One of our best stay! Hotel room was beautifully designed, everything was in its place and it is obvious the best material used in construction of the rooms indesign. The room was so clean and satisfactory. Facilities of the room was outstanding. Our view at 42nd floor was crazy good. Bed was so comfortable. Breakfast experience was unique and outstanding. Location very close to Coco park one of best place in Shenzhen.

Very good and very helpful staff. Location was very convenient to many eateries, shopping and places to stroll and relax. Facilities in the hotel was very good too. Allowed late check out till 2 pm. Breakfast choice was excellent too. Will surely come back. Although I did mention it was for my anniversary celebration, sadly nothing special was done 😞. Otherwise it was great

The room is big enough, the bathroom is big enough, and the breakfast is good. 3. The hotel should be a subsidiary of the Shenzhen State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. The hotel's location is great, and the staff were attentive. Restaurant was a bit crowded in morning session but we were able to have a table within waiting for more than 5 minutes. The only thing can be improved would be the possible drainage seepage right outside our toilet which resulted in an unpleasant odor. Other than that, wonderful stay and would definitely consider booking here again.

The store's service attitude is good, the location is good, and the scenery outside the window is good. The water temperature in the shower room in the room was unstable. In the end, I had to take a bath in the public shower room in the living room! The sound insulation is not good. When the door is closed, the light from the living room corridor can come in through the crack in the door, so it is not soundproof at all! Other guests in the same suite waited until 11 or 12 pm to check in. All kinds of noises affected their rest. The next day at around 6 pm, children and adults started talking loudly and opening and closing doors constantly. They were woken up early!
