We had a 2 room suite with small balcony in this boutique hotel (10 rooms, I think)- we had brought our son with us. I had emailed the hotel about a special occasion, and upon entering our room they gave us a special treat ( I won't spoil the surprise). Billy, in particular, our concierge upon check- in was wonderful. We were also greeted upon arrival with our choice of beverage - we chose cappuccino. The barista put a little design on top. The rooms were comfortable - the location was incredible - within walking distance to all the sights - and the breakfast was wonderful. There is nowhere else we would stay while in Prague (We booked under the name Myo Hotel Mysterius).

Our room had a comfortable bed, modern TV and a shower with good water pressure. The free wi-fi was good enough to stream Netflix over and better than many other hotels I've stayed in. There was a minibar and the prices were on par with the small shops nearby. The room was clean and the only thing I can complain about was that it could get a little noisy from the street outside at night. The part of the hotel we stayed in didn't seem to have an elevator but we were staying one floor up so that wasn't a big deal. The breakfast was pretty good too - I would have liked bacon instead of the sausages but that is just a personal preference. It is located in a very picturesque part of the old town.

We stayed in a very comfortable two bedroom / two bathroom apartment. The apartment was very large and very tastefully furnished, to include a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. The beds were comfortable and fitted with high quality linens. The apartment was located about two blocks off Prague Square (behind Tyn Cathedral) and within walking distance to great restaurants, shops and attractions. The building was very secure, but easy to access, with manned reception area during the day. We (2 ladies) felt very secure walking in the surrounding area in the evening. I highly recommend this establishment and would love to stay here again.

My wife and I stayed here for 3 days while visiting Prague. I did a little research ahead of time to find a place that was centrally located in the Old Town area, you can only learn so much from researching on a map. Once we arrived in person I was very happy with my choice. This is a wonderful place to stay in Prague. The location is incredibly charming and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. The room is the perfect size, just enough space to live comfortably for a few days. After all, why would you spend all your time in your hotel room while you're in Prague?! It had a great little kitchenette with the right utensils to prepare your own food if you are so inclined. The best quality about Cathedral Prague Apartments is the location. Once you step out the door you are literally a 1 minute walk away from the Old Town Square and great sights like the Astronomical Clock. Even Prague Castle is within walking distance, about 20 minutes away. There is so much to do and everything is easily walkable. For the price and location you cannot make a better choice. One tip. You should not expect the check-in desk to be right inside the front door as this is both a restaurant/cafe and hotel. You'll need to ask one of the staff members to direct you towards the check-in desk when you arrive.

We are just back from 4 nights in Prague. You can not fault the location of these apartments. We bought tram tickets at the airport as a friend had advised us to do this - not needed. Everything was in walking distance and right on the old town square. We got a little lost trying to find this to begin with. We phoned and a staff member came to where we were to collect us and took us back to the apartment! Great service. The next day another staff member gave us a map and explained this to do and how to get there. On the last day we were a late flight home so we were able to keep our bags in a locked area so we could still go out for the day. The apartments are large, clean and comfortable. And if you’re like us you are only really using it to sleep in anyway! The place is locked up at 10pm but you are given a key to get in. It’s all very secure. Fab stay, would recommend and stay again if we return to Prague. Thank you!!

:-) Location, Location, Location about 100m from Old Town Square in a Beautiful restored Old building the Apartment is basic but more than adequate for our needs. The Kitchenette is great for preparing simple meals. With decent sized fridge. It looks out over the rear of the building courtyard which is good, as the noise from the square goes on into the small hours. There's a lift so stairs aren't a problem. :-( Check in was a disaster a Door bell not working and the host unable to answer his phone for an hour and half. Made for a very very stressful first impression and us nearly having to book into another hotel for the first. But eventually got sorted. There's no Air-conditioning but with Prague only having few warm weeks, and the fans supplied were adequate keeping the place comfortable. The Bathroom shower had a very high step up into it and was a bit precarious stepping down onto the wet tiles just a note for anyone with mobility problems.

This beautiful and historical little gem is situated in the heart of it all. Whether your interest is architecture, Communism, Jewish culture/history, or you're simple here for the beer, this place is perfect for walking to any and all of these destinations. You are literally steps from the Old Town Square, Charles Bridge, and the Jewish Quarter. A few more steps and you'll find yourself wandering down by the Vlatava River, keep going until you reach Naplavka, a hip and fun place to grab a drink, listen to some music and on the weekend visit the farmers market. (This is in my opinion is the quintessential example of Prague life) But don't miss the New Town and Mala Strana. Head to the castle in the morning, crossing Charles Bridge before the hoards of tourists and selfie sticks take over it like ants on a sugar cube. If you are travelling with the littles or just a sucker for monkeys and penguins, you'll be hard pressed to find a more impressive zoo then Prague Zoo. The apartments have air-conditioning, although about 90% of the time in Prague you'll never need it. The beds are comfy and there is a TV just in case you have to catch a spot of international news or the stock market. The shower pressure is amazing, especially after all the travel. But make sure that you bring your own toiletries. There is coffee and tea, might want to grab a small milk or creamer at any of the little corner shops, also known as Potraviny. Having a refrigerator and a small cook top is all fantastic. Although we did not cook anything in the room, we were able to keep water and beer cold :) The steps up are a bit daunting, so if you struggle with that on a normal day, don't expect anything different here, although there is a lift from the ground to the entrance, you'll still need to traverse a few more steps to make to the room. I would greatly recommend taking time to sit outside on the rood top terrace with coffee or wine or whatever and just enjoy. We were absolutely charmed and happy with our decision to stay here and will definitely stay again.

The location is very good, right in the center of the Old Town Square, going in from the arch next to a restaurant, very quiet, walking a few minutes from the subway station, there are many breakfast varieties, but there will be bugs. . .

Driving up to the hotel can be confusing if you’re not used to Prague. Good directions on the wall of the hotel as to the location of the reception. I hopped out and was instantly welcomed by two staff members. One followed me out to the car to help us park it and even helped take our bags to our rooms. This staff member, I think Hanza? I feel really bad that I can’t remember his name - was absolutely tremendous. He anticipated all that we needed to know. He gave us great directions and information regarding where to go, where to eat, where the locals eat, where to avoid, etc. even when we checked out they had our car all ready to go and helped us to take our bags to the car. Reception staff member was friendly and gave us a good guide as to where to go. Check in and check out was easy and absolutely fabulous. Rooms were spacious. Breakfast was plentiful! Rooms were warm at night and absolutely perfect temperature. I liked the fact we could adjust the heat on the radiators :) it may be a European hotel thing so I’m not sure whether these let the hotel down or were standard: glasses were not taken away/cleaned. I wasn’t too sure what the housekeeper did - just remake the bed? Towels which were placed on the floor were thrown haphazardly onto the towel rack. We could tell from a dirt stain (which is why only one of the three towels were on the floor. The other two towels we placed on the racks to reuse). The shower pressure appears to be dependent on how Many people are also taking a shower at the same time. This may cause a risk to young children as at one stage it went from a lovely lukewarm temperature to scalding hot. Otherwise it was a very nice stay and within walking distance of everything. We would recommend this hotel as a place to stay for singles, couples and families.

Great location - easy to find when driving to Prague as it’s only a couple of turns into the tight winding streets. A warm welcome from friendly staff and a lovely modern clean hotel. Breakfast was served at its sister hotel 2 mins away where we also had a lovely warm welcome and the breakfast was fine. The room was modern and a little quirky (glass bathroom might not be to everyone’s taste if they were not a couple perhaps) All good and at a decent price.

This hotel does not have a reception of their own, you have to check in at Metamorphis (I think it was called?), equipped with very friendly and helpful staff who escorts you to the room. The room itself is big, clean, has AC/heating, big clean bathroom, nice beds. Soap and tea is included. I've seen that others have mentioned that the square which the hotel is located on is pretty loud at nights, but we didn't have this problem and slept well all 3 nights. There is no elevator, there is no coffee (only a broken coffee machine in the hallway). The room keys are physical, the wifi not super fast and the TV is very old, complicated to turn on and only offers Czech channels, which makes the whole experience a bit like travelling in the 90s or mid-00s. For the price, this was OK by us. The location is perfect and the breakfast is acceptable (good coffee, somewhat bland food and a breakfast area that is quite hard to access for anyone with disabilities). UNFORTUNATELY my rating will have to be a 1 since we were fined for an already broken hair dryer. During our first morning, the hair dryer slipped off the sink and went in 2 pieces on the bathroom floor. We are talking about a very old hair dryer where the heating setting buttons didn't work since a long time. We did put the hairdryer back together but missed the start button so obviously the hair dryer wouldn't work. Anyway, since the hairdryer didn't work from the start (regarding the heating settings) we asked for a new one, which we got. In my mind, hotels should appreciate feedback and take it as a chance to improve. All was fine until the last night when we found out we would be fined for the accident which we were not OK with. We then made an effort to fix the hairdryer ourself (putting the start button back in place) which worked, but despite showing this to the staff we were still fined. It left a bitter aftertaste to our experience and I will not return to this hotel.

Nové Město
We just got back from our 7-day trip to Prague and we had the best hotel experience staying at Park Inn Hotel. The whole staff was very kind and available for any request 24/7. Our room was gorgeous, extremely spacious and cozy, with two walls covered in large windows that faced the Moldava River and the streets of Prague. The bathroom had both a shower and a bathtub, which was very comfortable since I prefer long hot baths and my boyfriend takes quick showers. Moreover we had three different Dove hand-body wash/shampoo dispensers that were free to use. The cleaning service works everyday, but I noticed a few problems, like some dirt on the carpet in a corner behind the entrance door and two or three rose petals under our bed on our very first day (maybe because it was February 15th and we checked-in earlier than we were supposed to, so the cleaning lady didn't have enough time to and they also offer laundry service. There's a restaurant on the ground floor where we had breakfast everyday, and it serves a vast range of dishes and beverages (eggs, bacon, sausages, baked beans, cheese, potato pancakes, butter, bread, pastries, jams, cereal, milk, smoothies, all kinds of coffee and tea and so much more). The restaurant is also open for lunch and dinner, but the prices are a lot higher than in a local restaurant in the city, so we didn't try it. The hotel is 4 minutes away from two different tram stops (Vytón [where there's also a ticket machine with a card reader in case you don't have any change] and Albertov) and just 300mt away from a tiny supermarket named Tesco for any groceries necessity.

Myself and my husband stayed here for three nights as part of BA package. The hotel was only a short transfer from the hotel and is right next to Metro and Tram transport links. The hotel is very modern, clean, and quiet - at times we felt like we were the only people staying there! The reception staff were always very polite. We were able to get into our room as soon as we arrived and they were able to always help us - we bought transport tickets from them at reception, changed money from notes to coins and also used the luggage storage service upon checking out. The only slight disappointment is that there were a range of items provided in the fridge in the room (water, beer, pepsi and cholocate) and we were only aware that these were chargeable upon checkout when we were billed for them! We have stayed in many hotels around the world were obviously items in the mini bar are chargable, however this has always been made clear on a sign in the room, but we have also stayed in hotels were the items are complimentary. Also don't forget you will get billed a nightly tax at the end of your stay. We did however have a lovely stay at the Diplomat and nothing was too much trouble. We would return here if ever returning to Prague.

My husband booked this as a surprise 18th Wedding Anniversary get away. The hotel is beautiful. Comfortable and immaculately clean. A stone's throw from the metro which was so easy to navigate. We went all over. The Architecture is just stunning. We were lucky with the weather....not too cold, but all courtyard bars have blankets to snuggle under with heaters. Be prepared to walk alot if sightseeing is your thing. And no high heels. All the streets and roads are cobbled. Food and drink are so cheap and the beer is crazy cheap. We lived our time away. The breakfast was a huge selection. And although there isn't tea or coffee making in the rooms, it's available all around the hotel complimentary. We loved the little linen bag you hang out every day for a little surprise. Easy check in and out. Definately recommend.

This hotel is located on the edge of Prague's Old Town. It takes 20 minutes to walk to Prague Square, which is a long way. Uber is recommended (Uber in Czech is very convenient and cheap). The hotel facilities are a bit old and had to be renovated about 5-8 years ago. The lobby downstairs is very bright, the afternoon tea in the lobby bar is delicious, and there is a small casino on the ground floor (Prague has many such small casinos, this is considered regular). There is a small shopping mall downstairs and a supermarket inside (not 24 hours, it closes at about 20:00)

I am a frequent traveler to the Czech Republic, so I am frequently coming and going through Prague. I have stayed at many hotels in Prague ... and The Emblem is absolutely the best. I stay nowhere else now. #1 ... is the SERVICE. Absolutely stellar staff ... Erika, Teresa, et. al. have gone over the top many times to make my visit the best. #2 ... LOCATION. Right near Old Town Square ... near Charles Bridge ... near the trams. Perfect location. #3 ... SPA ... massage ... fitness .... #4 ... FOOD ... the attached Michelin-star'd dining restaraunt is spectacular. I recommend The Emblem ...without reservation. It is the best.

Thanks to BA cancelling my flight, i ended up with a night here at the Grandior. Centrally located for the Metro, trams and only a one stop metro ride from the Main railway station. I have stayed in Na Porici before and there are loads of good bars & restaurants close by. The hotel public areas and rooms are immaculate. Service was some of the best that i have had in the Czech republic, that can sometimes be a little surly at other locations. At breakfast time, guests are asked to wear masks to the buffet breakfast, however once at the table these can obviously be removed. On the subject of the breakfast it was more than adequate. If i was a little picky, i would like to see the selection of cold meat and fresh fruit expanded. The only pain for me at the hotel was that the lifts are operated by the room cards and these could be a little temperamental. Thought being so close to the road would be noisy but shouldn't have worried. Would definitely stay here again.
