Great location for food & shopping (Siam Square, Siam Paragon, Siam Centre, MBK etc). I like the vibes on Saturday night as road closes which allows youngest show-case their talents along the street. Easily 2min walk to Siam BTS for travelling to Chit Lom if you are a big fans of Big C. Sharing some food eaten to make you mouth watery after reading 😄

The breakfast worths a special mention because it has mimosa and the siu mai comes with chili oil upon request. That’s the only right way to eat siu mai. Nowadays hotels have dim sum but the quality of it is varied. This hotel is able to get siu mai right. Siam Kempinski is connected next to Siam Paragon. Though for about the same rates the other Kempinski in town has standard rooms that double the size.

Very pleasant small and beautiful hotel. I have been unable to settle down before travelling and I am worried that the hotel is not good. I saw a booking score of 9.4 and decided to give it a try. The first is location. It is very close to the Siam business district. The straight line distance is estimated to be 500 meters but there is a river. The bridge is about 800 meters. It is in the middle of Siam and Pratunam markets. There is a pier nearby. We also tried the local People travel by water, 9 THB per person one way. The hotel is located in the residential area of Bangkok. Google Maps can be found accurately and it is not difficult to find. The surrounding environment is a bit ”dirty and messy” but it is safe. You can take this opportunity to see the real living environment of Bangkok people. I ’ve been here for the New Year, and I saw neighborhoods singing karaoke on the street, distributing free food and music, and inviting us to join, a very good experience. The building of the hotel itself is very good, following the Japanese route, it is very exquisite from the facade (the photos on the facade are not taken anymore). The triple room is twice as large as the double room. Seeing the introduction of 18 square meters is a conservative algorithm, anyway We put a 24 by 28 inch box without pressure. Tatami mattresses, air conditioners, TVs and water heaters are all Japanese brands Sony Mitsubishi Panasonic, toilet paper Kimberly-Clark. The mattress was just a bit hard, but it cured my uncomfortable lumbar spine. If you want to talk about the disadvantages, the window in the room won't open, and the bathroom can't be separated due to the crowded, wet and dry conditions. The shower head is too thin and anxious. By the way, the top floor balcony of their house is really awesome. It is a wonderful memory to watch fireworks on the roof this New Year. I have to mention the hotel's service, so I saw a Thai boss who wants to be a good hotel. The hotel has just been opened for half a year, and most foreign guests. The service from the boss lady to the small worker is very enthusiastic, and the laundry and drying are free, and they can just leave it to them. Take the snacks on the first floor and the balcony casually, and give them a lot of water every day, and then I will give you detailed instructions where to go. This New Year's Eve boss actually gave me L'Occitane's wash suit as a gift for New Year. , Parents are very happy. If it is not good, they do not provide breakfast service, and they will speak English better, but I believe that if they want to speak Chinese, they will find a way. All in all a good choice for hotels in Bangkok downtown.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Chatrium Grand Bangkok. Our room was very neat, clean and the beds super comfortable. We booked the suite with two bedrooms. It was very spacious and luxurious. The kitchen was very big but there was no silverware or any other equipment. Maybe this should be overthought. Everything was to our convenience and the staff was remarkably friendly. We travelled with two children and at breakfast the chef was asking us what kind of baby food he could prepare for us. We really enjoyed the forsighted actions of all the staff members. The service was just exquisit. We also enjoyed the pool, breakfast was very delicious with a wide range of culinary options and the gym is very well equipped. The kids club was nice but there are only a few toys and no staff, so you cannot leave your children there. The spa looked nice but it seemed closed. We can highly recommend this hotel, especially because of excellent staff. Thank you!

On arrival we were greeted with a very well dressed doorman and bling doors (great start after a long journey) As it was nighttime we did not have much food or drink options open nearby. We had to search around for a 7 eleven. Suggest that reception should have a list/map of area. Rooms and amenities are awesome with lots of little extra touches to make your stay more comfortable. I was worried about the noise of the metro outside the hotel after watching a recent review on Youtube. Not an issue at all. Could only hear the odd beefed up TukTuk going past. Bed was comfortable and slept like a baby. Try out the local canal boats (1 min walk behind the hotel). You can also grab some delicious Thai food here. For a bit of fun and some great entertainment pop into the Rock bar, which is across the metro overpass. They also do great G&T's. Take the metro when you can as experiences with Taxi's in Bangkok were awful

The Reno Hotel Bangkok, in my opinion, doesn't get enough credit. This hotel has recently went a full renovation. Bringing this hotel, that been providing rooms to tourists coming to Bangkok for years and years, into modern times. The hotel is now very contemporary in its design and branding. In the hotel lobby you will find contemporary art works from Thai artists. Rooms are comfortable and well fitted out with unique lighting touches. The Reno Hotel is located right in the heart of Bangkok but without the price tag. Four minutes walk from the National Stadium BTS Station. Incredibly affordable hotel but feels high end. Ten minutes walk to all the high end shopping malls. Highly recommended.

Our stay at the hotel was quite memorable, despite its unconventional setup. Tucked away without a sign, the hotel shares space with a cozy coffee shop where you check in at the cashier counter. While the lack of an elevator might pose a challenge for some, the rooms upstairs were surprisingly modern and impeccably clean. Although our room was on the smaller side, it was well-designed and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight, however, was undoubtedly the staff—they were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home throughout our visit. In terms of location, the hotel is conveniently situated close to Siam Center and Discovery shopping centers, making it perfect for those looking to explore Bangkok's bustling shopping scene. Despite being in a vibrant area, the price was quite reasonable, especially considering the quality of service and amenities provided. Overall, our family had a satisfying stay. If you're looking for a centrally located place with reasonable price and friendly service, this could be just the spot for you.

This is a pretty lovely place to come stay as tourist for a couple of days. Its many attractive features include: (1) location. Less than two minutes’ walk from national stadium BTS. Note that if you come with older folks, there is a lift - look carefully. (2). Room. We stayed in the residence which is around the corner (note - you still have to check in at the hotel, not at the actual residence cos there’s no one manning the station there). They will send you with your luggage there on a buggy. All rooms are suites with balconies (good for drying clothes!) and come with a washing machine/dryer (with powder provided), kitchenette (with a new wash cloth and detergent provided), electric stove, microwave. Four bottles of water are provided daily! Aircon is strong. Wi-Fi is strong. (3). Breakfast (at the hotel). It’s an ala carte buffet in addition to a decent spread of items. Service is fast! (4). Massage. I’m not referring to the hotel spa, but the little shop across the hotel. Reasonable prices, so if you don’t want to venture far, just come here. Above all, your stay likely won’t burn a big hole in your pocket!! This is not the kind of place that will blow you away from awe or spectacle. If you intend to spend a significant amount of time outside your room, plus you want to save some extra money for expenditures, yet you want to enjoy a medium level of luxury and comfort, then this is one of my top recommendations in BKK (I visit BKK yearly, sometimes twice).

I love that this hotel is connected to Central World mall, which is also connected by overhead bridge to most of the popular malls in the area. I enjoyed a good view of the surroundings from my hotel room. The room is huge too. What I didn’t like was when I checked into my room, some trash were still in there. The room was not fully made up even though I checked in at 4pm+. The service lady was very apologetic but after many rounds of her going in and out when I wanted was privacy to change out of my clothes… lol. I ended up turning on the “do not disturb” sign. The stay also comes with a free sangria/wine voucher at the hotel pub upstairs. Will I stay here again? Yes! But perhaps it is pricey though. Pay a little more and you get to stay at Kempinski, which is just next to Siam Paragon

No reception on duty. Telephone number provided at the front desk , but only can be contacted thru local line , not by media as whatsapp or tele or other social media platform. Premises stated strictly no smoking , but , there is a legal drug store in the premises itself which sell *********. And people smoke in the shop and the smells linger thru the building. So, whats the point of STRICTLY NO SMOKING rules!!! Stayed for 2nites only despite book for 4nites!!! (as my family which consists of my elderly parents) feels uncomfortable with the smells and makes them sick . Hoping TRIP.COM able to reimburse back as i only stayed for 2nites and have to book for other hotel for my remaining 2nites stay .

I was really surprised about this hotel 🤩nothing accepted when I was booking , but …. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at this hotel. Everything is clean and tidy, looks like the hotel is new , or open less than a one year. Next to hotel is 7/11 and the laundry is opposite. The room is spacious with a lot of necessary things, such as a wardrobe, hangers, safe, kettle, refrigerator. Very convenient for me a metro station , it’s just a 3-5 minutes by walking from the hotel. Will definitely come again for the next time.

A bit far off from the main road, suitable for people with their own mean of transportation. However, good quality materials have been used for this property compare to the little price you pay. Deposit cash is required upon check in and they will run up to check the room when you check out. Keep the room clean as they are ready to charge at every spot they found on the sheet.

There is a parking lot, there are convenience stores nearby, and there is an old food market. We use Grab taxi software to go out, about 200 from the hotel to the Siam business district. The overall environment is OK. The room has a small balcony, which is a floor-to-ceiling window. Household noise is not very good, such as the high quality of sleep requirements need to be cautious, the overall cost is relatively high.

I am not expecting super clean nor super complete rooms in Pratunam area considering this area is very crowded with stores and market activities. This hotel has provide exactly everything we need for the area. Clean bed and bathroom, sufficient towels, free flow mineral water and very reliable fast WiFi access. This could be the most suitable hotel to choose in this area. We saw there are a lot more more 'fancy and luxurious' hotel nearby, however most of them located above very busy and noisy market with knock down stall which may cause unnecessary noisy for your sleep. This area is almost open 24 hours. Cloud 9 just the right choice which located on a quiet corner. This hotel could be hard to find even if you use online map. Try to look for Benz hotel. This cloud 9 is next to it. we will definitely choose this hotel again when we had a chance to visit the area. We do not hesitate to recommend this place to our colleagues and families.

The overall location is fantastic and just a 10 minute walk to Terminal 21 and the MRT Sukhumvit and BTS Asok stations. The suits are massive with a lot of space, and full of all normal household amenities including a washing machine with a dryer, and an iron + ironing board. The kitchen is usable too, and the bathroom is nice and big. The WIFI connection was poor though, and the internet would randomly drop, especially at night. It was quite unstable. The carpet in the hallway and the bedroom looked unclean and should probably be removed because it’s obvious it is not maintained. I was lucky to get a corner room with all windows facing outside. In other rooms, however, the windows faced the hallway, and I could sometimes see other guests in their rooms with the curtains open. It’s a rather unfortunate layout and I personally wouldn’t want to stay in such rooms.

Our stay at Shan villas was excellent! This is a new hotel in the heart of Bangkok and it did not disappoint! Great location, a short trip from the On Nut Station. The villas are spacious with a great open air concept, beautiful interior and really beautiful pool! We highly recommend booking the jacuzzi villa as you can spend time with your friends in a villa that is very reasonably priced! We had the warmest welcome from all Staff members and we treated exceptionally well, they made us feel at home instantly and assisted us at all times for anything we might have needed, our stay was truly made by the incredible service we received, the food was the highlight of the stay! We opted for the floating breakfast and it was amazing, and a night at the rooftop dome dining experience, the food was delicious and top quality seafood too! Very fresh and both options of Thai and Western food! We would definitely stay at Shan villas when we are back in Bangkok! A huge thank you to all the staff who made our stay so memorable! About a 5-minute walk from the MRT station. There are restaurants and a Lotus supermarket nearby. The building is new and clean. A deposit (1000THB) is required at check-in. When I arrived, there was no one at the reception desk and no contact information, so I couldn't enter the hotel for a while. I saw two ladies chatting in the building next door, so I decided to ask them, but one of them was a receptionist. No apology. Also, after entering the room, only one of my PCs could not connect to the wifi, so I asked the receptionist, but it took a while to resolve the issue. I was told that only two devices could connect to the wifi. The people seemed nice, but the whole exchange made me very tired on the first day. There is no partition between the toilet and shower, so the floor gets soaked.

Stayed here for three nights on a quick “weekend” getaway trip, and wasn’t disappointed. The room was very big, with a bedroom and en-suite seperate from the living area and kitchenette. Bed was a king size and very clean and comfortable. En-suite was big, clean with a bathtub/shower. Toiletries and clean towels supplied everyday, but there wasn’t a hairdryer just FYI. Chaise lounge in the living area along with flat screen tv and DVD player. Dining table and full size fridge, with bottled water supplied daily. We bought our own coffee and milk, but complimentary coffee is offered every morning down in The Sip cafe. There’s a nice rooftop respite too, and the washing machine is up there if you need to do laundry. Staff are very friendly, accommodating and polite. We really enjoyed our stay here! There are also a couple of Michelin Star restaurants down the street, along with a very good suit tailor just around the corner. Highly recommend if you want clean, quiet, self contained accommodation not smack bang in the city. For us, it was central and an easy walk to wherever we wanted to go, but there are plenty of taxis and tuk tuk’s available in the street if you’re not a walker (like us). SBS...clean, safe, comfortable and affordable, we like it!!

Not! Often! Recommend! Recommend! In Taiwan, you can use Lai to confirm the relevant details of the housing with the landlord (English communication is barrier-free, and the map guide is very intimate to facilitate passengers to arrive ~~~ The room has no difference with the pictures on the Internet, and the overall non-~ Chang~ Big ~ is also very clean! Each room has a private bathroom and simple toiletries, which is very friendly and intimate for friends! The only fly in the ointment is that the pool does not have extra lighting at night, so there will be a little black (but turning on the room light can also be an alternative solution xd If you have any questions during the journey, you can contact the landlord soon, very at ease >< (The accommodation is in a residential area, so it will take a little time to get to the downtown area, and pay attention to the volume at night! Recommended for all travelers who need private accommodation!

It's great. The location is super convenient. It's just next to Pixel Building. Two roads and two subway stations are not far away. There's an elevator and it's very convenient to go upstairs with luggage. The smell of herbal tea in the elevator is very nostalgic and the air conditioner is very strong. Downstairs is 711. Every night Wang Jia Er standing guard for you makes me happy just thinking about it hahaha I want to eat supper 711 is downstairs! Every morning, I go to the fruit stand downstairs to buy fruit. The owner of the stall is very cute, but he can speak Chinese but not English. When checking in, it may be that there is something wrong with the Ctrip platform. The aunt at the front desk inquired for a long time and charged a deposit of 300 baht. At that time, I thought there was still a deposit. The page for booking was not written. I was a little unhappy, but I still cooperated with the payment. Returning the deposit is very reassuring and it must not affect the staff I like very much afterwards. The hotel provides a simple breakfast, including coffee, milk, toast, eggs, etc., but the Ctrip page states that there is no breakfast. After arriving at the store, the clerk offered to provide breakfast. Wow, it was an unexpected surprise and it was very convenient. The auntie who baked bread for us at breakfast is also super nice and warm. I came back late to borrow a hair dryer. Although the night guard brother can’t speak English, there are twists and turns, but I can feel their enthusiasm. I really like the staff here Most importantly the store is super clean! ! ! ! I don't think my home is so spotless, this location, this environment, this price! So worth it! It may be that the boss didn’t spend much energy on online promotion, knowing that there are not many people in this hotel, but I really think it is a good choice, so I wrote such a long review to thank you for your care. This hotel is like a building There are a lot of apartment rooms and staff! In the end, if I have to say something wrong, my room has a balcony, but the view is not good, and the room size is not big, but the layout is reasonable. If I still go to Bangkok, I will consider staying here^•^

A friend of mine recommended this hotel to me when I visited Thailand last November 2023. I also highly recommend this boutique hotel for the following reasons: 1. It's just a few steps away from the MRT, so that means staying in this hotel will enable you to save some money on transportation. 2. Clean, orderly and noise-free. My four-day stay was very comfortable. 3. The most important of all, for the time, the staff were very friendly, all smiles all the time, and very helpful. I think it is the nature of Thai people to be gentle and kind, and I really appreciate how I was treated kindly. One time, I was having difficulties talking with the motorcycle driver because he did not understand English that much, and so I asked for help from the receptionist. The receptionist talked to the driver over the app on phone and even walked me to the pick up point a few meters away from the hotel. The driver was unable to pick me up in front of the hotel because of heavy traffic. Also one of the staff let me borrow the plug for cellphones overnight. Lastly, wen I had to leave very early in the morning for the airport, he even helped me get my luggage into the trunk of the Grab taxi. Bedever has made stay in Bangkok much, much better. To the staff, thank you ka mak mak. l I will definitely book my stay here next time!

My son wanted to have a pod hotel experience on our Thailand trip, so we choose this hotel for our last night before flying out early in the morning. I would say it was a great option for a younger backpacker/traveler on a budget. We bought out an entire room so had private showers. The lockers were small, but we didn't need them. Not the best option for a family with a lot of luggage, but pretty clean. We did have a few people knock on our door in the middle of the night and try to get in for some reason.

Check-in was a breeze and the staff were quite polite. The room was clean, I didn’t like that they didn’t have any toiletries (toothbrushes, etc) in the room you had to call and ask for it if you needed it. Location is close to the metro station so way to get around and right next to a 7-11.

I stayed at this new hotel that opened in September because I had been curious about it. It was a new building with a beautiful interior that had a Japanese atmosphere. Personally, the best thing about it was the breakfast buffet. The curry was especially delicious, and I ended up having seconds. Apparently it's a special dish that they even sell in Japan. The hotel staff were also very friendly, from check-in to check-out. I'm currently based in Thailand, and I miss the attentive service you get in Japan, so it was a comfortable stay. It was a weekend night, so the entrance was a little crowded along Silom Road, which made it a little hard to find. I'd like to stay here again if I have the chance.
