Only vice I have is that they charge parking, daily. It's not like you're in downtown. This is a suburb, yet they charge around $27 PER DAY - which is also set to increase to $33 per day soon. Consider this in your budget before booking.
Other than that, I loved staying here. Stayed 5~6 times so far.

We assigned a room on the first floor without a balcony, but basically we still have some views. Outside security said there was a free breakfast but we didn't find it and there were no billboards. But in terms of location, close to famous attractions such as the world and Hollywood is not bad.

The milk was also unsanitary mixed with water falling from the ceiling. My son had a stomach ache from the effects. The employees were kind and taught me a lot about the city.

While the area may not be considered the safest, the hotel and its immediate surroundings were well-lit and felt very comfortable. I was a little surprised by the lighting, but there were no bugs and it was usable. However, I saw a cockroach in the common area early in the morning. I think it came in from outside because the front door is right outside... but I haven't seen it since that day. The soundproofing isn't very good. There's not much information, but shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer are provided, and I think they provide at least one towel per person. It's not a hotel, but a B&B, so it's worth checking out if you're looking to save money.

When doors close in this hotel, you can hear it. Staff were excellent to accommodate to our request to change rooms as it was impossible to sleep there. The next room was fine, still a little noisy but bearable. Hot water didnt work in the second room, staff provided another room key to use the shower. We slept at the other room on our second night as there was a cockroach on the bed of our room. Overall, experience was meh but staff were excellent.
