Parking: Two free parking spaces are available in the shared driveway. Detailed instructions regarding parking will be provided before your arrival, along with check-in information.2. Smoking: Smoking and vaping are only allowed outside the property. We kindly request that guests step away from doors and windows to prevent smoke from entering the premises. 3. Parties or events: Parties or events are not permitted on the property. Please note that a $1000 fee will be charged if any unauthorized parties or events are held at the property.4. Maximum occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed is 10. Please ensure that your guest count is accurate when making a reservation. If you plan to have visitors, kindly inform us upon booking.5. Open flames and candles: For safety reasons, no open flames or candles are allowed inside the property.6. No pets: We have a strict no-pet policy. A $500 cleaning fee will be added to the reservation if any pets are discovered7. ( there is a fire hydrant near the driveway located on the grass please be careful when pulling in or backing out ) 13. Kindly note that the use of indoor or outdoor speakers is strictly prohibited on the property .14. Please note that the supplies provided in the property are intended to serve as starter supplies. This includes essentials such as toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, body wash, and more. If you find that you need additional supplies during your stay, please feel free to purchase them from nearby stores as needed.15. This one isn’t a rule but to maintain your privacy and that of the adjacent property, two of the windows have privacy film due to the shared backyard. 16.Hot tub is seasonal (open from August till early October ) 1. Operating Hours: Please use the hot tub only during designated hours (e.g., 9 AM - 10 PM).2. Shower Before Use: All guests must take a shower before entering the hot tub to maintain cleanliness.3. Max Occupancy: The hot tub has a maximum capacity of 4 people at a time. Please adhere to this limit.4. No Glass Containers: Glass items are not allowed near the hot tub for safety reasons. Use plastic or non-breakable containers.5. No Running or Diving : For safety, no running, diving, or rough play around the hot tub area.6. **Children Supervision**: Children must be supervised at all times while in or around the hot tub.7. Personal Items: Please do not bring in personal items such as soap, oils, or lotions that may affect the water quality.8. Health Precautions: Guests with medical conditions (e.g., heart problems, pregnancy) should consult a doctor before using the hot tub.9. Clean Up After Use: Please use the provided towels and equipment to dry off and keep the area tidy.10. Report Issues: If you notice any problems with the hot tub, please report them immediately to the host.11. I had a very wonderful experience at the Hampton inn in Haverhill. The atmosphere is so relaxed, and it's very clean, and the service was just outstanding! I am both deaf and have difficulty with my legs, and everybody was so helpful to me. It was wonderful to take a bath in the handicapped accessible bathtub! I haven't been able to take a real bath in years! I will be sure to bring my bath salts the next time around, LOL! And the breakfast was to die for, waffles, omelets, fresh fruit, and the coffee was perfect. I have never had a bad experience at a Hampton inn, but this was an exceptional stay. I just became a Hilton rewards client, and I plan to be staying at Hampton inns a lot in the next year as I travel. Thank you so much for the service you provided.

Our stay at the Artisan was wonderful. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and worked with pride in their jobs. The lobby with a fireplace was great. We loved the ease of walking directly from the hotel lobby into Tuscan Grille for a fantastic dinner. We also enjoyed breakfast the next morning (off of the lobby as well). We walked around the shops and loved the Tuscan Market for a fresh sandwich for lunch, which we ate outside on a lovely October day. The only thing that surprised us was that there is a lot of noise in the room. We heard everyone talking in the hall but most bothersome was Friday night - I think there may have been a DJ at the 5th floor club (we were on the 3rd floor). We were exhausted so chose to call it an early night and relax in our room and watch tv after a long day traveling. We couldn't hear the tv in our own room over the music from outside! In fairness, I believe the music stopped by 10 o'clock but when you're tired, it was a lot (especially at close to $500/night).This was not an issue on Saturday. We would definitely return when in the area.

It is far from the city, but the environment is good. The hotel rooms are large, especially the rooms on the first floor. When you push the door, you will see the inner courtyard. The corridor and the room have a strong smell of cleaning and disinfection (carpet cleaning?), which is unbearable; the two rooms I booked were assigned to the two ends of the corridor, which are more than 100 meters apart; the door to the balcony in the room only has an anti-theft chain, and it can be opened a crack by turning the door handle from the outside, which lacks a sense of security. The key to the hidden lock on the door is not allowed to be used, saying that the hotel does not allow it to be given to guests, which is inexplicable; the lighting in the room is relatively dim and uncomfortable. Because it is in the suburbs, the surrounding natural environment is okay, but it takes more than an hour to get into the city to catch up with the commute.
