight bus to the zoo, £6 all day ticket. McDonald is down the street same with pound land, winter Garden was just behind. Pleasure beach might be 10 but less than 15 mins away for a slow walker. I will defend recommend this hotel.

Fair & Honest. Negatives - 1) room (single with double bed) too small. 2) bar staff (gent) too cocky let the team down 3) no comeback when they checked my room out for cigarette smoke (from designated outside smoking area). The Pine Suite is perfectly situated on Talbot Road, a stones throw from the beach and into Blackpool town it’s self.Very close to Blackpools exciting nightlife but at the same time a quiet space just to relax and ignore the world if that’s what you like to do.Furnished to a high standard but keeping it neat and modern.The Pine Suite is located at the back of the building, on the first floor, natural light comes from the skylights above and also in the bathroom, this is a warm comfortable apartment.This apartment has been updated with a brand new luxury double bed and Pocket Sprung mattress to offer you an amazing night sleep!From 10-5 Monday - Saturday, you can catch us downstairs in the shop ‘Bed Time’ if you have any questions or issues, the property is self check in however we are more than happy to help where ever needed.Talbot Road is an excellent location in Blackpool as it’s so easy to reach any location reasonably quickly, if your looking for an exciting night out then we recommend ‘Garlands’ just a few doors up, you also have Funny Girls left at the top of the road.Unfortunately there is no parking as such on Talbot Road, however we do recommend using Queen Street car park which is 1/2 minutes walk from the apartment.When you arrive, the building is very easy to locate, in between HomeBargain and Herron Food, above BED Time.Public transport is great in Blackpool, outside the building you have a bus stop for local buses, there is also the tram stop at the bottom of Talbot Road, and Blackpool North just further up.Taxis are also very easy to book, we recommend you phone direct then hailing them down.Please note these arn’t party pads, we want every guests stay to be as comfortable as possible, there is an apartment next door to you, there may be some noise.It’s really important, any problems that you may have that you contact us as soon as possible, it’s not fair to tell us any negatives after you have checked out, when we have the ability to resolve them during your stay.

Everything was fine, friendly staff, right opposite a tram stop, lovely view from the bedroom window and comfy bed. One issue I had was I booked room only and tried to pay for dinner at the hotel but for that whole week, they only catered to a certain amount of people which meant I had to go off premises to eat dinner. Other than that, no issues and would stay again.

Great location on seafront, easy parking £5 until midday next day. Good buffet breakfast with vegetarian options in a dining room with sea view. Rooms are noisy, very thin walls and you can hear every word of people walking past in the corridor so take earplugs. Would stay again though, the staff are all very good and the place is nice and clean.

Very warm in the Hotel. Some windows were sxrewed shut and some didnt open. Bus and tram stop outside the Hotel. Promenade needs council to spruce it up. Reception was very busy needs 2/3 staff on. It was a pleasant stay everything you need was in the room. Even a fan, which we needed as window didnt open.

Fantastic little bit, got into Blackpool north and it’s a 10 minute walk. Breakfast every morning was fantastic and the service was great. Twin room was a little small and toilet was even smaller but it was nice and overall done the trick.

We were dissappointed in the car parking situation. It wasn't exactly made clear that you need to drive into where it was marked exit and press for them to lift the barrier. Then unfortunately there was no room so had to call into reception to find out where we could park it was a bit stressful and could have been avoided. The hotel itself is very secure as you need to press for access to the entrance. Once up to reception on the first floor we were welcomed and allocated a room. The room was very tired with marked and scratched walls and ceiling. The bathroom had all the ususl facilities but a great big crack was in the tiles on the floor about two and half feet long. The shower head was dirty and the bottom of the main door was peeling away. The bed was two single mattresses put together which were obviously well used and meant there was a bump in between which wasnt very comfy. The bar was expensive for drinks and the staff seemed to multitask serving and cleaning tables etc. Some of the same staff were at breakfast and it just felt a bit overall short staffed. The breakfast itself was adequate but basic. We did notify reception on checking out of our findings as we are not usually ones to complain but the issues do make a difference and some just general maintenance.

I can’t express how clean the room was it was immaculate they put is at the back it was so quiet the beds are unbelievably comfortable can come in and out as you please! The staff are so lovely and friendly will definitely be returning!
