Hotel service is very good, the front desk and the consultation office are very enthusiastic, have their own beach, but can only see, can not go directly, the hotel is close to the pier, next to the pier is the beach. Walk for three minutes. The bar area and the old town are both about 3 km away. The hotel's exterior, swimming pool and facilities are good, but the room looks a bit rudimentary. Our family recently enjoyed a wonderful 4-night stay at this 5-star hotel in Ibiza as part of a week-long holiday. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our experience and would highly recommend this hotel to other families visiting the island.
What We Loved:
Convenient Location: The hotel's proximity to the airport was a significant plus, making our arrival and departure smooth and hassle-free, especially when traveling with family.
Impeccable Cleanliness: We were consistently impressed with the high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel, from our room to the common areas. This attention to detail truly enhanced our stay.
High-Quality Food: The quality of the ingredients used in the hotel's restaurants was evident in every meal. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious and fresh food on offer.
Exceptional Staff Service: The staff members we encountered were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. Their dedication to providing excellent service made us feel very welcome and well taken care of.
Areas for Improvement:
Restaurant Staffing: During peak meal times, we noticed that the main restaurants seemed understaffed, which unfortunately led to queues. Addressing this issue would significantly improve the dining experience for all guests.
Limited Daytime Activities: While this may have been due to our visit being in the off-season, we felt that there could have been more activities offered during the day to keep guests entertained.
Spa Inclusivity: We were a little disappointed that access to the spa was not included in the main room price, nor was there an option to add it as part of our package. Offering this as an inclusion or an add-on option would be a great enhancement.
Negative Aspects to Report:
We genuinely did not encounter any negative aspects during our stay.
Overall:
Despite the minor areas for improvement mentioned above, our family was extremely satisfied with our stay at this hotel. We believe that if these points are addressed, future guests will undoubtedly have an even more exceptional experience. Very nice and youthful hotel with sea view and very spacious rooms, like mini apartments with a kitchen and a large refrigerator, the pool staff is very dry, fewer questions are better, they must be tired by now, very good and varied food each day, on my birthday, I found a bottle of cava and a CD as a gift in the room, it was a great detail. The only drawback is that you always have to carry money with you for everything and pay immediately, the charge to the room would be great, for the rest some fantastic days in a wonderful structure!!!SOLD OUT

Das apartment war echt super sauber, echt gemütlich das Bett. Alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Das einzige was mir aufgefallen ist war das es früher mehr belebt war, hatte das gefühl das sie streng sind mit besuch und das merkt man auch total an dem vibe. Es ist leer kaum jemand sitz am pool. Also nicht so ibiza vibes. Etwas hatte mich auch gestört und das war das man so ein grosses hand gelenksband tragen muss mit dem Chip für die Tür. Also man muss es von Anfang bis Ende tragen, so was mag ich gar nicht dann lieber Zimmer schlüssel oder karte aber nicht so was..SOLD OUT

Rooftop ist ein Traum, gegen Aufpreis konnten wir den ganzen Tag dort verbringen.
Frühstück war nicht unbedingt ganz so für mich aber es liegt daran das ich an unserem türkischen Riesen Büffee gewohnt bin :))

Fabulous hotel right on the beach
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. It’s about 15 minutes to walk into town along the beach pathway. There’s parking for those who have a car.
Unfortunately we were there when there were storms etc at the end of cyclone Alice so our weather was very poor but thankfully we were in a lovely hotel with great meals. We really wished that the sauna was working as the indoor pool was very cold so we didn’t use it. There are some great local restaurants behind the hotel.SOLD OUT

Although the spa costs $2000 for 60 minutes, it is very high quality and comfortable.
The quality of hotel food is very good. The sushi and juice ordered at the hotel swimming pool were both very good. The breakfast in the morning is also very rich.
I appreciate that I can continue to enjoy the hotel facilities after checking out.
However, the only dissatisfaction was that when booking on Trip.com, a normal room was shown, but upon arrival, a disabled room was provided.SOLD OUT

This time it was 2 nights, but the restaurant rice was delicious and good.
Basically, it is good to relax by the pool, but it was good to be able to move my body at the gym in the courtyard.
It is also special that you can enter Pacha free of charge at night.

Das einzige was mir aufgefallen ist war das es früher mehr belebt war, hatte das gefühl das sie streng sind mit besuch und das merkt man auch total an dem vibe. Es ist leer kaum jemand sitz am pool. Also nicht so ibiza vibes. Etwas hatte mich auch gestört und das war das man so ein grosses hand gelenksband tragen muss mit dem Chip für die Tür. Also man muss es von Anfang bis Ende tragen, so was mag ich gar nicht dann lieber Zimmer schlüssel oder karte aber nicht so was..
