The hotel is very convenient for transportation. It is very convenient to drive to any sights in San Diego. There is also an induction cooker that can cook very well. It is exactly what we need. The breakfast was very, very simple, basically not for breakfast, but the price at the San Diego hotel was quite good.

Sonesta Es Suites offers nice rooms at a great rate. They allow pets for a very reasonable fee and have a good breakfast selection that is available for three hours every day. Staff was very accommodating and there are rooms with kitchens and many restaurants in the shopping center nearby (less than 5 minutes walking)

We spent 6 nights in total this time in their King Sites. Interior is quite new and modern. Standard breakfast included, till 9:30 though. Comfort and clean room. Free parking. No water fountain. 10-15 mins drive from UCSD. Definitely worth the price. Will consider coming back next time.

Very good stay experience, next time you have the opportunity to stay. Saturday and Sunday prices are attractive. The surrounding environment is quiet and lush trees, next to Qualcomm. The breakfast was generous and the room was comfortable enough. Everything is OK!

Two rooms and one living room, with kitchen, you can cook your own meals on weekends. It is good to go anywhere. The main place to stay here is to go to Qualcomm for work. In addition, the parking fee is charged at 12 dollars per night. You can park your car at Qualcomm.

Pros: 1) Service was excellent. The receptionists and manager are quite good. Very friendly and helpful. 2) The hotel room is clean and its like home. It has microwave, stove, fridge and dishwasher. 3) Its has a laundry room for guest which is big plus if you're staying longer. 4) Has a little convinience store in the hotel. Cons: 1) The hotel is getting old and need new paint. 2) Must have a car to get around. Getting a taxi or Uber is a bit troublesome from the location of the hotel. 3) No room safe.

Uncomfortable bed which gave me a backache, housekeeping services every 4 days unless you request it, ran out of shower gel and shampoo, room wasn't super clean. Bathroom sink so clogged up I simply used the bathtub to clean up and brush my teeth. Maintenance did correct the issue. When I asked for more shampoo and shower gel I did get a short refill. Balconies are REALLY tiny. Surprise after my trip that I had to pay for parking! This was a pre-paid in full business trip and the fact that you had to pay for parking was an after-the-fact unhappy update. I didn't even have a vehicle the entire time.

I stayed with two friends for a vaca from home. We stayed 3 nights. It was a blast. Such nice hotel staff. Our fav time was happy hour with great cocktails and food. We went every night. Tired different drinks and food each night. Our bartender Sharu was amazing and she makes the best Mai Tai’s. The bar staff was excellent along with its servers. We literally stayed for hours by the fire pits outdoors in the nice cool air. We were treated so well. Even by the breakfast staff. Front desk too! It was a real nice ambiance in the evenings by fire pits. They have a nice indoor pool and out door jacuzzi. Breakfast made to order was great. Hotel rooms were nice and comfy and big and clean. Hotel was beautiful and the koi fish are such a nice touch to the place. It’s peaceful and comfiness here. I’ll be back. We will definitely come back for our happy hour beautiful experience. Thank you Sharu fir being you and bringing us smiles and yummy drinks and cheers to you and the staff. Loved being here.

Valerie (front desk) is exceptional. Grounds were clean. I have a very expensive car and I had NO issues parking here (even though I parked on the street a few times because the spaces are so thin....people double park unfortunately). Only thumbs down is that its a stones throw away from a freeway lane and the AirForce base in less than 5 miles away (lots of helicopter sounds and aircraft in general).I really have nothing to complain about. I'll end this by saying again....Valerie was exceptional. Sweet. Friendly. Super cool reading glass frames. Very kind human being. Great lady.

The assistant manager at the hotel ”brandy” is a nasty, condescending, miserable little person, her customer service skills would be much better suited for the dmv. When adding a night to my reservation she was very rude and unwelcoming. Absolutely no upgrades available for ihg platinum members not even a shred of kindness or decency. When I told her she was making valued hotel guests feel unwelcome she had no reply. The gm tried to apologize later but she really needs to evaluate her employees better. I can't believe someone that rude could be promoted when she really should be fired. Out of hundreds and hotels visited around the world (including former soviet and third world countried with little to no customer service training) she is probably the worst person I have ever encountered. Besides that there was loud construction going on and the place was very overpriced especially considering the location.

🗺️Location: There is an office area around, but there is a small mall opposite, which is very convenient for shopping and eating. The only inconvenience is that the hotel door is on a one-way street, and it is a bit troublesome to go back to the hotel on the other side. 🌳Environment: The floor is very high, there is a large swimming pool on the garden floor, and there are sofas and bamboo chairs outside the lobby on the first floor, which looks very comfortable. 🏨Facilities: After all, American hotels are old, so the facilities are not very new, but passable. There is a bar in the lobby, a convenience store, and a business lounge for members. There is no alcohol, only drinks and fruits. 🏠 Room: spacious and bright, with good hygiene. The bedding is very comfortable, and the curtains have good shading effect to ensure the quality of sleep. The bathroom is very new, except that there are no disposable items, (you can ask the front desk for lotion, combs, etc.) everything else is very good. All in all, highly recommended! Very friendly hotel. Because I didn't get a free room upgrade, my parking fee was waived, thank you very much!

A pretty large resort, but with personal attention by the staff. Ground were well appointed. The rooms were very well appointed, beds comfortable, people serving us were pleasant. Would never hesitate to recommend the place. Can't wait to go back. My only complaints as follows - the one bartender at the Tequila Bar definitely wasn't into serving people with a smile. I asked him what beer he had available and he said ”some domestics and some imports”, turned and walked away. That was a turnoff. The other people who served us over the 3 nights were all fine, but not him. Also, we were on the 15th floor, yet surprisingly we could hear conversations down in the pool area, and especially the music playing. I found that as being a little odd. That is the only reason for dropping it down from 5 stars.

We'll definitely stay here whenever visiting San Diego. This was our second visit and we couldn't have been more pleased. Our room was very clean. We stayed in a room with a king sized bed, overlooking the pool and waterfront. Our experience with staff was fantastic. It was nice to experience great customer service, which seems to be lacking in todays world. Kudos to staff!! The location of the hotel worked perfect for us. The only thing I would like to see is to add a makeup mirror in the bathroom. At least our room didn't have one. We were celebrating an anniversary and staff left us a treat in our room, which was very thoughtful. THANK YOU Courtyard San Diego Airport/Liberty Station!!!!!

Admittedly, we selected this hotel because it was the best price in the area and was very close to Petco Park. Since we were in San Diego to attend a game, it was an easy decision. Our room was fine but fairly small. The bathroom was quite large and very nice. (I would have settled for a slightly smaller bathroom with larger room.) Our friends' room was even smaller. The rooftop bar had a great view and was very nicely set up. The one big negative I had....It was advertised online and in the elevator that the Bistro offered drinks and food throughout the day. The reality was that, due to limited staffing, it was closed. Complimentary coffee was available there....if you were lucky enough to find it. We were later told to just wave down the front desk person to get more coffee. I understand that, due to Covid, places are short staffed. I let them know that they need to change their web site since we were expecting to find a place within the hotel to grab coffee and snacks or a few bites. Otherwise, we were able to walk to so much in the area.

The hotel is large, surrounded by three floors. Breakfast is the best among the different Westers who have stayed for a few days. The equipment in the room is relatively new, and the new air conditioner is basically no noise. Much better than yesterday's Los Angeles. There is a small swimming pool, but it didn't go down in the cold.

First time I came there with my husband in November 2021, and second time - with my middle daughter of 11 years old in March 2022. I love this hotel -we took both times side sea view - park and ocean -amazing view! Probably front beach view is better, but for us too expensive. Don't recommend rooms without view. All rooms ( I suppose) have balcony, where pleasant to sit to have tea (or drinks in the evening). More romantic place than family. But my daughter loved pool and beach. So it's family too:) Close to hotel there is nice park with kids stuff - so families are welcome. Standard Rooms are pretty big and have two queen beds. So both time it were two of us - but it can be easily 4 persons, especially if it is family with 2 adults and 2 kids. Breakfast - for additional money is medium, not bad, but in city we had better breakfasts. Bar is nice:) Dinner-never tried. But within 150-300 meters of walk - great restaurants -italian (2) and others. Stuff is very friendly and pleasant. Rooms are clean and not tired. I will definetely return there. Also - we like to walk -it is 20 min walk or 5-7 min drive to La Jolla caves, seals. I did it both times and will do again -love to watch sea lions, seals and birds.

SD has lived in this house for 19 years. The location is good to go out on the 5th highway. There is an In-N-Out nearby and it is two steps away. It is also close to the Garnet Ave business district. The hotel's indoor parking space is relatively limited, and there is no more when you go back late at night. This is a pet friendly hotel, although clean in place but the corridor can still smell some, mindful or allergic people should pay attention.

The hotel is located in the city center. In the gas lamp block, there are many red men and women every day. There are very few Chinese people. Many foreigners should come to vacation. After paying for Ctrip, they will have to pay the resort fee after check-in, which is about 40 dollars a night. But the other us grant, which is relatively resident, has a price/performance ratio and will not stay in this hotel. As a hotel, professionalism is a little lacking. Horton is a very old hotel with a beautiful lobby, elegant blue and white design, and a string of lights on the trees in the yard. Stairs and elevators are old and new, and they are well protected. We booked two nights with two twin rooms with fireplaces, on the second floor, two squatting rooms but the layout was different. The room facilities and services are to be spit. The leaks in the bathtubs of our two rooms have bluish spots. The water in one room sink is only hot and the hot water is very hot. The fireplace in both rooms is not easy to use. One of them is completely can not open. Some of us have a fever, call the front desk 3 times and wait an hour to get a blanket. It is worth mentioning that most of the hotels in the West are very thin, the pillows are very high, and Horton only has blankets. The service staff did not smile and was not enthusiastic, and could not match the services of other hotels in our time. Regarding parking, the hotel does not have free parking and a one-way street. Paid parking is expensive, we parked in a nearby public car park, there are many homes around, we found the cheapest is $15 a day, opposite the cvs pharmacy. Regarding dining, the hotel does not include breakfast, and the breakfast is not cheap. Starbucks is on the corner of the street. It is about 5 minutes drive from the famous cafe 21. You can eat brunch.

It is too close to the highway, and it will have some impact if you sleep lightly. We basically went out after breakfast in the morning, and did n’t go back until 7 or 8 o’clock in the evening. There are many cafes for breakfast and restaurants for lunch nearby. There is a 711 convenience store 200 meters away. The location is very good, it is recommended that the sea view room, the landscape is better, you can see the US military base in the distance, park the aircraft carrier, there are always black Hawk helicopters constantly rising and falling during the day!

The hotel is in a very good location, close to the promenade and the old town. Comfortable bath and room. Good swimming pool. At the entrance they gave a voucher for kayaking or biking for an hour. Also vouchers for two bottles of water. The situation that happened to us, the room was with the smell of dampness, that it was impossible to breathe, after a complaint it was quickly changed to us.

My name is Dustin and my Girlfriend and were residents here for a week. The experience was outstanding and a 10/10 would recommend. From the customer service to the decor to the outstanding food and service at The Westerly restaurant. They have a beautiful and elegant courtyard to hangout, socialize, and dine! The workers here made you feel like you were at home. Specifically, I want to shout out Anthony(Server and Bartender) and Rodney Robinson(Executive Chef) at The Westerly! They were phenomenal people first, and a bonus was enjoying Anthony’s exceptional flavorful cocktails and Executive Chef Robinson hospitality and creative/tasteful dishes. Much Love Hilton!

The location of the hotel is very good, next to the lively ”Little Italy” dining street, close to the attractions such as the aircraft carrier USS Midway and Victory Kiss and the light rail station. However, the sound of planes taking off and landing at the nearby airport is relatively loud, and the hotel facilities are relatively shabby. There is no coffee machine and it is not convenient to drink hot water.

My husband was working in the area and I chose this hotel for location and pool. The staff was great from the front desk ( Richie), breakfast crew to the lovely bartender ( didn't get her name). The bed was way too soft but the room was nice. The pool area was very nice, plenty of chairs and towels. Disappointed the hot tub was taped off.
