The service was pretty good overall. When I checked in, didn’t know I would be in a connecting room. They should let you know that. I stayed for 2 nights. After the 1st night I noticed I was double charged, contacted front desk and he admitted that I should not have been charged twice. Once I checked out I made sure once again and I was told by the same gentleman that I would not be charged, all the extra that was taken from my card would go back. He said give it a few days and if not come back up there….

Facilities: Everything is available, and there is hot water downstairs, which is absolutely necessary for Chinese people. It is very convenient, and the gym is also OK. The parking building is far from the main building, and you have to walk 200 meters. Breakfast is not very friendly. You need to order food, not buffet style, and there are not so many types to choose from, and the food is served slowly. Hygiene: 5/5. No problem. Environment: The side where I live is close to the main street, and it is still a bit noisy. If I can move to the other side, it will be much better. Service: There is free laundry service every day, which can wash sports clothes, which is very good. Overall, except for the breakfast parking building and a little noise during the day, there is no problem.

My only issue was relative to cleanliness. We had a suite with a sofa bed. Upon pulling out the mattress from the sofa bed, I found popcorn kernels on it. I could also see crumbs on the floor underneath it.

Nice hotel, clean room. Hall was always a mess but that is probably due to being on the same floor as the Conference Center. Pool was kind of a mess, it looked like several days worth of regular debris that falls in an outdoor pool. There was no hot tub, which the site advertised and I was really looking forward to. I also don't know why I have to pay $5 to self park in the $35/day parking garage. Just call it $40.

The quality of the black waiter at the front desk of the hotel was poor. The elevator was broken and did not tell us. It made us wait for a long time and ran to complain. She said it was broken and waited for someone to repair it. I told her to have two adjacent rooms, but she gave one on the third floor and one on the fourth floor. There is no elevator, so I have to carry my luggage up.

The only negative thing I would say is that the parking situation was a little confusing. Apparently, the parking garage is not owned by the hotel, and if you don't go to the counter to have them add the fees to your room card, you have to pay to both get in AND out. This was later brought to our attention at the front desk after we had difficulty getting out (the parking assistant was no help). She told us that someone was supposed to let us know that information upon check-in, but no one ever did. I understand it was a busy weekend because a concert was in town, but I feel like that information should be more readily available and obvious for people. I'm not sure if the guy doing the check-in forgot or what, but perhaps it should be more clear on the app/website or a sign on the counter pointing this information out. That way, I wouldn't have spent an extra $30.

this is a really really really good hotel. great room, ambiance,cleanliness,facilities,service,foods and it is near from the airport. you can see aircraft outside of the hotel because it’s beside of delta airlines hub office. all in all it was a great experience. i love the structure of the hotel specially the interior designs! kuddos to the employees they are very helpful,accommodating and friendly. However there’s not much commercial activities, shops, restaurants nearby, the surroundings can get very quiet after dawn. And their lobby is located at 17/F which means strangers can possibly follow you into the hotel with little or no people to help in entrance. There are securities during daytime, not sure about their duty. Overall the security is the only concern of this hotel.
