We stayed one night after visiting Joshua Tree NP. The property appears fairly new and is close to the I-10 Freeway which you can hear from your room which is why I gave it 4 stars as opposed to 5. The room and bathroom are spacious and clean. I liked the glass shower doors. The bed and pillows were comfortable with a nice duvet. I also liked that there were two shades, one that was light filtering and the other that was black-out. Breakfast was limited due to COVID but was adequate: boiled eggs, instant oatmeal, yogurt, granola bars, muffins or cold bagels. I appreciated their precautions with the desk person serving the coffee from behind the front counter with gloves on. The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. A big plus with Hilton properties is the keyless entry and contactless check-in and out.

We love staying here when visiting Fantasy Springs Casino. It's less crowded and quiet. The only thing is that it's a hit and miss with their service. The last time i stayed, everyone was so nice. This time, not so much. The breakfast area wasn't refreshed as it should, cold stuff. It used to be so much better! The lady started taking everything out one 930 hit. On the dot. It seriously isn't that serious. Someone grabbing a sausage link at 9:34 should be okay. The front dest ladies seemed in a bad mood. Im a reward member, and checking out late time is really never given to me. They always have an excuse as, why not. The hotel is really clean though and the rooms are very spacious. The only horrible thing is that the AC unit makes such a loud noise, keeps me up most of the night until i knock out! Book it...

Kind. Professional. Just what I needed. I was driving to phoenix and super tired from my long flight from China. Service here was amazing and the rooms were perfect. Thank you.

It is much richer than the basic American style, the room is clean and the clerk is warm, it is a good choice to rest next to the tenth kilometer

In town for concert at Fantasy Springs ****** with three friends. Spacious room with comfortable beds, however, the pillows were small so we had to ask for more pillows. The room did not have enough towels for two nights. Also our room didn’t have a blow dryer if you’re looking for one. The pool is not heated and the hot tub had cardboard stuck on the floor of the tub.

Hotel location is relatively high, below the high speed, there is no place to eat and shop around, to drive out, the nearest outlet is 65km away from the hotel, there is a pool and free breakfast, only suitable for temporary stay for one night, after all, it is cheaper, if It is not recommended for a special holiday.

Spacious room with fridge, newly revamped, parking right in front of the door. Swimming pool was nice and cool in this very warm weather. Very friendly receptionist and easy check-in, however breakfast was rather disappointing (therefore rating for service only 3 stars).

Very friendly service was well good close to dining and pool was clean to enjoy....very negotiable on prices.

The environment is good, clean and tidy, and the service attitude is good.
