It was pretty good, with just a couple of minor issues. On the second day of our stay, we had to ask for new disposable toothbrushes, as they weren't replenished during housekeeping. Also, the bathroom drain was quite slow, which could potentially cause a backup and lead to water overflowing onto the floor outside. Aside from that, everything else was great. The valet parking service was very attentive, and breakfast was decent. All the other facilities met the standards of a five-star hotel.

Staying at Flora Creek Apartment is a very good experience. Since the flight arrived in Dubai early in the morning, we arrived at the hotel lobby at 6:00 in the morning. According to regulations, we could only check in in the afternoon. The receptionist is very attentive, please rest in the lobby until 9:00 am to check in early. And upgrade us to a two-bedroom apartment by the creek for free. Staying in a hotel in Dubai requires a tourist tax of Dh20 per room per night. We originally booked a two-bedroom apartment with children’s room which contained 3 rooms, so the tourist tax was 60 Dhs/night. The upgraded two-bedroom apartment at the creekside contains 2 rooms, so the tourist tax is 40 dirhams/night. The upgraded room type also saved us a small fee. The two-bedroom apartment we stayed in is on the first floor, which is equivalent to the third floor in China. The apartment is two bedrooms, two living rooms, 2.5 bathrooms with kitchen and laundry room. Two bedrooms each have a bathroom. One bedroom is a double bed room with a cloakroom, and the other bedroom is a standard room with two beds. The living room and kitchen share a large balcony, and the door to the balcony is inside the kitchen. The two bedrooms share another large balcony, and the door to the balcony is in the standard room. The balcony door was locked when you first checked in. You can ask the front desk to unlock it. The equipment in the apartment is relatively complete: the kitchen has a dishwasher, an induction cooker, a range hood, an electric kettle, a refrigerator with freezing and refrigeration, knives, kitchen paper towels, cutting boards, plates, small bowls, knives and forks, water cups, and saucepans And wok (recommend some chopsticks). There is a drum washing machine in the laundry room but no dryer. There are irons and ironing boards in the ironing room, as well as mobile drying racks. There are bath towels, towels, shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom, toothbrush cups, no toothbrushes and toothpaste, and hair dryers. If the hotel equipment fails, call the front desk, and the engineer will quickly come to solve it. It should be noted that there is a water heater switch outside each bathroom and in the kitchen. The water heater switch needs to be turned on to have hot water. The creekside apartment is facing south and overlooks Dubai Creek. Facing a big road, the sight is wide but there is a lot of traffic. At night, when the balcony door is closed, I don't feel noisy, and I sleep peacefully. The soundproofing of the apartment is good. Although the apartment we live in is close to the elevator entrance, we can hardly hear the sound from the next door or the corridor. Due to the large area of the apartment (118 square meters), it is not boring to stay in the hotel all day. Cook three meals a day by yourself, and the days are fulfilling and relaxing. Hotel location is very good. The Deira City Centre subway station is less than 5 minutes walk away, and the Deira City Centre shopping mall is across the subway station. The shopping mall is very large, and there is a Carrefour supermarket in it; there is a new crown nucleic acid testing center in the shopping mall's parking lot. About 10 minutes walk from the hotel, there is a Chinese supermarket-Wen Chao. After a 30-minute walk across the river, there is a park with a ticket of 5 dirhams. There are lawns, gardens, barbecue areas, and children’s play areas. The hotel staff are very friendly and will actively greet each other every day when entering and leaving, and then take their temperature. Faiyar at the front desk always asked us whether we were satisfied with our stay and helped us press the elevator button. We checked-out at 3 in the morning and he was full of energy to go through the procedures for us and print out the paper nucleic acid report. The security guard Paoba was also very enthusiastic and helped us carry our luggage. The driver Amea took us to the airport and chatted with us on the way, hoping to meet again in the future. Life in Dubai is also very easy. Everyone speaks English and is very friendly. Dubai is very tolerant. There are people from all over the world who dress according to their own customs, and don't force their headscarves and veils. Women are indeed less common outside than men, but they are also respected and do not feel unsafe. All in all, Dubai is a great place for leisure and travel, and Flora Creek Apartment is a great apartment hotel. Will choose here next time I come to Dubai with my family.

My stay at Somewhere Hotel Apar**ent was an absolute delight from start to finish. Its proximity to City Centre Deira Metro Station made navigating the city a breeze, and being just a stone's throw away from the sprawling City Centre Deira Mall was incredibly convenient. The fact that it's only two metro stations away from the airport was a huge plus for me, saving precious time on travel. Plus, having access to the metro red line meant easy exploration of Dubai's iconic landmarks like Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, and Dubai Marina. The breakfast, though à la carte, exceeded expectations, especially for a vegetarian like myself. And let's not forget the cherry on top: the lovely rooftop pool provided a serene escape after a day of sightseeing. But what truly set Somewhere apart was the outstanding service, particularly from Badr and Oussama at the front desk. Their warmth and efficiency made me feel right at home. The room upgrade was a pleasant surprise, and the 1-bedroom suite was spacious and comfortable. And let me tell you, the king-size bed and fluffy pillows ensured I had the best night's sleep of my trip. Overall, Somewhere Hotel Apar**ent exceeded all expectations with great value, and I can't wait to return.

The Al Sondos Suites by Le Meridien provides a great place for travelers to relax after a busy day. The Al Sondos Suites by Le Meridien is an ideal choice for travelers who want to take in the sights and sounds of Dubai. The hotel offers easy access to Dubai International Airport, just 5km away. Transportation around the city is also convenient, with Deira City Centre Metro Station within walking distance. With multiple attractions nearby including Magic Planet City Centre Deira, Khalifa Altajir Mosque and Sheikh Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Masjid, guests will find plenty to keep themselves occupied. At the end of a busy day, travelers can unwind and relax in the hotel or go out and enjoy the city.

After staying last year, I recommended booking a 2nd-floor beachfront villa in the first row. The view was expansive, and it was convenient to get to the beach. This year, I went again, and by chance (due to a full house, the hotel upgraded us to a suite, but we could only check in at night, and for our subsequent plans, we couldn't enjoy late check-out from the suite), I unexpectedly discovered that villas in the back rows also offer good value for money; you don't always need the top-tier option. However, for the back-row rooms, I still recommend the 2nd floor for the expansive view. On the 1st floor, with buggies passing by, privacy is always a bit compromised. Also, you can check a map or notes to see which villa/room you're getting. Rooms facing the inner canal are quite good, while those facing the lawn have a slightly less appealing view. A 60-square-meter room is very spacious for two people. I believe all 2nd-floor rooms come with a balcony. The bathroom is quite large, almost half the size of the room. The price for the most basic room without breakfast is only one-third of the sea-view suite. Plus, Wild Wadi Waterpark tickets are included (if you go early, you can get free large towels, but they run out later. No need to rent a locker if you don't have valuables). Breakfast is 250 RMB per person, half price for children. You can book with breakfast or add it on-site if you decide to go. Dining at the hotel is quite expensive. A bowl of plain rice is 80 RMB, and spring rolls at 150 RMB are just ridiculous. The hotel claims to have 20 restaurants, but honestly, there isn't much to eat. A taxi ride to the nearby Mall of the Emirates costs 100 RMB round trip, and there's a food court downstairs with burgers, pizza, and Chinese food. But this doesn't compensate for the expensive/limited hotel dining options. The breakfast in the main building is good; the egg chef is very skilled, making sunny-side-up eggs tender but not undercooked. Fruits and bread are plentiful, though Chinese-style options are limited to some steamed dim sum. The cleanliness and housekeeping of the room are impeccable. During this stay, the butler service improved; there were no more unanswered calls, and they were generally very enthusiastic. The buggies and abra boats usually arrived quickly. The only frustrating part was the local staff's math during checkout. We had one night upgraded to a suite, then for the next three nights, all upgrades and breakfast were canceled, and we paid separately for breakfast for 4 days (2 people for 2 days, 3 people for 2 days). The entire checkout process, the butler (the only one I had to complain about this time, a Caucasian person who seemed unenthusiastic), upon seeing I had an issue with the bill, actually said she couldn't handle it and told me to go to the front desk to check out. The front desk recalculated several times and finally found that one day's meal charges were incorrect, and one transaction was misallocated... it took 4 recalculations in total. Of course, the front desk ladies were very patient, and the gentleman at the front desk during check-in was also very patient. We arrived quite late, and he still explained the upgrade costs. After the first night's upgrade, he even arranged a late check-out for the room change the next day. Although he mistakenly upgraded us to a 1st-floor sea-facing suite instead of the room type I wanted, his attitude was very good, which prevented me from getting angry.

The place is good if you’re not planning to stay inside the whole day. The staff is amazing. Very welcoming, friendly and genuine. Especially the evening receptionist (Egyptian gentleman, I forgot his name). The rooms are spotless clean and also the housekeeping staff really do a great job. The gym and pool are in another building, short walk away. Gym is very well equipped and the pool has a nice view. The room only has a small window and this can at time feel a bit odd. All by all, would consider again.

Before booking, I read some reviews mentioning the hotel was a bit dated, but honestly, the decor and maintenance are quite good, and it didn't feel old at all. Any issues were promptly addressed by calling room service, and someone was sent over very quickly. Our double room was very spacious, and the breakfast spread was excellent. The restaurant where breakfast is served also offers a good dinner, with a 20% discount for hotel guests. Overall, the service was outstanding; the staff were polite, warm, and very responsive. My only minor complaint (perhaps taking off half a point) is the wait time at the front desk, and a slight hiccup during check-out. We were initially asked to pay a tourist tax which we had already settled. After a supervisor confirmed it wasn't required, some time was unfortunately wasted. The hotel's location is excellent. It's only one metro stop away from both the Burj Khalifa and The Dubai Mall (though realistically, walking from the Dubai Mall Metro station to the mall itself takes about 10 minutes, and the area around there is quite chaotic with ongoing construction, making it tricky and a long walk to find a ride-sharing pick-up point). This, of course, is not the hotel's fault! It's also just one stop from the Museum of the Future (in fact, walking there might even be quicker than taking the metro or a taxi, especially if the weather isn't too hot). The rooftop pool isn't huge, but it's a great spot to watch the sunset, and the bar offers stunning city night views. The only real inconvenience is that the hotel's main entrance is situated right before the entry ramp to a major expressway. While the hotel's contracted drivers know to maneuver a bit to get onto the main road quickly, ride-sharing services or regular taxis will often take a long loop around the hotel's side roads, only to come back to a spot near the front entrance before joining the main road. The detour isn't the biggest issue; it's mainly that you'll likely be stuck in traffic for a while. Generally, morning traffic is much smoother.

Very nice place, studio serviced apartments are very nice. But don't get a room close to the entrance gate and road because cars and motorcycles will sleep deprive you all night. Very busy road as it goes down to the beach carparks with very loud cars and motorcycles going past all night until about 4am-5am. So request a room down the opposite end of the resort from the road and you should have an awesome stay. Resort has its own scuba diving courses, kite surfing lessons and wind surfing and paddle boards and stuff. It has a very good gym with top of the line gym machines and equipment and a very nice swimming pool area. Resort right smack bang on the beach. It has a nice sitting area where you can enjoy a meal and some drinks and look out at the ocean.

They even called me directly to resolve any difficulties I had with taxis or delivery. They also upgraded my room, and it was my first time staying at a penthouse. It was really big, had a lot of rooms, and there were some old parts, but overall, it was a really great place to stay! They even delivered Dubai chocolate. It took 20 minutes to deliver~ There are a lot of restaurants nearby that deliver, and the view is great. I'm especially grateful to the staff who helped me with check-in and check-out. My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Glden Sands 3 Hotel Apartment. As a large group of nine, with adults, teenagers, and children, we found the two adjacent family suites to be a perfect fit. The breakfast was excellent, and the kids loved the swimming pool. We also appreciated the convenience of the on-site car rental and tour booking services, which saved us from having to arrange things elsewhere. The free parking is also great. It was a great stay for our whole family! The only thing that could make the experience even better would be to have dedicated hours for ladies to use the swimming pool.
