|6.56km from city centerWe stayed at this location because we were going to graduation at Colorado State University in Fort Collns. Pros: Easy to get to and nice to be away from the freeway; late check in and convenient to do so on the Hilton Honors app, including accessing the room with my phone; room was clean but had a strong smell of something chemical that did not dissipate even with the window open. Note that the windows only open about 2 inches; Cons: that smell! Yuck! Hopefuly it meant that the room was super clean, but who knows...As for the parking fee, I agree completely with others - there is a HUGE parking lot and even though the hotel was ”sold out” for graduation, there were still many available spacesso why charge, for goodness sake? I did challenge the parking fee and thankfully the fornt desk person credited me for it. But, come on, a self parking fee in a great, big lot? The breakfast looked ok but there were absolutely no options for those who may wish to have anything other than sugary, carb loaded food, and there were no non-dairy options for milk, cream etc. Frankly, Hilton can do better than this....

There is a refrigerator and a microwave, and it is convenient to drink boiling water. There is coffee, boiling water, ice water, and lemonade in the bar downstairs. The front desk staff were welcoming.

They are prepared and given to the guests. Yours needs work. I could not believe I had to pay for parking. The front staff ask me “did I plan on parking here”. I just drove up from TX booked three nights, where else would I park “. So I had to pay for parking. That is unacceptable! Then I was told to pull the bedding and towel and place outside the room. And out the trash outside the room. You might want to give people a normal trash bag to hold to the trash. I had to get one from a family member. Otherwise trash would have been on the floor. If I’m pulling bedding and emptying trash, I’d like to be paid. This is my vacation not a working vacation. You e got a nice hotel but this is not working for me.

|1.71km from city centerElizabeth & Adam were awesome hosts. We were upgraded upon check in. The room had great view, fireplace, jet tub, microwave, fridge, Keurig, king size bed and big screen tv. After spending the day out in the cold snowy weather, it was so nice to come back to a warm & cozy room. The complimentary continental breakfast was far beyond expectations. Big variety of warm & cold choices along with hot Starbucks Coffee. The rooms were clean and cleaned daily. Additional towels and coffee were brought upon request. Estes Park was beating winter. Now, we must go back this summer. Definitely staying at Blue Door Inn!

When I opened the door, I noticed that the floor was that tile that represents wood (very good quality!). The room was small, but well furnished. The bed was comfy and the sheets were microfiber, which I enjoy. The linens were not the standard white that you find in every hotel. Instead, they’re similar to what you might use at home. I’m not sure if each room has a different color scheme or anything, but ours was grey and purple, and flowed very well. The air system was easy to figure out and worked well for the size of the room. If we ever come back, I’d definitely stay there again.

Room and bath were exceptionally clean and well-appointed. Mattress, pillows and bedding contributed to a wonderful night’s sleep. They serve an actual breakfast instead of the grab ‘n go offerings of the past few years; the usual continental breakfast also included eggs, potatoes, and sausage along with some toppings. When I checked out, the gentleman at the desk (perhaps the owner?) was very personable. PS: For those complaining about highway traffic noise and a loud air conditioner, NEVER travel without foam earplugs. They work wonders!!!

|2.17km from city centerThere appeared to be some people sitting/living in the bushes in the front of the hotel. This is not a welcoming sight, nor did it give me a safe feeling. There are two single doors to enter the property (one single pull door on the outside, then another in a little vestibule before you get to the interior of the hotel. If you need to use a luggage cart to get into the hotel it is nearly impossible to do it by yourself. The automatic door open option wasn't working so that was no help. In addition, there was duct tape over the interior door latch to make sure it was always open. Again, this didn't make me feel very safe. When I checked in, the very young man working the front desk never once made eye contact with me. He took my ID and credit card, made copies, gave me a room key and asked if I had questions. Again, not very welcoming. The room appeared to be clean and was quiet. Breakfast was decent. But I probably wouldn't stay at this location again in the future if I am ever back in this area.

|1.96km from city centerOn September 3, 2022 my wife and I traveled 15 hours to stay in Estes Park at Coyote Mountain Lodge to do some hiking in the area. I had made reservations at the hotel in July and had an email confirmation from their hotel (#CMLCO319****). Upon arrival late in the evening on Labor Day Weekend, we were told they could not find us in their system. The city was at full capacity and their were not other rooms to be found, forcing us to incur an hour drive to Boulder, hundreds of dollars in extra trip costs and the stress of replanning our trip and hikes. The clerk stated they had changed their computer system and lost our reservation, despite me showing it to him on their own business e-mail letterhead with a confirmation number. The manager later called me and called the episode an ”inconvenience”. They dod not offer to assist in finding an alternative location for us late on a holiday weekend. I'm not a young man anymore and was quite tired after the long trip. The service to assist me and my wife was terrible, no help, no compensation to cover our additional expenses and stress. I would not recommend Coyote Mountain Lodge.

|1.06km from city centerWe booked a block of rooms for my sisters 30th Birthday and went to the Estes Park Food and Wine Festival and let me tell you - the Ridgeline was PERFECT! The teenage boys were in Heaven with the pool, the arcade games, the pool tables, the food. The adults had an outstanding time - the rooms were immaculate, the hotel SMELLS AMAZING, I forgot how much I love a hotel bar. Fire pits and s’mores kits, and shuffleboard and cocktails, and 3.5 minutes up the hill from the lake and downtown Estes. The hotel staff went above and beyond, kept our rooms together, and helped us decorate for my sisters 30th. I HIGHLY recommend this Hotel for families, couples, a weekend getaway, a reunion, an event, everything. We can’t wait to go back when winter settles in.

|8.16km from city centerUnfortunately, I had the worst experience I've ever had with this hotel. I reserved 22 rooms 7 months prior to arriving with a group of 80. I gave them my credit card, license, and was all set to go. 6 weeks prior to leaving, I reached out to my contact to see if there was anything that I needed to do yet, and received nothing in return. I emailed them 3 weeks prior, and received a call 2 days from the person I dealt with and tried to call 6 weeks earlier. They ended up letting me know that they let all of my rooms go and gave them to another group in a matter of 48 hours. I received no heads up or anything about me having to fill or do anything, which I guess I was supposed to but was never notified of it. After this happened, I was hoping they would help fix, compensate, or find something else, and they didn't do anything. I reached out to customer service, was left on hold for 2 hours, was dropped 3 different times, and spoke to 7 different people about the situation, and nothing came from it. An awful way to do business with people. I would not recommend staying at any hotels associated with this place.

|4.73km from city centerThanks to the friendly staff, especially Craig and Kristen at the front desk. This property is the closet lodging to access Estes Park/Rocky Mountain National Park. Property is about 10 years old but is newly redecorated and the rooms all have new furnishings, carpet and linens! King size bed mattress was super comfortable (very important to me as I have had two back surgeries and a hip replacement!) This place is extremley well cared for. The have a snack bar that you can purchase snacks and beverages, so you do not have to leave the property. Complimentary breakfast with the expected items (bagels, toast, waffles, yougurt, muffins, mini donuts) Weekdays had scrambled eggs & link sausage and weekends had eggs/sausage/biscuts & gravy and french toast sticks. Adjacent restaurant has a brewery and serves excellent BBQ.. Coming from Kansas City I can be a real BBQ snob, and their BBQ is excellent (Friday night featured smoked Prime Rib!!!) This is a great property, ignore the negative reviews left by the Karens of the internet!!! Competitive price, clean and comfortable! Rooms that face the west have a great view of the Front Range of the Rocky Mountain Range.

|0.93km from city centerWe visited Fort Collins for a family event in August 2022. We stayed at the Elizabeth Hotel for three nights. The front desk staff was fantastic. They had musical instruments to borrow, as well as a great collection of Vinyl records. Each room has a record player. The decor is astounding as it intersperses traditional spiral staircases with modern art hangings both metal decalage and fabric on wall motifs. The mosaic floors in the foyer and elevators are a play on Classical Roman patterns crossed with modern geometric design. The elevators are also huge! The rooms are spacious, immaculate and well planned. The beds are extremely comfortable. Breakfast was really good in the Emporium restaurant downstairs. This is fabulous place to stay in Fort Collins. If we are here again, we will happily stay at the Elizabeth Hotel.

The hotel was extremely clean and the rooms are very spacious. The rooms come with a full kitchen, the only drawback was no dishes or silverware were in the kitchen. I assume you have to request these items. Overall, this was a great stay and I will definitely stay at a My Place Hotel again.

|1.1km from city centerIf I could give 0 stars, I would. Our family stays in hotels many times throughout the year because we love to travel and this was the worst experience we have ever had. The hotel itself is nice but the facility is being very poorly managed. We stayed for 4 days and after checking out 4 mysterious charges appeared on our credit card, totally almost $200. When I called to ask about the charges I was told our room was “trashed” and that the charges were extra cleaning fees. Minus some crumbs on the carpet our hotel was no different than we always leave it. I even loaded the dishwasher and cleaned off the countertops. They claimed they had photos of the “trashed” room so I repeatedly asked to see the photos. Nothing. We decided to email the regional manager of the hotel and received an email back stating that they had charged the wrong room and it was in fact the room next door that had been trashed. He stated that he would refund all charges along with an extra $50 for any inconvenience. Two weeks later and we have another $250 charge to our card and no refund. Thankfully we have email documentation of their mistake so our credit card company will be correcting the error, but travelers BEWARE. Do not stay here.

The front desk girl, let me use cash as the $25 deposit because I didn't have my debit or credit card at the time of check in and said I could bring it back by when I had it, which I did before she got off her shift. Not to mention she said the snacks were on her. (Of course I tried to return the favor) her customer service & hospitality was phenomenal. She deserves a medal or something.
The rooms were way better than we had expected, we just overall loved the hotel & will be staying with them over any other one. I even lost track of time & she didn't try calling me until well after 1:30 when in any other hotel, latest would have been noon & they would be rushing us out with th
e phone ringing off the hook or a knock every 2 minutes. & that's not even past the lage check out time
& a different lady at the front allowed a late check out of 1 pm.

We Loved having a fireplace in our king room along with the patio to relax on after a full day of hiking. Fridge/microwave and coffee maker were added bonus. The breakfast area offerings were exceptional and staff kept all items full and counter/tables clean. This was our first trip to Estes Park and we will definitely stay here again when we venture back.
