I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was clean and the bed was really comfortable. The location was near the airport where we needed to be but it’s not great if you want to explore downtown. The staff were also lovely, The pool is nice and warm enough with great staff too. There was a few concerns I had. We had the ac in as cold and as high as it would go and it was just passable. I’d be scared to come in summer. We had the baby crib which was set up lovely but there was a weird door there baby could kick out of and slip through. We put a suitcase up next to it to keep it shut but it could be really dangerous if you didn’t notice.

It's the same as I imagined. I haven't stayed in a youth hostel for a long time. This time I came to Shanghai alone to experience it again. Although I stayed in a single room, the sound insulation was a bit poor. Someone in another room knocked on the door for a long time in the middle of the night. Fortunately, I brought earplugs. Except that people didn't communicate much, the conditions were actually much better than before. The location is relatively convenient, not far from the subway, and there are many places to eat if you walk around.

What surprisingly good value for money this hotel offers! It has a vintage feel, reflecting its old-school Japanese origins, and is equipped with a safe and a mini-fridge. The lighting is individually controllable, a nice change from rooms where it's all on or all off. Power outlets and air conditioning are well-maintained – a much better experience than some newer hotels that might still have chemical odors. There's no concierge, the shower stall is small, and the carpet is a bit worn. However, despite being extremely close to Hongqiao Airport T1, there was absolutely no airplane noise, and the sound insulation was excellent. I surprisingly had a fantastic night's sleep, making it perfect for dealing with jet lag or for a transit stay! On a side note, the shuttle service was clean and punctual.

My flight was delayed the day before, and I had another flight from Hongqiao the next day, which made going home quite inconvenient. So, I chose this brand-new hotel connected to the terminal, and it offered excellent value for money. The staff were all very polite, especially the front desk attendant, who answered questions with a level of professionalism that showed they were very well-trained. The hotel lobby has a crystal chandelier, and the ceiling above it is glass, allowing sunlight to stream in. It looked beautiful in the morning, but my photography skills are limited, so please bear with the pictures. Breakfast was decent, nothing exceptional but sufficient for a business breakfast to get your energy going. The only design flaw in the hotel was that the shower door was too close to the vanity, making the space feel cramped when the shower door was opened.

Arrived at 11 PM. The location is excellent, just a 2-minute walk from the terminal's subway exit, right around the corner. It's very clean and offers a lovely breakfast. The front desk staff were very attentive and tried their best to accommodate all our needs. I didn't have time to take many photos. It's perfect for layovers or transfers. A convenience store is just a minute away, and the train station is two subway stops. Two girls stayed for one night and found it quite comfortable.

I repeated the hotel stay for more two days through trip.com. It gave me the option to rebook the same room and in fact i was charged lower fees as compare to the first time booking. I got very happy that i was offered discount for rebooking and rebooked it, but i felt cheated very next moment as right after booking when i was told by the hotel staff that i have offered the lower category room this time by trip.com. After arguing they made me pay the difference amount of CNY 144 to stay in the same room. Thus i realized that trip.com has cheated on me.

It allowed me, a person with sleep disorders, to sleep well at night. I thought it would be noisy next to the road, but later I found that it was indeed very quiet when the windows were closed. There are few cars on this road. It is a very suitable place for living. It is comfortable. Their breakfast variety is a bit small. The hotel is right next to Ocean Park, very close, and shares a lobby with the Ocean Park Marriott Hotel. We were given a high-floor room with a view of the park, where we could see the sunset and the fireworks show. The hotel is full of Ultraman elements, which my child loved, and the staff were all very nice. As for the downsides, the carpet in the room was quite dirty (the room's general cleanliness was fine), but a dirty carpet is a hardware issue that's hard to fix. Check-in took a while, but it's understandable given how busy it gets during holidays.

Absolutely loved the Legoland Hotel! It opened in July, so there were no strange smells in the room, and it even came with an air freshener. It felt like stepping back into childhood; the bunk bed setup was truly a childhood dream come true. Plus, the bottom bed can actually be pulled out, accommodating both kids and adults – so thoughtful! The hotel also has an exclusive entrance to the park, which is incredibly convenient. Although the location is a bit out of the way, there's a shopping mall nearby with everything you need for dining and entertainment. The hotel offers plenty of activities, and the staff were great at proactively reminding us about booking things. Breakfast had so many options, we ate until 10 AM and felt like we didn't even need lunch! I definitely want to come back next summer to enjoy the pool and water activities again!

I booked a room for two days. Two bottles of water were delivered on the first day, but no water on the second. The room wasn't cleaned, and the ”Do Not Disturb” feature wasn't activated. The trash wasn't emptied, and it couldn't fit in the back, so it just fell to the floor. Newer hotels tend to be cleaner than older ones, but the service isn't quite as good. The stairs to the mezzanine level are quite steep, and I almost twisted my ankle. The climb was tiring. There were no mirrors, the sofa was missing, and the hotel amenities were a bit haphazardly arranged. There was a refrigerator and washing machine. The refrigerator could freeze water, but the washing machine wasn't used, and laundry detergent was provided. The elevator was crowded, making it a bit inconvenient to get in and out. It's very close to Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, about 500 meters away, and the Bund, over 1 kilometer away. There are many small restaurants nearby.
