Cold shower totally ruined experience. Intermittent hot/cold water made entire experience miserable. To make matters worse, front desk person told me it wasn’t her problem as I booked via a 3rd party! Manager was not on site and did not return my call to field my complaint.

We were in town for medical appointments, the location in proximity to our medical center was great, we did feel safe at this hotel property, overall was a nice, quiet, clean hotel with friendly staff.

Hampton Inn was our hotel every time we went out of town.
It continues to be a great hotel to stay in. Pleasantly surprised that their standards stayed the same all these years.
