- I stayed with my family for two weeks. While we were in the outdoor pool, someone threw a bottle from one of the hotel room which we thought was like a bomb, it hit the ground, broke and one small particle injured my wife’s eye. We informed hotel security immediately , someone from hotel management came after 10min, although I insisted to call either security or police as it’s a serious event, but he said it’s not possible to find that person anyway, we don’t have cameras capturing either balconies or pool due to the privacy. Cleaner told that the same thing happened few days ago also. As a compensation hotel manager offered 3 free nights within a year, once we have done check out, he never answered my calls or messages. - Unbearable smell in the room: Once we arrived at the hotel, the kids went to their room and after a few minutes they ran away due to the unbearable smell in their room. I called the reception and informed them about the very bad smell, and asked if someone could come and check if maybe there is a rat dead under the bed. Maintenance team came in an hour, confirmed the smell, just put some spray and said tomorrow we will come and change the AC filter, it's due to the bad filter. They never did, we had to put windows open for few days just to get out of the bad smell. - Cold rooms without heating: Last week in Dubai it was rainy and cold, we were freezing in the room, called them to help us to adjust the AC to warm up the rooms, they came and said you can only turn off the AC, we do not have any kind of heating availability. In the middle of the night, I had to ask for a few more blankets to cover the kids where they got sick anyway. - Hot water unavailability : On our first day, we wanted to fill the bath and take a shower, but after 10min, hot water ran out. After talking to the maintenance team, we were informed that unfortunately their hot water tank capacity is 50l only and it's normal to run out of the hot water in the middle of the shower, we just need to wait 15min every time, after that it will be warmer :) - Cleaning challenge: We called them on the 5th day of our stay and asked for the cleaning, they did not come and promised to come the next day, where they did not again, after 2 days we tried to conceive them that we really need housekeeping as it was new year and we want our apartment to be clean, they said we can only send someone to change the blankets :) I had to go to reception, complain madly, show them the contract that weekly cleaning is a part of it, only after 3 days ( on the 8th day) we managed to get cleaning. - Not allowed to watch fireworks: Because my daughter was sick, we had to come back from new year dinner early with the hope to watch fireworks from our hotel. As our room has sea view and firework is not visible from the room, we decided to go the gym&pool area to watch the burj khalifa fireworks just 10 min before the new year, and securities did not allow us, they said pool and gym c

What did we like: We like the spacious rooms The location is next to the train station The luggage and house keeping staff are friendly and helpful Beautiful view from from the apartment The bar was fun to hang out and have a beer What did we not like: We did not get what we booked and paid for at this accommodation. They combined our rooms and called it an upgrade. Rooms were not ready at check in time and we were told to pay more if they gave us the room at 1:30 to leave our bags. The lady at the front had a breakdown and was rude when we asked for the rooms we booked and not their upgrade. Lastly check in and check out takes a min of 20 minutes so be prepared to wait. Experience dated : 06 Feb 2024 All in all, this accommodation is satisfactory.

Great hotel attached to three theme parks. It's very far from the airport and the city center but that's not a negative point for the hotel in this case. The hotel has big sprawling grounds with guest rooms spread out all over, giving it a nice resort field. Rooms are sufficiently large with comfortable beds. Only issue was the shower door that leaks water everywhere during shower making the entire bathroom wet. Breakfast has a huge variety of food and was delicious. Staff at both reception and breakfast service are friendly. Hotel also offers a frequent buggy service to both the reception building as well as the theme park entrances. All in all, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

The Food is more than ample and satisfactory, and for the more adventurous traveller, you can go to sample various other restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood. ‌Conveniently located and walking distance, from the hotel. Hotel service is excellent and the staff very friendly and accommodating. I was most impress with the gym and the various exercise equipment available for use, most notably, the facilities, schedule of hours of operation from 6am to 10pm including the swimming pool which is just adjacent to the gym. The swimming pool is 25 metre long by 10 metre wide. Great for familiy swim since it is divided up for swimmers alike who just wants to get their laps in. Bur Kalifa, the Dubai Mall is 10 minute Vu bes by metro, their local train service and is an excellent form of transportation to get there. Yes, definitely will be back again.

The hotel was new & clean the rooftop bar level 43 is very cute. The pool is small but it’s on the roof also. The Balconies on the premium rooms are wrap around with a great view of the burg kalifa! The only downside is they called my room twice checking on how I like everything. When traveling from other countries patrons will have jet lag! Therefore I don’t wanna be awakened for that! Выбор был сделан на случайно: близко к остановкам общественного транспорта, метро (красная ветка), откуда можно доехать до всех основных достопримечательностей, а также относительная близость основных бесплатных пляжей Дубая. Кроме того, в трёх остановках автобусов F33, F35 (до остановки 180 метров) красивый благоустроенный бесплатный парк с озером (в форме прокладки, сразу узнаваемым на карте), детскими игровыми зонами , спортивными игровыми площадками Al Barsha Pond Park, куда супруг каждый вечер ездил, чтобы поиграть в баскетбол. В гипермаркете Карфур (Carrefour) (находится в Молле Эмиратов) можно закупиться продуктами по приемлемым ценам и приготовить себе любое блюдо прямо в номере. Номер оснащен хорошей кухней с большим холодильником, плитой, духовкой, микроволновкой, тостером, необходимой посудой, чайником, (чай,кофе, сахар в наличии), стиральная машина, утюг, гладильная доска также есть в номере. Телевизор без русских каналов. По поводу завтраков в отеле. Мы бронировали номер с завтраком на 11 дней. На 4-й день пожалели, что оплатили завтраки. На 2-3 дня ещё куда ни шло, можно питаться одним и тем же, но 11 дней однообразия уже перебор. В целом все вкусно, но разнообразия нет, не шведский стол, официант по меню приносит блюда на сервированный приборами стол. В следующий раз, если приедем в этот отель (не исключено, т.к. все устраивает), завтракать будем самостоятельно, в номере можно кофе-чай попить...Воду 2 бутылки по 0.5 приносят каждый день во время уборки. Недорого и вкусно можно поесть, если выйти из отеля и пойти по улице направо. Сразу после парковки ряд недорогих кафешек. Брали одно блюдо на двоих за 30 дирхам (рубль 25.3 дирхам на данный момент), не смогли все осилить, нам упаковали оставшееся с собой. Почти напротив отеля небольшой продуктовый магазин Кафур. Такого разнообразия, как в Молле, конечно, там нет, закупиться по-быстрому можно. В отеле есть неплохой фитнес-зал. Хоть на ресепшн и написано, что он до 12.00 работает, по факту он всегда открыт, по крайней мере до 18.00 точно, до этого часа открыт и бассейн рядом, на крыше. Самый лучший пляж, на наш взгляд, Kite, народу в ноябре не много, вода чистая, пляж убирается, есть бесплатные туалеты, душ, переодеваться только в туалетах. Бесплатная питьевая вода. Вай-фай (авторизовались в самый первый день по номеру Эмиратского телефона и эл.почте, в последующие дни подключались автоматически без авторизации). Ехать 10-11 остановок до Umm Suqeim 1 или Abdallah Mleih Masjid на 81 автобусе. Пляж между этими остановками. Рядом с отелем есть остановка, идти минуты 4, 180 метров, но на ней негде присесть, автобус ходит каждые 20 минут, можно не угадать и стоять долго, если он уже ушел. Кроме того, в 9.25-9.30 очень много народу уже едет, присесть в автобусе не получится. Надо или раньше, до 9.00, или позже, после 10.00 уезжать, или идти на конечную около М

Very nice place, studio serviced apartments are very nice. But don't get a room close to the entrance gate and road because cars and motorcycles will sleep deprive you all night. Very busy road as it goes down to the beach carparks with very loud cars and motorcycles going past all night until about 4am-5am. So request a room down the opposite end of the resort from the road and you should have an awesome stay. Resort has its own scuba diving courses, kite surfing lessons and wind surfing and paddle boards and stuff. It has a very good gym with top of the line gym machines and equipment and a very nice swimming pool area. Resort right smack bang on the beach. It has a nice sitting area where you can enjoy a meal and some drinks and look out at the ocean.

It was my first time in Dubai. The hotel was nice and exactly what I needed for my first week. The service team was extremely helpful, especially Kurlos. They were all so kind and helped me navigate my first time here. The room service was good and well priced. The young man that runs the breakfast buffet was exceptional! service was good, staff is friendly and helpful. The location is very good. the facilities are very limited with only 1 restaurant and the food quality was very average. The rooms were big but looked very old as some of the facilities in the rooms were very old , like the wash basins, the locks were not working sometimes.

Having just returned on Friday after spending a week with the family (2 teen boys) I could not recommend this hotel enough. Whilst the hotel and ALL the facilities are 5 star, having the right personnel is paramount……….and you wont be disappointed at The Fairmont. Despite our check in at 4am, the process was made effortless by the staff. Though it was at this time the manger advised us the room we’d booked was not available due to a technical error their side and therefore they would be upgrading us to a suite the following day by 12 noon. The following day after breakfast the on duty manager Anoop Rai came to see us to thank us for our understanding and that our belongings would be moved across later that afternoon. True to his word, we were moved to a junior suite on the 8th floor with beautiful views of both the sea and Dubai Marina. The quality of service continued throughout our stay by all members of staff, though special thanks to both Suity and Jhenelyn on the front desk who were always there to answer any questions and assist with any restaurant reservations. That leads onto the food, Flow Kitchen is the buffet breakfast and evening dinner place and there’s a variety of different cuisine for all to enjoy……..you won’t be disappointed. You’ve then you’ve got the specialist restaurants and we tried a couple the first being the Sea Grill Bistro. Having booked half board, this gave us the set 3 course meal and option to add if we wanted. The portion sizes were good and the food was tasty, from starters (Caesar salad, Kale Salad and Prawns) to the mains (Salmon, Sea Bream and Chicken)…………so one we’d definitely recommend to dine at. The other was Little Miss India, which too did not disappoint with the various kebabs and curries, all of which were VERY tasty and the chef was happy to add the extra spice if required :) Having direct access to your own private beach was great, though we preferred to be pool side of which there are 4 with one being adults only (over 16’s). Finding sun loungers was generally okay, so you didn’t need to wake up super early to put towels down. The pool side team were always to hand to assist if you couldn’t find any and take your orders for any food or drinks. The location of this hotel is good on The Palm is good, lot’s to do around there with the various beach bars/restaurants (some age restricted) though a short taxi ride you can go to Dubai Marina, Atlantis and Bur Dubai. Stick to the yellow metered taxis, even though some of the black ones are metered we were told they’ll still be more expensive. Opposite the hotel on the Golden Mile you’ve got the Nakheel Mall, lots of shops including Waiterose and/or M&S for those feeling a little homesick :) One thing to note when booking, go for the ‘beverage package’ if you enjoy a drink or two. This allows anyone aged 21 or over 2 alcoholic drinks (beer or house wine) with both the red and white being VERY nice. So in a nutshell we’d certainly
