A very good hotel, very good location, almost the core of Dresden's important attractions, except that its Klimaanlage is a bit noisy, there is nothing to complain about, and the garage entrance is a bit far from the lobby, but durch What is the relationship between Keller gehen? There are also many delicious dishes to choose from around ueFrauenkirshe.

A much better location of a hotel is hardly imaginable. Whoever stands in historical old towns is right there, because he is in the middle, right in the center. As regards the cleanliness and equipment of our room, there was nothing to defect, quite the opposite. All that you need is available. The breakfast booked is stored in the Italian restaurant next to it, but it does not stop all, since you have direct access from the hotel. The breakfast itself is very rich and for everyone certainly what it is. We booked the hotel for a night after a concert visit, which went until 22:30. At this time, it seems impossible to have a free seat in the many existing gastronomic facilities around the old market, because everything is occupied. I would have liked to have a sack in the hotel, but it is unfortunately impossible. But whoever doesn't necessarily make it on it, I can only recommend this hotel. What is also something sporty is when you travel with your own vehicle, the park search. But also there you will be helped at the reception, there are recommendations for parks nearby, where free capacity is also checked in the front desk.

My husband and I were traveling with our young adult children and needed one room for all of us. This place fit the bill. We have a two bedroom apartment. The entire place was very modern and offered many amenities that we didn't have the opportunity or need to take advantage of. The location is excellent. You are right in the thick of things. The room was pristine and well equipped. The only thing that was odd - and we found it humorous - was the height of the bathroom mirror. My daughter and I are each just over 5 feet tall and could only see the top few inches of our heads - not our faces, our heads. I know Germans are generally tall people, but this was just silly. The kids stayed in a room with bunk beds that were very comfortable. We stayed in the room with the queen bed - also very comfortable. We didn't need cleaning services during our stay. Lots of great restaurant's nearby. Would definitely come back.

Go to the old town to visit, go to the supermarket, the hotel is super convenient. The hotel parking lot is very expensive for 15 Euros a day. You can find a parking lot near the road. 6 Euros a day

We stayed one night in a suite at Vienna House booked through booking.com after filtering for 5 star hotels in Dresden. When arriving it became clear that this hotel does only have 4 stars. We spoke to booking.com and they said the rating is provided by the property and we need to speak to the hotel management. The hotel management then said that it is correct that they have 4 stars but they have 5 points at booking.com. Nobody can explain what the difference is but the hotel management does not see a problem at all. From our point of view this is completely miss-selling and just wrong. The hotel itself is not bad, the location in the city centre is excellent, the rooms are clean. However, the guest service (not only dealing with our complaint) is sub-par (ie we could only choose to have breakfast at 7 or 11 am or a limited room service option), they were not able to book a dinner table at a local restaurant and other basic services were missing (ie it is not easy to actually reach the hotel by car as in central square and the parking is at a different place and not easy to find; so I would expect that when we in advance messaged that we will arrive by car that the hotel provides some information which didn’t happen). It is generally not a bad hotel but miss-selling at 5 star (also here at tripadvisor which receives ratings from other external websites) is just wrong. Therefore I can only rate with 2 points. Instead of a reasonably priced 5 star hotel this is an expensive 4 star option. Please be aware when booking.

Excellent location, room very clean. Breakfast was also great. On the negative side, there is no free water in the room. When asked at the reception there was only an unclear answer and you could pick up the water yourself at the reception. We know that better from other Hilton locations! Ultimately, the great location still clear recommendation.

In short, I am particularly satisfied. By the way, There is an Italian restaurant nearby and it tastes very good.

Great feature is the convenience store in the lobby with a variety of snacks, wine, beer, etc. Excellent location at the edge of the historic centre. Good value for money. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is located next to the Frauenkirche in Dresden. There are many attractions around it. There is a square outside the living room and bedroom windows, and it is also close to the Brühl platform and the princely column map. We are a family of three, a couple with a nine-year-old child, the hotel fee is paid through Ctrip in advance, the child does not have an extra bed, and an extra 5 euros per night will be charged when checking in. It feels that European double beds are made of two single beds. The overall feeling of staying in was good, the second and third photos were taken hurriedly and unclearly. There is a dedicated living room, which is very convenient for watching TV and eating. The kitchen and toilet are not photographed. The kitchen does not have an oven and has an electric stove. The toilet is not small, there is a washing machine, but we haven't used it.

Reparatur ? Standardausstattung ? Was soll dieser Pfusch ? Dies waren allerdings echte 'First-Class' Hotels ... weiterer Kommentar: Überflüssig.

We stayed in this hotel twice during the last month. The first time we had a little suite on the top floor of the Bastei. This was fine, if a little bare. Checkin and breakfast were fine. The second time we found ourselves in the annex, the Konigstein. Check in at the Bastei was poor with 20 minute queue. The annex had a fast food stall across the front and entry is by room card. The lift was dirty when we arrived and smelled of vaping and did not work properly. The impression is of an unmanned operation. The room was on the 6th floor and was noisy during the evening, from the very busy street below. At breakfast we were instructed to sit at a table already occupied by another guest and the staff member was aggressive with us saying the nicer tables were all for groups. No sign of these by the time we left of course. Also over-zealous table clearing, go to the buffet for more and your cutlery and coffee are gone. So better check in, maybe safes in the better rooms, and some serious staff training about customer service, rather than bullying.

During a few days stay in Dresden, I wanted to stay as close to the centre, with good communication and a car space. The bus stop was about 200 meters from the hotel, making it very easy to get to the center (1 direct bus at about 20 minutes). In addition, the hotel is located on a very low busy street, so it is possible to park the car ”under the window” for free, and the nights are quiet and quiet. With regard to the design and service I have no objections. Next time I will be in Dresden I will no longer have a problem with choosing a accommodation ;)

Location about 30Min with the city tram. Had Animod gift voucher (2 nights for € 149).Because it was our third gift voucher of Animod, we knew that nothing special would expect us. Extension night cost €99 excluding taxes. Price/(performance ratio is not true. Rooms (South) very hot. No air conditioning. TV very small. No refrigerator or mini bar. Cocktail seat cracked horriblely loud at the lowest movement and was exchanged after the 2nd complaint. The shower was defect. The shower head was always sliding down into the chest height as the attachment was broken. Two times advertised, without success. Dusch gel/shampoo empty after the first day. Not filled. Toilet cover (underside) has probably been little maintained in the past years. Plastic is now urine yellow. Broken shell shell has been replaced by roller belt. Crushing breads are not known there. Egg preparation must also have been taught. Eggs had very solid consistency every day. Hotel has 2 dining rooms. A small room, called restaurant, is for travelers and a room for the Ukrainians in the hotel. Due to the short seat offer for travelling guests, you had to decide on the day before whether to take a breakfast in the time window 06:30-07:30, 07:30-08:30 or 08:30-0ß9:30. On the last day we wanted to take breakfast at 06:30. The kitchen staff wanted to close a restaurant. When I asked at the reception then €20 for 2 people to have breakfast in the train station or dining car (have room cards and had to be on the train at a time) the young woman went down and reached that we could have breakfast, but without hot drinks.

The hotel is located outside Dresden in a commercial area and the Navi has only guided me a sideway wrongly. On weekend there is a 24h-Check-In, so I could check in well at 1 pm. Due to my late arrival, at request, I was granted a free extended check-out, a great praise for this. The room was beautiful and modern. The bathroom was modern and completely sufficient. The hotel flur looks attractive. Breakfast had a little youth hostel charm. The breads were quite lazy, but there are a variety of lifts (no Nutella original) also fresh rhetoric, yoghurt, musli, fruit etc.. Breakfast is also to clean yourself, but it is still possible.

We were a party of nine people from the UK staying at the hotel on Saturday 10th September. When we arrived early the staff were extremely helpful (especially David) and let us store our luggage securely while we enjoyed a day in Dresden. In the evening we were struggling to find a restaurant available for 9 people. We asked Maria who was serving us in the bar. She was so helpful trying to find a place for us. She called a number of places and eventually found a restaurant which was not too far away. This proved to be an excellent restaurant which we all enjoyed very much. We were so grateful to Maria for her help she went way beyond what we would expect. The hotel was fine and we very much enjoyed breakfast where the standard of service was excellent and we liked the hot breakfast options that we could individually order.

This hotel is in a charming traditional baroque area of the Neustadt rather than the tourist dominated Altstadt. The area is quiet and our room especially so because it overlooked the inner courtyard. Bedrooms are a good size with traditional styling matching the era of the building. Our bathroom was adequately equipped but disappointingly small for a hotel of this quality. Our main, and fundamental, criticism of this hotel was that breakfast was not available in its own breakfast room as stated on its website and booking confirmation. It was instead provided at the neighbouring sister hotel, the Bulow Palais; fortunately for us the weather was chilly but fine for the morning 150m walk. The enhanced Palais breakfast was superb, with exemplary table service for cooked meals and a huge variety of delicacies at the buffet. It was provided at the Residenz price but that does not make this unannounced change acceptable. With online communications available, we should at least have been told about the changed breakfast arrangements in advance; failure to communicate is unacceptable in this standard of hotel. Accordingly, and at best, we can therefore only rate it average.

The night crew , Rebeca, Alex, ATI and Wilson, were by far the most memorable part of this trip. I’m often found at the bar, not so much for the beer (oK I like the beer) but more for the company after a day of work, it’s nice to spend time with people. The Moxy, as a Marriott hotel (that has a policy of engagement) goes the extra mile to actually have conversations with you. Know your name and make an otherwise boring business trip enjoyable. This hotel was chosen for its location near the old city. The hotel is new and everything is very bright and cheerful. The rooms are somewhat smaller than other Melia hotels, but this may be due to the Innside branding. However, the room certainly served us well. We could walk everywhere that we wanted in Dresden. It was also conveniently located near a Lidl grocery store where would get snacks and drinks. With its location to the Altstadt, there were restaurants everywhere. The Dresden Frauenkirche was just a few steps from the hotel. We booked our room with the included breakfast. The breakfast was very good, and there were adequate selections. Please pay attention to the following things: - if you reach the hotel even half hour before the time of the check-in (3pm) and even if your room is ready, they ask you for 20 euro for the early check-in (UNBELIEVABLE !!!!!!) - If you have a car, please consider that the cost for the Parking is mandatory (20euro/day). There is no parking space available around the hotel - Gym is not well equipped (no machines for running). Moreover, to reach it you have to exit the hotel and walk trough the long very cold parking space. - double room doesn’t have a single double bed but two beds one next to each other (very uncomfortable!!!!)

The hostel staff are very welcoming and friendly. For example, during check in, we mentioned we wanted to hike to the Bastei bridge. Louisa at the check in remembered this and spontaneously organized a group hike with some of the other guests who wanted to go (all for free!). We had a nice time meeting new people at the hike. The vibe is great - the staff encourage you to join in the evening activities, be it playing board games, or just chatting. Our room (private two bed) was clean, but quite small. It had an attached bathroom, which was also tiny. But as it's a hostel and not a hotel, this is ok. I expect the shared bedrooms are bigger. They had an unlimited breakfast buffet for about 8.5 euros, which had a pretty good selection. This was especially great when due to holidays cafes are not open. The hostel is in a great location - Neustadt has excellent an restaurant and art scene.

Easy 15 min tram from the Hauptbahnhoff and, as others have noted, highly accessible to both the old and new towns. Don't miss the old-town-sights but as others have mentioned check out the new town as well. Louisenstrasse is about a 10 minute walk but gives you a great neighborhoody feel w/ lots of little eateries, shops and the like. The first night we ate dinner in old town at a touristy place and I wish we'd explored here instead! Anyway, back to the Bilderberg... rooms are a reasonable price and nicely updated. Overall the location feels central but we also got a quiet night's sleep. Apparently there is a rave across the river most weekend evenings that peters out about 10pm with a fireworks display which we could see from our room. Breakfast was worth the upcharge. Would stay here again or recommend to others.

If you have to get to the airport ”shortly after midnight”, i.e. at 5 a.m., you will appreciate the location of the hotel. The honest efforts of the reception to welcome the guest in a friendly and helpful manner are also out of the question. However, the general standard of the hotel is too average for a tourist metropolis. A strong push of measures will be needed if the house wants to assert itself in a strong competition. The low price alone does not make anyone happy. Gherardino

The hotel lobby is small but the interior decoration and room facilities are very good. The service is also very warm. The location is very good. The main attractions are very close. There is a construction site nearby. It is a little inconvenient to drive a car, but it does not affect the rest.

Hotel is great, quite big parking ( 12€ Per day), very nice breakfast, not so far from city center ( bus with 4 stops and then switch to tram). The service was quite good, people are kind and willing to help with any problem. I like also this music feel and look in hotel is very good. Overall it was very nice trip.

Great location! Just 150 meters from the Cathedral of Our Lady, close to the European platform, a few steps have arrived. The Elbe River can be seen upstairs, with beautiful scenery and several restaurants downstairs. The price is not expensive, strong push.

We had a Romantic Package from their homepage which included Dinner-Excellent! Everything was fine, quiet, breakfast good, nice staff, no problems, and yet, disappointing- no feeling of being in a great castle. The furniture was pine in our room which I associate with log cabins, not luxury & antiques. And being winter, the view out our window was roofs of Christmas Market stalls (separate admission), and not very colorful gardens. We also did not know that the castle would not be open until the end of March. However the early morning sun over the Elbe River was beautiful.

We booked an arrangement with a 3G lengthy dinner. The hotel is located on a busy street and quite far from the center. We had a room to the Elbe outside and could therefore not complain about noise, on the other side it certainly looked different. The rooms are small but well furnished and clean. The staff is broadly friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, our three-gang menu was a pure pad. To death frited cutting with pommes is not everyone's taste. The seasonal field lock was unfortunately turned (harsh). All in all ok, but not more.

Excellent location, room very clean. Breakfast was also great. On the negative side, there is no free water in the room. When asked at the reception there was only an unclear answer and you could pick up the water yourself at the reception. We know that better from other Hilton locations! Ultimately, the great location still clear recommendation.

Slept like a log and rarely disturbed by any noises from the outside such as trams/motorbikes. Neither did I hear a thing from the adjacent rooms/the room on top of me. I suppose it's the addition of the inner room door that made the soundproofing better, and perhaps quality carpet was used. Aircon is great, with a great sized minibar. Overall one of the best hotels I have stayed.
