Reception girls, very helpful and help anyway they can. Rooms are spacious and have everything you need . We had 2 x 3 Bedroom Apartmenst and Floor 6 and Floor 15 both are great views. Close to Surf Club, Shops Coles and Takeaways walking distance. Overlooking beach. Will definately return to this wonderful place.

We have been to the Sunny Coast a few times. Mostly staying at Alexandra Headland. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Landmark it is so close to everything. We had nice walks on the beach. Restaurants downstairs with views of the beach. We had a roof top Spa. Next time we will do a Bbq as Woolies is just around the corner to buy provisions. Our room was a little ’tired’ but views of the glass house mountains made up for that. We will be back.

Location is great, however our room (on level 1) overlooked the back / side streets of the hotel and the noise from garbage trucks / children below screaming in their hot tub / roadworks etc., was really loud and started early in the morning and woke us up. Facilities were good - small kitchenette, newly renovated bathroom, 2 x bedrooms, nice 'lounge area' and a lovely balcony - the noise was just a real nuisance. We also had a problem with the water overflowing outside one of the bedrooms late at night, which warranted us contacting the owners to take a look. Gushing noise was right near the bedhead of the bed and we were unable to sleep. Problem was rectified quickly and owners were grateful for being advised of the problem. I've stayed here before but stayed in a 2 bedroom unit overlooking the marina and surf club - much nicer room, further up, less noise. Owners are lovely people to chat with and helpful with information / directions as well. Pool was lovely (cold), spa was lovely and warm. Didn't partake in any food at the hotel during our stay, so can't comment on that. Short of trying to cut back some of the noise from the back streets - it was a pleasant visit.

We have just returned from 9 nights in Mooloolaba staying at Peninsular and it was magic. The location is great. You walk out the front door and everything is at your feet. Cafes, Restaurants, Surf Life Saving Club, Retails, Coffee, Ice Cream and more. The room itself is fantastic. Plenty of room for the 5 of us in a 3 bedroom with big kitchen, lounge and balcony to soak up the sun or to watch the waves roll in. The swimming pool and tennis court are great and we spent plenty of time using both with the cleanliness of the pool a testament to the staff and their hard work. In fact all of the interactions we had with the staff were friendly and engaging so you can see why this place is so well run. If you are heading to the Sunshine Coast then stay here - we will be returning for sure.

Hotel is in a great location moments from everything. Room was basic but very clean and fresh. I did specifically book (and paid a little extra for) a water view as fancied sitting looking at the sea but on arrival found room although was on a higher floor was a hinterland view side. Casually mentioned it to reception but was told the higher floors are classed as water views even if they are on hinterland side as you can see the sea if you look round. True, if I hung over the balcony I did get a very slight glimpse of the sea! However view was still fairly nice and as I was only staying 1 night I didn’t make a fuss and accepted it. Carpark as people have noted very tight and saw a 4X4 get stuck getting round one of the corners on my way out. Apart from those items stay was nice and I would consider a stay again for the convenience (albeit being more specific if I wanted a water view that I’d paid for).

We stayed in a second story three bedroom apartment ,it was equipt with everything even kids games and cards . The rooms were spacious ,master bedroom with on suite overlooking the grounds and a twinkle of the sea .The living area had the same views. Each unit privately owned so the furnishings would be different . Our were little tired but comfy and fine ,It depends on what you are expecting . The only down side is that Surfside is divided in three only one section has a lift and it is a little quite scary lift that can break down with too much movement.We used it . We loved our stay and would recommend

I did phone the property first to ask a few questions and was given an amazing deal to book direct so naturally I did. I stayed in the two bed two bath on the 12th floor with water views. Waking up to the sunrise over the ocean everyday was beautiful! If you’re worried it’s not absolute waterfront you honestly won’t be disappointed with a water view apartment, huge balconies let you soak up the view privately. Mooloolaba is a more affordable option than Noosa with so much to do and see within walking distance If you want the flash and game of Noosa just jump in the car (or Uber) and drive Stylish furniture, clean and fresh interiors are welcoming and as I’ve mentioned the location is fantastic Allocated parking available and direct access for guests (or food deliveries) from intercom to your front door. Staff were unseen but available when you dial, which personally I want and enjoy. I’ll be back and will ask for this particular Appartment, I can not downgrade now lol Thank you for a fantastic week One overworked 30 something Sml business owner

Location is good, many shops nearby and beach is just across the road. Hotel has 2 pools, suana and gym. The thing i like best is the security of the hotel. However, on my check out day, the housekeeping lady came to knock on my door at 955am when my check out time is 1030am. Kind of annoyed. Overall stay is good still.

Great stay at Windward Apartments. Directly across the road from the beach with interrupted (but still great) views of the ocean. You can park the car and walk every where. Unit was comfortable and clean (but a little dated). On-site managers were friendly and helpful. Games area for kids/ families, with entertainment packs for kids- great touch!

Extremely disappointed. The owner Brett should be ashamed for ripping off people in a state of emergency. We booked a room for this weekend, unfortunately we could not make it due to the state wide flood emergency. My grandmother called to let the business know that it would be unsafe for us to drive this morning and that we wouldn’t be able to make it due to road closures. She asked if we would be able to transfer the credit to next weekend to which the presumed owner was incredibly rude, refusing a credit and told her he has a business to run. Any other circumstances and this would be understandable as we respect business policy, however in a state of emergency, the Australian Consumer Law under Travel and Accommodation states Cancellation because of a natural disaster or other crisis – frustration of contract A crisis such as a bushfire or flood may lead some guests to postpone or cancel their visit. Your rights and obligations will depend on the situation. You are both released from the contract if, for example: ＞ the accommodation has been destroyed ＞ access roads have been closed, or ＞ the authorities have advised that the area is not safe to enter. We were told that the policy would not be changing and to “get a lawyer”. We were so disappointed in such unprofessionalism as well as the poor treatment of potential returning customers. Unfortunately we are forced to take this further.

Absolutely recommend this place!! Right from check in, being an easy and informative process. Great customer service!! Good car parking space, and very clean lift. Room was fantastic! Spacious, full apartment setup. Kitchen and facilities, well equipped. Bedrooms spacious and clean. Lots of spare blankets/pillows in both rooms. Bathrooms both main and ensuite, are very clean and well presented. Beds are comfy and and are setup with smart tvs. Very modern apartment with a big outdoor area with large 6 seater outdoor furniture for eating and or entertaining. Pool, Spa and Sauna were well used by my family and are well maintained. Walking distance to the beach, and main shopping centre and great eateries of Mooloolaba. We were literally in the heart of Mooloolaba. I can’t wait for our next trip, and will without a doubt book Alexandra on the Pacific again! Thank you so so much for an amazing accommodation and experience 🥰

Arrived later than 5pm and was able to check smoothly as well with instructions given. Carpark is ok but abit tight for large vehicles. Rooms are clean though bathrooms abit small and water temperature is abit hard to control. No amenities like bathroom slippers or dental kits provided which is disappointing given the expensive rate. Left a charger in room and managed to get it back few days later, amazing service! Ok last but not least the ocean view is mind blowing!

Our check in was very easy the staff at the front desk where very helpful our two bedroom apartment was vert clean with a good view of the beach we had a swim in the pool and found it clean and well cared for. The Grand Palais is only a few minutes walk to the Alexandra surf club and only a 15 to 20 minute very pleasant walk to Mooloolaba cafes. We will definitely stay again

No information provided before booking about the pool and kids games room being under construction. Our room had a great view of a concrete slab that slightly resembled a pool. Whilst looking into the neighbouring resort that had a nice pool. Having two boys aged 8 and 10 and showing them photos of where we were staying only to arrive and find out we couldn’t even go for a swim in the pool was very disappointing. Paid the extra money to stay there just because they had a nice pool and games room. Receptionist was unavailable and useless. Couldn’t even provide a second key let alone a parking spot for our room. Wouldn’t stay there again.
