average hotel with basic amenities. It was heavily overpriced (although we stayed during Kumbh Mela time, so such a hike was expected). We stayed at a Deluxe room, no. 304. Room was pretty small, toilet latch was not working, lots of mosquitoes. This room had two single beds joined together, although MMT booking offered queen bed. This particular room lacked ventilation and external light as well as view, although other rooms in hotel are better than this room. Breakfast spread was very limited. Food hugely overpriced and taste was so-so. This particular room didn't have a phone either. Good things are: location was good. Staffs are polite, helpful and accommodative. Restaurant service available throughout the day until 11pm. Room service was good. On a final note: This is more of a B and B type hotel. Can stay if price is reasonable during non-Kumbh time.

We stayed on 6th & 7th may 24 .. we did not have a pleasant stay because of the ongoing construction on the site itself .. it was so annoying to extent that we had to shift in another room in the middle of the night . The jcb machine was operational throughout the night & it was impossible to sleep . What was the use of paying a high price in the name of the heritage property … rooms were small & everything is old including ac & linen … Over all not at all a satisfactory stay …

Had to stay overnight in Prayagraj as was returning from Mahakumbh with my aged father. The Hotel is in walking distance from The Railway Station but not at all a suitable place for elders as the Staircases are steep and lacks basic Lift like facilities. Also the reception area has hardly any space for 3 people to stand and above all the designated Manager ( not taking the name ) is arrogant and ill mannered and is utterly unprofessional. There is no food service in the room and as such after calling up the reception went to the Dining area with my very elderly Father to have Dinner and the place was crammed up leaving us with no other option but to return to our room without any food / dinner. The Bell boy helped me carry the luggage to my room , however while checking out I had to very carefully hold my Old Father walk down the Stairs and at the same time bring the luggage *****. The stay at the Hotel room was quite at ease but the bed and the blanket seemed not clean and I had to place our own bedsheet before sleeping. My rating should not affect the recommendation as I also understand that The City of Prayagraj was overburdened due to The Holy Pilgrimage at Mahakumbh.

My flight was at 3. 00 pm so i was sitting in reception area for 1 hour approx, that's not correct. Rooms are ok, not very spacious.

1. The location is walk away from the platform no 1. Just that you need to cross the divider. Otherwise need to walk a bit and take a u turn via the vehicle route. 2. The best part about this place is the people. They are very well behaved and co-operative. They make it the property worth 4 stars even though the property is a bit expensive and you may need to demand water bottle etc. Sometimes. But they are very co-operative 3. Doormat near the washroom was missing in our room and that made things dirty a bit. The door to the wasroom was noisy a lot which could break the sleep of our roommate in the night. Also, the reception area being close to the rooms, the mobile ringtone in the night can be disturbing. 4. Good is not great but they do serve breakfast for free.

Had a comfortable stay at the hotel Haidri Inn, prayagraj on 16th Feb 2025 &17th Feb2025. Although the situation in the city was quite difficult due to the presence of crores of pilgrimage to Mahakumbh, 2025 for a holy dip at tribeni sangam, the situation inside the hotel provided a calm,safe ,clean and small shelter. The location very near to railway station was an advantage. Staff behavior and food quality was satisfactory considering the prevailing situation. So it gave a good return to the money spent. The stay at Hotel was comfortable mostly except a few troubles. The location is good n placed on a good wide road. The troubles are the lift works but little erratic. The room s were not given to us before 12 noon. Though we arrived at the total by 9 am. The best thing is that the food at hotels restaurant is very good. U wud love to to hv breakfast n dinner at hotels restaurant itself.

We are from Assam and visited Prayagraj to attend the Maha Kumbha Mela.We booked Hotel Shree Kanha Residency from 9th January to 13th January,2025.We were given the number of CMD Shri Shashwat and he pleasantly gave us the location and guided us and also arranged for Manager Shri Nikhil Pandey to contact us.Shri Pandey arranged transportation from Railway Station to hotel late at night. Arriving at the hotel we found our room very spacious and comfortable.All arrangements were available and working. The bed sheets, bathrooms and other facilities were near and clean.The hotel staff were very courteous and helpful. I must also mention Manager Shri Ajay Singh who delivered all requests promptly. Another Manager Shri Abhishek ji also gave us good local knowledge about the Kumbha Mela and other important details. The hotel also has a superb restaurant Zimana where you can get varieties of delicious vegetarian dishes. All in all it is a fantastic hotel, situated very near Railway Station,in a quiet locality.
